Abstract

PURPOSE:To prevent shock streak from occurring and to improve the quality by a method wherein the diameter and arranging position of a plate cylinder and those of a branket cylinder are set so that the effective areas of those cylinders do not face each other when grips on a swing arm and those on an impression cylinder are changed. CONSTITUTION:A delivered sheet 15 is stopped by a register unit 17 and gripped by a swing gripper 20 at an end thereof. The sheet 15 is pulled out by the revolution of the swing arm 19, gripped by a gripper 12 where a gripper 20 and a gripper 12 of the impression cyliner 10 face each other and wound by the revolution of the impression cylinder 10 on the effective surface thereof. On the other hand, a picture that has been formed on the plat 5 of a plate cylinder 3 is transferred onto the bracket 8 of a branket cylinder 6.
