Definitions

  • the invention relates to a flat roof tile with a horizontal side parting line forming and a multiple overlap forming head and side folds, the latter having an outer side rebate rib with a locking pin located on the eaves-side end region, which projects beyond the top of the outer side rebate rib and on which a sealing surface with a short rib section connects in the direction of the eaves side.
  • a flat roof tile of the aforementioned type is known from DE-PS 1 709 165. With it, a special seal in the four-brick corner is achieved in that the inner top fold rib extends to the middle side fold rib.
  • the well-known flat roof tile has proven itself, but it is complex, since it has three top and side rebate ribs. In addition, the headroom is narrow.
  • the so-called longitudinally adjustable interlocking tiles especially when it comes to midfield tiles, are also provided with a vertical side joint, which additionally makes it difficult to seal not only in the area of the side rebate cover, but also in the area of the four-tile corner.
  • the CH-PS 525 356 shows a interlocking tile that forms such a vertical side parting joint when it is covered with the adjacent tile. It creates problems especially with drainage, since it is open at the top. It can therefore rain into them, which in particular in the eaves area of a roof threatens to overflow the side joints, whereby water can get inside the roof.
  • the invention has for its object to develop a flat roof tile of the type mentioned in such a way that a much greater headroom is achieved with the same coverage and approximately the same tightness.
  • a support surface is arranged in the area of the corner cutout in the top deck corner, which is covered or covered with the covering of the sealing surface in the upper area of the bottom side corner cutout.
  • the interlocking tile according to the invention is of simple construction and fulfills both the requirements of DIN 456 and the specialist rules of the German roofing trade, May 1964 edition, no. 2, "flat roof tile covering".
  • a flat roof tile has a horizontal side joint.
  • the difficulty with the construction arises from the fact that the flat roof tile of the type mentioned in the four-tile hitting corner overlap several times. Since the height of the head fold and the width of the side fold results in the rectangle for the four-brick corner, there is a major problem in sealing the four-brick corner when the width and height are reduced.
  • the flat roof tile according to the invention fulfills the contradicting objectives. When laying, it allows a much greater headroom than previously achieved, so that the roofer is much more adaptable when laying. Despite the increased headroom with the same coverage in the four-brick target corner, a great seal is achieved, so that the disadvantage of the longitudinally displaceable brick, namely its leakage in the four-brick target corner, is largely avoided.
  • the inner top fold rib is carried out at approximately the same height up to the outer end of the outer cover fold flank. At the end there is a nose. This design of the top rebate rib makes the seal even better, especially in the area of the four-brick target corner.
  • the contact surface is at least as wide as the side clearance and is lowered by at least the body thickness of the contact surface in the foot gusset compared to the apex of the top rebate groove and extends over the entire corner cutout.
  • a simple construction results from the fact that advantageously only a corner cutout is present in the area of the top deck fold.
  • the flat roof tile 1 has a top fold line 2, top fold part 3, foot fold part 4 and side fold part 5.
  • the midfield 6 is flat and becomes conical Foot fold part 4 flanking flared cover fold part 3.
  • the head fold has a head fold groove 216 between an outer head fold rib 213 and an inner head fold rib 217. Both run without interruption from the top side seam corner 28 to the top cover seam corner 29. However, the outer top fold rib 213 ends earlier in the area of the corner cutout 295 there, whereas the inner top fold rib 217 extends to the outer end of the outer top fold flank.
  • the inner top rabbet rib 213 ends exactly in front of a bearing surface 296, which extends from the top edge of the brick to the inner top rabbet rib 217. In the present case, it is wider than the side latitude (Y + Z) of the flat roof tile and is approximately lowered by its own body thickness compared to the apex 2161 of the top rebate groove 216.
  • the inner top fold rib 217 has a nose 219 at its end in the region of the top fold flank 311.
  • the side fold part 5 comprises an outer side fold rib 513, an inner side fold rib 517, and in between a side fold groove 516.
  • the respective outer and inner head or side fold ribs 213, 513, 217, 517 run approximately at right angles to one another and go at the same height.
  • the outer side-fold rib 513 ends at the cut-out 487 in the form of a locking pin 522, which projects beyond the top of the outer side-fold rib and slopes at an incline extends to the central brick field 6.
  • the inner side rebate rib 517 ends in the area on the eaves side with a distance in front of the locking pin 522 that is approximately the width of the Side groove 516 corresponds. Due to the L-like arrangement of the locking pin at the end of the outer side rebate rib 513 and the corresponding L-shaped deflection of the side rebate groove 516 at the eaves-side end, the water absorbed by the side rebate groove is drained onto the central tile field.
  • Fig. 2 of the drawing shows the bottom view of the flat roof tile.
  • An inner cover fold rib 327 runs parallel to the outer cover fold flank 321. Both ends are L-shaped, the head-side end having an offset 3271 toward the outer edge of the underside of the support surface 296 and the foot-side end being directed towards the cover fold flank 321 and in that Curvature of the top fold part runs out.
  • an inner foot fold rib 427 and in between a foot fold groove 426 are present.
  • the outer foot rib 423 is guided at a uniform height from the cutout 486 to the outer top fold flank 321.
  • the inner rebate rib 427 runs from the plateau-like underside of the sealing surface 481 in approximately the same thickness to the inner cover seam flank 313, whereupon it increases with the body thickness remaining and ends at the end with a double step 4271 in the curvature of the outer cover fold flank 321.
  • the steps improve the tightness of the Four-tile leaks, on the other hand, it creates the adaptation of the covering to the sealing and support surfaces located one above the other.
  • support ribs 622 and 624 are arranged on the underside of the flat roof tile, each of which is tapered at its foot end in order to allow headroom.
  • the side rabbet has a side edge rib 521 on the underside of the brick, which has a bevel 5211 towards the eaves-side end and has a bend 523 in the direction of the central tile field and opens into the inner foot rebate rib 427.
  • the offset runs around the underside of the sealing surface 481 at a distance and serves to drain any condensed water into the top groove 216.
  • Fig. 3 shows a cross section through the four-tile corner of flat roof tiles according to the invention laid in rows with one another.
  • the four interlocking tiles in the four-tile corner were hatched differently and given different reference numerals.
  • the lower right tile has the reference number 11, the lower left 12, the upper right 13 and the upper left 14.
  • the sealing surface 481 comes to lie on the bearing surface 296 when the flat roof tiles according to the invention are covered and there is a tight seal in the four-brick corner, which results in four-overlapping flat roof tiles according to the invention.
  • the angled portion 3271 wraps around the head-side end of the inner side fold rib 517.
  • Fig. 4 shows the longitudinal section through the tiles of the four-tile corner.
  • the game x, around which the bricks are mutual can be moved is shown.
  • the representation shows the engagement of the respective folds.
  • Fig. 5 shows the top view of the four-tile corner. It can be clearly seen that the sealing surface 481 of the brick 13 covers the contact surface 296 of the brick 12.
  • the figure shows bricks 11, 12 and 13.
  • Brick 14 has been omitted to make the picture clearer.
  • the top rebate rib 217 of brick 12 is pulled through to the outer flank 311 and has, at its illustrated right end, the already mentioned nose 219, which increases the tightness in the four-tile corner.
  • the rib 484 is arranged upstream of the sealing surface 481.
  • the figure also shows that the brick 13 is arranged with respect to the brick 12 with medium clearance a. If desired, this game can be reduced so far that the foot part of the brick 13 connects directly to the head part of the brick 12 and the two bricks touch in the four-tile corner.
