Definitions

  • the invention relates to a flat roof tile with straight side seam ribs running in full height to the brick base on a flat side seam panel with double side seams, a brick center panel, at least one cover bead, an outer top rabbet rib running through the width of the tile including a narrow head corner cutout, at least up to one narrow foot cutout running through outer foot fold rib and an inner foot fold rib.
  • Such a known flat roof tile does not allow any significant longitudinal displacement nor a tight roofing of flat roofs with a very low slope.
  • the invention has for its object to provide a flat roof tile of the type described that offers maximum longitudinal displacement with the lowest possible minimum longitudinal coverage, the tile can also be universally suitable for flat roofs with extremely low inclination, for example 18 °, with full sealing in the covering should.
  • the cover bead is advantageously provided in the lateral overlap area and a center bead in the middle of the central tile field.
  • the outer top fold rib advantageously has a short longitudinal rib part on the top corner cutout and on the outer edge of the cover bead. This also contributes to the additional tight enclosure of the four-tile corner with ribs.
  • At least one longitudinal rib with a height equal to that of the outer foot rib, the central longitudinal axis of which runs perpendicularly below the central longitudinal axis of the at least one opening of the inner head fold rib parallel to the latter.
  • At least two longitudinal ribs adjoining the inner foot rebate rib with a height are advantageous provided that they are arranged with little play over the outer top rabbet rib of a covered brick.
  • the roof covering is mechanically stabilized and an additional swirl sealing is achieved, particularly when the tile is pushed.
  • the covering flank of the covering bead is expediently designed in such a way that it forms a horizontal parting line with the top surface of the inner side rebate rib of a covered brick. This leads to minimal cross coverage with additional sealing in the side rebate area. Contamination, moss and flooding of the side rebate groove are avoided by the horizontal parting line raised compared to the central tile area.
  • the inner side rebate rib advantageously has a rib shoulder protruding into the foot corner cutout to form a part of the joint which is inclined outwards at an angle with the outer foot rebate rib on the overlying cover bead.
  • the central brick field and possibly the central bead expediently form a surface which extends in a straight line in the longitudinal direction of the brick and which offers almost unlimited displacement possibilities.
  • the highest possible longitudinal displaceability of about 100 mm is provided with a very low minimum longitudinal overlap of about 55 mm, an above-average good seal being maintained even when covering very flat flat roofs.
  • the flat roof tile shown in Figures 1, 2 and 3 has a central tile field 1, a double side fold 2 and a kind of double head fold 3 in the covering.
  • a narrow top corner cutout 4 is provided on the brick head and a narrow corner cutout 5 on the brick base. These corner cutouts are completely independent of the sliding area of the tile.
  • the brick also has a central bead 6 in the middle of the central brick field 1 and a cover bead 7 with a cover bead flank 8.
  • an outer side fold rib 9, a middle side fold rib 10 and an inner side fold rib 24 are provided on a flat side fold field 11.
  • the side rebate panel 11 is raised compared to the brick center panel 1.
  • the side rebate ribs 9, 10 and 24 run in a straight line at full height to the brick base or foot cut 5 where the Main drainage takes place. A further drainage is also provided on the central tile field 1.
  • an outer head rebate rib 12 is provided which extends over the entire width of the brick including the corner of the top corner 4.
  • the outer top rabbet rib 12 can additionally have a short longitudinal rib part 13 on the top corner cutout 4 and on the outer edge of the cover bead 7 to further improve the seal.
  • an inner head fold rib 14 that can be pushed over and runs from the top corner cutout 4 to the side fold field 11 is provided in the region of the head folds 3.
  • the inner top rabbet rib 14 has two openings 15 which serve to drain the water.
  • a longitudinal rib part 16 of the outer top fold rib 12 on the top corner cutout 4 is extended to the inner top fold rib 14 in a closing manner.
  • An outer cover fold rib 17 and an inner cover fold rib 18 are provided on the underside of the tile (FIG. 2) in the region of the side folds 2.
  • the width of the top corner cutout 4 extends over both the outer cover fold rib 17 and the inner cover fold rib 18.
  • a high outer foot rib 19 is provided, which is guided over the entire width of the brick and angled around the corner cut 5 to the edge of the brick side.
  • an inner foot rebate rib 20 is provided in the area of the head fold 3, the height of which is designed such that it can be pushed over by the inner head fold rib 14 with little play.
  • two longitudinal ribs 21 are provided, the height of which is equal to that of the outer foot rib 19.
  • the central longitudinal axes of these two longitudinal ribs 21 run perpendicularly below the respective central longitudinal axes of the openings 15 of the inner top rabbet rib 14 and parallel to these. In the overlap, the longitudinal ribs 21 come to lie in the openings 15.
  • four longitudinal ribs 22 are provided in the area of the brick center field 1 on the underside of the brick, adjoining the inner foot rebate rib 20 with a height such that they are arranged with little play over the outer top rebate rib 12 of a covered brick.
  • the overlapping flank 8 is, as is clear from Figure 4 and Figure 9, designed such that it forms a horizontal parting line with the top surface of the inner side seam rib 24.
  • the inner side rebate rib 24 has a rib extension 23 which projects into the foot corner cutout 5 and which forms an obliquely outwardly inclined part of the joint joint with the outer foot rebate rib 19 on the overlapping cover bead 7, as can also be clearly seen in FIG. 4 and FIG. 9.
  • FIGS. 6 to 9 show a further exemplary embodiment of the flat roof tile according to the invention only with a cover bead and central tile field and without a central bead shown, in a manner corresponding to Figures 1 to 4. Since the same reference numerals are used for the corresponding or identical parts in the illustration, a more detailed description of this further exemplary embodiment is unnecessary.
  • the brick center field 1 and optionally the center bead 6 form a surface that extends in a straight line in the longitudinal direction of the brick.
  • the highest possible longitudinal displaceability of approximately 100 mm is provided with a very low minimum longitudinal coverage of approximately 55 mm.
