Claims (11)

1. Installation de lavage pour traiter des bandes de matière tissée et tricotée en mouvement en particulier pour le lavage aux solvants, dans laquelle les bandes de matière (1) sont guidées dans une enceinte (10) qui est fermée en dehors d'une ouverture d'entrée (11) et d'une ouverture de sortie (12) pour le passage des bandes de matière qui défilent à travers l'enceinte sur des rouleaux de renvoi (14,15) en formant des boucles à branches sensiblement verticales, caractérisée en ce que l'enceinte (10) comporte des sections de traitement dans lesquelles les bandes de matière (13) sont guidées sur des trajets partiels de faible longueur (16) dans une direction oblique, des blocs d'injection (18) étant disposés à l'endroit de ces trajets partiels au-dessus des bandes de matière et reliés au refoulement de pompes à liquide (17), pour faire passer sous pression le liquide de traitement dans les bandes de matière appliquées par-dessous contre ces blocs d'injection, et en ce que des bacs de recueil (19) associés à des tuyauteries d'évacuation (20) sont disposés en-dessous des blocs d'injection en regard de la face inférieure des bandes de matière, pour évacuer le liquide de traitement extrait sous pression des bandes de matière, afin d'amener ce liquide dans des récipients collecteurs (25) à partir desquels le liquide de traitement est renvoyé aux blocs d'injection (18), un débit de liquide de traitement neuf étant prévu pour alimenter le dernier bloc d'injection à l'endroit où les bandes de matière sortent de l'enceinte, et le liquide de traitement usé étant envoyé dans un bloc d'injection disposé du côté de l'entrée.
2. Installation selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que les blocs d'injection (18) sont enfoncés sur la bande de matière qui défile à l'horizontale (16) entre deux rouleaux de renvoi (14,15), la bande de matière (13) formant ainsi un récipient à fond plat.
3. Installation selon la revendication 2, caractérisée en ce que les faces de glissement prévues pour les bandes de matière (13) sur les blocs d'injection (18) sont garnies de Téflon.
4. Installation selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisée en ce que la largeur de la zone d'injection des blocs d'injection (18) est réglable.
5. Installation selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisée en ce que l'enceinte (10) est constituée par une étuve de traitement à la vapeur sans air, pourvue à sa partie inférieure d'ouvertures d'entrée (11) et de sortie (12) pour le passage de la bande de matière (13).
6. Installation selon l'une des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisée en ce qu'un appareil d'essorage (21) pour la bande de matière (13) est prévu en aval de l'enceinte (10), le liquide de traitement extrait de la bande de matière à l'endroit de cet appareil étant renvoyé dans le débit du liquide de traitement sortant de la dernière section, pour être mélangé avec celui- ci.
7. Installation selon l'une des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisée en ce qu'elle comporte, sur les rouleaux de renvoi (15) situés en amont des parties où la bande de matière défile à l'horizontale, des rouleaux légers supplémentaires d'essorage ou de séparation (22).
8. Installation selon l'une des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisée en ce qu'elle comporte dans l'enceinte (10), en amont du premier poste de lavage, des gicleurs de nettoyage (23) disposés en regard des deux faces de la bande de matière (13) pour enlever les débris de fils.
9. Installation selon l'une des revendications 1 à 8, caractérisée en ce que les tuyauteries de refoulement (24) des pompes (17) qui alimentent les blocs d'injection (18) en liquide de traitement sont reliées à des dispositifs de chauffage.
10. Installation selon l'une des revendications 1 à 9, caractérisée en ce que les récipients collecteurs (25) des pompes de circulation (17) du liquide de traitement sont disposés au-dessus de ces pompes.
11. Installation selon la revendication 10, caractérisée en ce que la surface du liquide de traitement contenu dans les recipients collecteurs (25) est de préférence recouverte par des billes flottantes.
