Definitions

  • the invention relates to a method for water-saving washing of moving webs in accordance with the introductory part of claim 1 and a device suitable for carrying out the method according to the introductory part of claim 5.
  • DE 33 24 650 A1 discloses a method for the wet treatment of broadly running webs of goods, in which the treatment liquor supplied in the treatment sections is collected after the treatment process, fed to the same treatment process again and only then discharged from the treatment section or passed on to the next treatment section becomes.
  • two spray tubes are arranged on both sides of the first ramping material web section and two further spray tubes above the last two top rollers.
  • spray tubes are arranged in the vicinity of the three lower deflection rollers.
  • the present invention has for its object to achieve a considerable saving of fresh wash water by better utilization of the wash liquor and thus reduce operating costs. Another object is to provide a device suitable for carrying out the method.
  • the first object is achieved by the feature specified in the characterizing part of claim 1. Further advantageous features of the method according to the invention can be found in claims 2 to 4.
  • the second object is achieved by the feature specified in the characterizing part of claim 5. Further advantageous features of the device according to the invention can be found in claims 6 to 15.
  • distributor pipes 25, 26, 27 and flat jet nozzles 28, 29, 30, 38 are indicated in the housing 11, which is passed through by the web during the treatment. through which the treatment fleet is fed to the web.
  • the fleet running off the web is discharged separately for each compartment at the bottom of each compartment 12, 13, 14 and collected in collecting containers 15, 16, 17, 18.
  • the treatment liquor is conveyed back from these containers to the same compartment in the circuit by pumps 19, 20, 21, 22 and is returned to the material web via the distributor pipes and flat jet nozzles.
  • the delivered amounts of liquor can be adjusted by regulating valves in the feed lines, as the figure shows.
  • the circulation of the treatment liquor is superimposed on the guidance of the liquor in countercurrent to the direction of travel of the fabric through the treatment, which is achieved in that the receptacles 15, 16, 17, 18 are cascaded with overflows in such a way that the liquor is removed from the receptacles the areas of more advanced treatment are returned to the collecting containers of the collecting containers which are further ahead in the treatment, that is to say contrary to the direction of travel of the fabric.
  • the fleet is renewed by overflowing the amount of water fed in as fresh water from the collecting tank to the collecting tank.
  • a sieve belt 23 is guided around the collecting container, through which the liquor running off the web is immediately freed of filterable impurities.
  • the sieve belt is cleaned after the passage of the last, lowest arranged collecting container by spraying with a partial flow of the waste water by means of nozzles 24 from the inside. So no fresh water is used for cleaning.
  • the belt is cleaned shortly after the point at which the greatest amount of filterable substance is expected.
  • the sieve belt 23 runs continuously slowly in the direction of the liquor run through the collecting container.
  • Fig. 1 the heating of the cold fresh water 34 is indicated by a waste water heat recovery device with a heat exchanger 35, a reheater 37 connected to heating steam 36, and the associated valves and control devices.
  • a waste water heat recovery device with a heat exchanger 35, a reheater 37 connected to heating steam 36, and the associated valves and control devices.
  • a reheater 37 connected to heating steam 36, and the associated valves and control devices.
  • interruption 40, bypass 39, discharge line 42, etc. which enable optimum washing performance with the lowest fresh water consumption for different operating requirements.
  • FIG. 2 The embodiment of an inventive device of FIG. 2 reveals the precise running of the web 10 through the successive washing compartments 12, 13, 14, and the fleet guides.
  • the individual designations are the same as in FIG. 1.
  • the material web 10 is inserted into the compartment 12 in the vapor-tight housing 11 via a water lock 31.
  • the web of material is first sprayed with the dirtiest liquor on both sides by flat jets 38. This rinses off surface impurities and already significantly reduces the concentration of the substances to be washed out in the goods.
  • the fleet is then fed to the web in the individual compartments 12, 13, 14 in the manner which has already been described in FIG. 1. Likewise, the circulation and countercurrent management of the treatment liquor.
  • the web 10 leaves the housing 11 again via a water lock 33 and can then be fed to an end squeezer 41, which then completes the washing treatment.
