Claims (12)

  1. Machine de nettoyage de bouteilles avec plusieurs compartiments de traitement disposés les uns derrière les autres dans le sens de passage, se composant de bains de prétrempage, de bains de lessive, de postes de pulvérisation et similaires, qui sont traversés de bouteilles logées dans des cellules de bouteilles ou autres systèmes de transport, ainsi que des dispositifs coagissant avec les bains individuels pour le retrait des étiquettes, caractérisée en ce qu'un premier dispositif actif pour le retrait des étiquettes doté d'un écoulement de liquide dirigé de manière ciblée est prévu dans au moins un bain de prétrempage (10) suivant la pose des bouteilles (1).
  2. Machine de nettoyage de bouteilles selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que l'écoulement de liquide dirigé de manière ciblée est dirigé de haut en bas.
  3. Machine de nettoyage de bouteilles selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisée en ce que le premier dispositif actif pour le retrait des étiquettes doté d'un écoulement de liquide dirigé de manière ciblée est disposé dans un bain de prétrempage (10) suivant directement la pose des bouteilles (1).
  4. Machine de nettoyage de bouteilles selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que le niveau de remplissage (12) dans ce bain de prétrempage (10) est réglé au-dessus des côtés frontaux d'ouverture, passant l'amplitude négative du guidage courbe des cellules, des cellules de bouteilles (4) et un écoulement actif est prévu pour la dérivation des étiquettes de haut en bas.
  5. Machine de nettoyage de bouteilles selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce qu'un dispositif de guidage d'écoulement est prévu, lequel est composé d'un dispositif de pulvérisation et d'aspiration et en amont duquel un filtre d'étiquette (25) est monté dans la zone d'aspiration.
  6. Machine de nettoyage de bouteilles selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce qu'un canal de guidage (26) de type siphon est réalisé sous le bain de prétrempage (10), dont l'extrémité s'étend dans la zone du niveau de remplissage (12) d'un bassin d'écoulement d'étiquettes et de reste (27).
  7. Machine de nettoyage de bouteilles selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que l'écoulement de liquide actif est effectué au moins en partie par recyclage par pompage du liquide en circulation se trouvant dans le bassin d'écoulement d'étiquettes et de reste (27).
  8. Machine de nettoyage de bouteilles selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que le bassin d'écoulement d'étiquettes et de reste (27) est réalisé comme un bassin collecteur et/ou de circulation supplémentaire pour au moins des postes de pulvérisation (19) suivants.
  9. Machine de nettoyage de bouteilles selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce qu'un groupe de buses de prétrempage (17) est disposé en amont de ce premier bain de prétrempage (10) pour l'alimentation en liquide des bouteilles introduites par la pose de bouteilles (1).
  10. Machine de nettoyage de bouteilles selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que l'écoulement actif est effectué au moins en partie par la différence de niveau entre le bain de prétrempage (10) et le bassin d'écoulement d'étiquettes et de reste (27).
  11. Machine de nettoyage de bouteilles selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce qu'un autre dispositif de buse (40) est disposé à la suite d'au moins un bain de prétrempage (27).
  12. Machine de nettoyage de bouteilles selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce qu'au moins un bain de prétrempage (10) est alimenté par les eaux usées de la pulvérisation d'eau douce.
