Description

  • Die bekannten Einbaubügelbretter werden in einem Unterschrank, oder aber unterhalb der Tischplatte eines Arbeitstisches angeordnet. Die Brettplatte selbst ist über ein oder mehrere Parallelogrammlenkerpaare schwenkbar an einem Auszug angeordnet, der seinerseits in einer Führung verschiebbar gelagert ist. Dabei kann das Bügelbrett von einer unteren Ruhestellung in eine obere Arbeitslage geschwenkt werden, wobei es sich dann meistens in einer Ebene mit der Arbeitsplatte des Unterschranks bzw. der Tischplatte befindet und daran anschlägt. Die Schwenkung von der einen in die andere Lage erfolgt entweder durch Federn oder von Hand. In beiden Fällen ist jedoch zumindest in der oberen Arbeitslage eine besondere Arretierung erforderlich, und die bisher verwendeten Beschläge sind verhältnismässig aufwendig.
  • Aus der FR-PS 1 211 255 ist bereits ein Ausziehtisch bekannt, dessen Verlängerungsplatte in gleicher Weise wie bei den Bügelbrettern gelagert ist, jedoch an ihrem hinteren Ende eine nach unten abgekröpfte Stange aufweist, welche mit einem festen Anschlag am Tischgestell so zusammenwirkt, dass sich die Verlängerungsplatte beim Herausziehen des Zuges selbsttätig in ihre Arbeitslage schwenkt und sich dabei mit ihrer Rückkante an der eigentlichen Tischplatte abstützt. Dabei ist die Länge der Stange durch den Abstand zwischen dem Anschlag und der Kante der Tischplatte festgelegt. Der in der Tiefe erforderliche Raum setzt sich also aus der Länge der Verlängerungsplatte und der Stange zusammen. Damit ergibt sich also eine erhebliche Verkürzung der eigentlichen Verlängerungsplatte. Da sich der abgekröpfte Teil der Stange bei der Hubbewegung mit nach oben verschiebt, muss er lang genug sein, um auch in der Arbeitsstellung noch am Anschlag anzuliegen. Infolgedessen ergibt sich auch in der Höhe ein zusätzlicher Platzbedarf. Da Einbaubügelbretter meist in Küchenschubladen angeordnet sind und dort möglichst wenig Platz einnehmen sollen, ist die bekannte Konstruktion für diesen Zweck nur in beschränktem Masse geeignet.
  • Die Aufgabe der vorliegenden Erfindung ist es, bei einem Bügelbrett der eingangs geschilderten Art ein selbsttätiges Verschwenken der Brettplatte in die jeweilige Lage beim Ausziehen des Zuges mit einfachen Beschlägen und mit geringstem Platzbedarf zu erreichen. Dies wird erfindungsgemäss dadurch erreicht, dass das Anschlagglied als ein bei ausgefahrenem Auszug wirksames, in sich bewegliches Glied, insbesondere Drahtseil, ausgebildet ist, welches an der Führung oder einem mit ihr fest verbundenen Teil befestigt ist. Wenn eine solche Brettplatte aus einer Stellung unterhalb der Arbeits- bzw. Tischplatte mittels des Auszuges herausgezogen wird, hält das in sich bewegliche Glied kurz vor dem Ende der Bewegung des Auszuges das Bügelbrett fest, so dass sich bei einerweiterbewegung des Auszuges die Lenker nach oben verschwenken, wobei sich die Brettplatte in die obere Arbeitslage anhebt. Beim Einschieben des Auszuges erfolgt der Vorgang dann umgekehrt, und die Brettplatte senkt sich entsprechend der Einschubbewegung des Auszuges wiederum in die Ruhestellung ab. Besondere Handgriffe zum Anheben oder Absenken der Brettplatte entfallen bei dieser Konstruktion, und die zusätzlich erforderliche Einrichtung besteht lediglich aus einem einfachen Drahtseil. Dabei kann die Brettplatte die gleiche Länge wie die eigentliche Tischplatte bzw. der Auszug aufweisen und in der Höhe so schmal gehalten werden, dass nur wenig Raum in Anspruch genommen wird.
  • Um das Wirksamwerden des in sich beweglichen Gliedes bei ausgefahrenem Auszug zu erreichen, kann man entweder ein Drahtseil verwenden, welches mindestens der Ausfuhrlänge des Auszuges entspricht, oder aber das Glied an einem Schleppanker befestigen. Dieser ist verschiebbar in einer längs der Auszugsführung verlaufenden Schiene mit Endanschlag gelagert. Das in sich bewegliche Glied wird dann erst wirksam, wenn der Schleppanker am Anschlag anschlägt.
  • Die meisten der bekannten Bügelbretter sind in sich zusammenklappbar, wobei in der Ruhestellung das Vorderteil auf das Hinterteil umgeklappt ist. In einer besonderen Ausführungsart der vorliegenden Erfindung weist das Vorderteil einen in der Arbeitslage frei nach unten hängenden Schwenkbügel od. dgl. auf, der in eine Rastvorrichtung am Auszug eingreift. Dadurch wird die Lage des Auszuges gegenüber dem Bügelbrett festgelegt, so dass es ausgeschlossen ist, bei ausgeschwenktem Vorderteil versehentlich den Auszug hineinzudrücken. Vorzugsweise besteht die Rastvorrichtung aus einer Schrägführung und einer sich daran anschliessenden Rastnut, welche durch eine Vorderblende des Auszuges abgeschlossen ist.
  • Die Zeichnung zeigt ein Ausführungsbeispiel der Erfindung. Es stellen dar:
    • Fig. 1 den abgebrochenen Querschnitt eines Arbeitstisches mit Einbaubügelbrett in Offenstellung,
    • Fig. eine Darstellung nach Fig. 1 in der geschlossenen Stellung.
  • Unterhalb der Arbeitsplatte 2 eines Schrankes 1 ist ein Teleskopauszug 3 in einer Führungsschiene 4 längsverschiebbar gelagert. Am Endteil 5 des Teleskopauszuges 3 ist das Hinterteil 6 einer Brettplatte 7 mittels zweier beidseitig angeordneter Parallellenkerpaare 8 schwenkbar gelagert. Am Hinterteil 6 der Brettplatte 7 ist ein Vorderteil 9 bei 10 schwenkbar angelenkt.
  • In der in Fig.2 dargestellten geschlossenen Lage ist das Vorderteil 9 der Brettplatte 7 auf das hintere Teil 6 umgeklappt und beide Teile befinden sich in einer unteren Ruhestellung. Oberhalb der Führung 4 ist, parallel zu ihr verlaufend, eine Schiene 11 am Schrank 1 befestigt, in welcher ein Schleppanker 12 verschiebbar gelagert und am freien Ende der Schiene 11 ein Endanschlag 13 vorgesehen ist. Der Schleppanker 12 ist durch ein Drahtseil 14 mit einer am hinteren Teil 6 der Brettplatte 7 angeordneten Lasche 15 verbunden. Der Auszug 3 ist an seinem freien Ende durch eine Blende 16 mit Handgriff 17 abgeschlossen.
  • Wenn der Auszug 3 mittels des Handgriffs 17 aus der Ruhestellung nach Fig. 2 nach aussen gezogen wird, zieht das Drahtseil 14 den Schleppanker 12 in der Schiene 11 nach vorne mit, bis er am Endanschlag 13 anliegt. Die Brettplatte 7 wird dann in ihrer Stellung festgehalten und kann sich mit dem Auszug 3 nicht mehr weiterbewegen. Infolgedessen schwenken die Lenkerpaare 8 entgegen der Pfeilrichtung 18 nach oben über die Totpunktlage, bis ihre unteren Hebelteile 19 an den Anschlägen 20 anliegen und damit die Arbeitsstellung erreicht ist. Gleichzeitig liegt auch die Rückkante 25 des hinteren Teils 6 der Brettplatte 7 an der Tischplatte 2 an und bildet einen zweiten Anschlag. Wenn in dieser Lage Druck auf die Brettplatte 7 ausgeübt wird, geht von den Lenkerpaaren 8 eine Kraftkomponente in Auszugsrichtung aus, so dass keine Gefahr besteht, dass der Auszug 3 durch die Arbeitsbewegungen versehentlich eingeschoben wird.
  • Am vorderen Ende 9 der Brettplatte 7 ist ein Schwenkbügel 21 gelagert, der in der Ruhestellung nach Fig. 2 oberhalb des Vorderteils 9 zu liegen kommt. Wenn sich bei der Auszugsbewegung das hintere Teil 6 der Brettplatte 7 in seiner Arbeitslage befindet, wird das Vorderteil 9 nach vorne umgeklappt, wobei der Schwenkbügel 21 frei nach unten hängt. Er gleitet dann über eine Schrägführung 22 einer Rastvorrichtung 23 in eine Rastnut 24, die nach vorne durch die Blende 16 abgeschlossen ist. Der Schwenkbügel 21 dient einerseits zum Abstützen des Vorderteils 9 und verhindert andererseits ein ungewolltes Einschieben des Auszuges 3 mittels des Griffes 17, denn dann würde die Blende 16 am Schwenkhebel 21 anschlagen. Erst durch Anheben des Vorderteils 9 wird die Verrastung wieder aufgehoben und kann der Auszug 3 eingeschoben werden.

Claims (5)

1. Einbaubügelbrett, dessen Brettplatte (7) über mindestens ein Parallelogrammlenkerpaar mittels eines Anschlaggliedes (14) von einer unteren Ruhestellung in eine obere Arbeitslage schwenkbar an einem in einer Führung (4) verschiebbar gelagerten Auszug angeordnet und gegen einen Anschlag (bei 25) schwenkbar ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Anschlagglied als ein bei ausgefahrenem Auszug (3) wirksames, in sich bewegliches Glied, insbesondere Drahtseil (14), ausgebildet ist, welches an der Führung (4) oder einem mit ihr fest verbundenen Teil (11, 13) befestigt ist.
2. Bügelbrett nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Länge des in sich beweglichen Gliedes mindestens der Ausfuhrlänge des Auszuges entspricht.
3. Bügelbrett nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das in sich bewegliche Glied (14) an einem in einer längs der Auszugsführung (3) verlaufenden Schiene (11) mit Endanschlag (13) verschiebbar gelagerten Schleppanker (12) befestigt ist.
4. Zusammenklappbares Bügelbrett, bei dem das Vorderteil auf das Hinterteil umklappbar ist, nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Vorderteil (9) einen in der Arbeitslage frei nach unten hängenden Schwenkbügel (21) od. dgl. aufweist, der in eine Rastvorrichtung (23) am Auszug (3) eingreift.
5. Bügelbrett nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Rastvorrichtung (23) aus einer Schrägführung (22) und einer sich daran anschliessenden Rastnut (24) besteht, welche durch eine Vorderblende (16) des Auszugs (3) abgeschlossen ist.
