Claims (6)

1. Procédé de fabrication de cuirs et de fourrures par tannage ou post-tannage au chrome ou à l'aluminium, caractérisé par l'utilisation en tant qu'agent de graissage dans les jus de tannage, d'une combinaison de :
A) 90 à 40 % en poids d'esters d'acide sulfosuccinique qui renferment comme fraction d'estérification des résidus gras en C12-C24 et qui se présentent sous forme de leurs sels, et
B) 10 à 60 % en poids d'agents émulsionnants non ioniques et/ou anioniques choisis dans le groupe constitué par les produits d'addition des oxydes d'alcoylène sur les alcools gras, les alcoylphénols, les acides gras ou les alcanolamides d'acides gras en C8-C20 ainsi que de leurs esters sulfuriques sous forme de leurs sels alcalins d'ammonium ou d'amine, .

cette combinaison étant utilisée en une quantité totale de 0,1 à 6 % en poids rapporté au poids plané ou au poids plissé.
2. Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé par un rapport entre les composants A et B tel que 85 : 15 à 50 : 50 % en poids.
3. Procédé selon les revendications 1 et 2, caractérisé par l'utilisation d'esters sulfosucciniques A dont les fractions d'estérification dérivent d'alcools gras, ou de mono- ou de diglycérides d'acides gras en C12-C24 ou de produits d'addition de 1 à 6 moles d'oxyde d'alcoylène sur des alcools gras ou des mono-ou des di-glycérides d'acides gras, ou des acides gras en Cl2-C24.
4. Procédé selon les revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé par l'utilisation, comme agents émulsionnants (B), de produits d'addition de 5 à 25 moles d'oxyde d'éthylène sur des alcools gras, des alcoylphénols, des acides gras ou des alcanolamides d'acides gras en Ca-C2o et/ou d'esters sulfuriques des produits d'addition de 1 à 6 moles d'oxyde d'éthylène sur des alcools gras, des acides gras ou des alcanolamides d'acides gras en Ca-C2o sous forme de leurs sels alcalins ou d'ammonium.
5. Procédé selon les revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé par la mise en oeuvre de 0,5 à 4 % en poids des constituants A et B rapporté au poids plané ou plissé dans le jus de tannage ou de post-tannage.
6. Procédé selon les revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé par l'utilisation simultanée d'agents de graissage stables aux électrolytes dans le jus de tannage.
