Claims (10)

1) Procédé pour la fabrication de cuir et de peaux imperméables, par tannage, surtannage, teinture, graissage et fixation, en s'aidant de copolymères contenant des groupes carboxyles, caractérisé en ce qu'à la suite du tannage et éventuellement de la teinture, on met en oeuvre successivement, dans le même bain, comme agents de graissage (A), des hydrocarbures à longue chaîne C18 à C26 ou des cires en C32 à C40, oxydés, ou oxydés et partiellement sulfurés, et comme agents d'imprégnation (B), des copolymères à 60 à 95 moles % d'acide acrylique et/ou méthacrylique, et 5 à 40 moles % d'ester méthylique, éthylique, propylique ou butylique, de l'amide ou du nitrile de l'acide acrylique ou méthacrylique, ayant un poids moléculaire de 800 à 10.000, sous forme de sels de métaux alcalins d'ammonium, ou l'amine, et ensuite, on neutralise, fixe et parachève.
2) Procédé suivant la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'on utilise comme agents de graissage (A), des hydrocarbures ou des cires à longues chaînes, oxydés ou oxydés et partiellement sulfurés, avec des indices d'acide de 5 à 100 et éventuellement des teneurs en S03 de 0,2 à 2 % en poids, sous forme de sels des métaux alcalins, d'ammonium ou d'amines, dans une proportion de 3 à 8 % en poids, calculé sur le poids du cuir dérayé.
3) Procédé suivant les revendications 1 et 2, caractérisé en ce que l'on utilise, comme agent de graissage (A), une paraffine non raffinée en C20 à C22 sulfoxydée, avec une teneur en S03 de 0,2 a 0,5 % en poids, et des indices d'acide de 5 à 15, sous la forme de sels de métaux alcalins, d'ammonium ou d'amines.
4) Procédé suivant les revendications 1 et 2, caractérisé en ce que l'on utilise, comme agent de graissage (A) des polyèthylenes ou des paraffines en C24 à C26 oxydés et sulfurés avec une teneur en S03 de 0,3 a 0,8 % en poids et des indices d'acide de 5 à 20, sous forme de sels de métaux alcalins, d'ammonium, ou d'amines.
5) Procédé suivant les revendications 1 et 2, caractérisé en ce que l'on utilise, comme agent de graissage (A), des paraffines en C22 à C26, avec des indices d'acide de 60 à 70, sous forme de sels de métaux alcalins, d'ammonium ou d'amines.
6) Procédé suivant les revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce que l'agent de graissage (A) est utilisé en combinaison avec des émulsionnants eau dans huile, ou des monoéthanolamides d'acide gras/éthersulfate. ou acides gras, sous forme de sels de métaux alcalins, d'ammonium ou d'amines.
7) Procédé suivant la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce que les émulsionnants eau dans huile sont des esters phosphoriques de monoalcoyl en C12 à C18 ou des esters succiniques d'alkényl en C16 à C20 ou un sarcoside d'acides gras ou un monoester citrique d'alcool gras, sous forme de sels de métaux alcalins, d'ammonium ou d'ammonium ou d'amines.
8) Procédé suivant les revendications 1 à 7, caractérisé en ce que l'on utilise comme agent d'imprégnation (B), des copolymères de 70 à 85 moles % d'acide acrylique et/ou d'acide méthacrylique, et 15 à 30 moles % de l'ester méthylique, éthylique, propylique, ou butylique, ou de l'amide, ou du nitrile de l'acide acrylique ou méthacrylique, sous la forme de sels de metaux alcalins, d,ammonium ou d'amines, dans une proportion de 0,5 à 3 % en poids calculé sur le poids du cuir dérayé.
9) Procédé suivant les revendications 1 à 8, caractérisé en ce qu'on utilise comme agent d'imprégnation (B), des copolymères de 75 moles % d'acide acrylique et 25 moles % d'ester éthylique de l'acide acrylique, sels de sodium, 85 moles % d'acide acrylique et 15 moles % d'acrylnitrile, sels d'ammonium, 70 moles % d'acide acrylique et 30 moles % d'amide acrylique, sels de sodium, ou 80 moles % d'acide acrylique et 20 moles % d'ester éthylique de l'acide crylique, sels de sodium.
10) Procédé suivant les revendications 1 à 9, caractérisé en ce que, après le graissage, l'imprégnation et la neutralisation dans le même bain, on fixe avec 2 à 4 % en poids, calculé sur le poids du cuir dérayé, d'une substance tannante à base de chrome ou d'aluminium.
