Abstract

Цель настоящего изобретения заключается в предложении волокна-предшественника высокосортного углеродного волокна, которое с меньшей вероятностью вызывает появление пушения без ухудшения производительности при получении. Волокно-предшественник углеродного волокна характеризуется среднемассовой молекулярной массой M(F) в диапазоне от 200000 до 700000 и степенью полидисперсности M(F)/M(F) (где M(F) указывает на Z-среднюю молекулярную массу волокна) в диапазоне от 2 до 5. Кроме того, способ получения волокна-предшественника углеродного волокна, соответствующего настоящему изобретению, предлагает способ получения волокна-предшественника углеродного волокна. В дополнение к этому, цель настоящего изобретения заключается в предложении высокосортного и высококачественного углеродного волокна при одновременном подавлении появления пушения и обрыва волокна даже в условиях проведения окисления-карбонизации, включающих высокое натяжение или высокую степень растяжения, без ухудшения производительности при получении. Способом получения углеродного волокна, соответствующего настоящему изобретению, является способ получения углеродного волокна с использованием волокна-предшественника углеродного волокна. Кроме того, углеродным волокном, соответствующим настоящему изобретению, является углеродное волокно, у которого размер кристаллитов и параметры, относящиеся к поверхности углеродного волокна, удовлетворяют специфическому соотношению, при этом параметры определяют по методу спектроскопии комбинационного рассеяния.
