Claims (13)
1. Blyfrit piezokeramisk materiale på basis af bismuth-natrium-titanat (BNT) med grundsammensætningen
eller
kendetegnet ved tilsætningen af et phosphorholdigt materiale i en sådan mængde, at koncentrationen af phosphor i det piezokeramiske materiale ligger ved 250 til 2000 ppm, hvor angivelsen ppm (parts per million) relateret til massen af phosphor forholder sig til den totale masse af den piezokeramiske sammensætning.
2. Blyfrit piezokeramisk materiale på basis af bismuth-natrium-titanat (BNT) ifølge krav 1, hvor grundsammensætningen er x(Bi0,5Na0,5)TiO3 - yBaTiO3 - zSrTiO3 med y > 0,1 og x+y+z = 1 eller x(Bi0,5Na0,5)TiO3 - yBaTiO3 - zCaTiO3 med y > 0,1 og x+y+z = 1.
3. Blyfrit piezokeramisk materiale ifølge krav 1 eller 2, kendetegnet ved, at den phosphorholdige forbindelse er et uorganisk phosphat, hydrogenphosphat eller dihydrogenphosphat.
4. Blyfrit piezokeramisk materiale ifølge et af kravene 1 til 3, kendetegnet ved, at den phosphorholdige forbindelse er udvalgt fra gruppen, der består af KH2PO4,(NH4)H2PO4.
5. Blyfrit piezokeramisk materiale ifølge i det mindste et af kravene 1 til 4, kendetegnet ved, at det phosphorholdige materiale tilsættes i en sådan mængde, at koncentrationen af phosphor i det blyfri piezokeramiske materiale udgør 270 til 1800 ppm.
6. Blyfrit piezokeramisk materiale ifølge et af kravene 1 til 5, kendetegnet ved, at grundsammensætningen indeholder tilsætninger i form af oxider eller komplekse perovskiter.
7. Fremgangsmåde til fremstilling af et blyfrit piezokeramisk materiale ifølge et af de foregående krav 1 til 6, kendetegnet ved følgende trin: - fremstilling af en råstofblanding med grundsammensætningen, - fremstilling af et kalcinat med grundsammensætningen, - finmaling af kalcinatet, - fremstilling af et granulat især ved sprøjtegranulering eller fremstilling af en støbeslikker til flerlags- eller "co-firing"-processen, - videreforarbejdning på kendt måde inklusive sintring i normal atmosfære, hvor phosphorholdige tilsætninger tilsættes ved finmalingen eller sprøjtegranuleringen og/eller ved oparbejdningen af støbeslikker.
8. Piezokeramisk flerlagsaktuator på basis af et blyfrit piezokeramisk materiale ifølge et af kravene 1 til 6.
9. Piezokeramisk komponent, som foretrukket har i det mindste et piezokeramisk legeme med i det mindste to elektroder, mere foretrukket i form af en piezoelektrisk ultralydstransducer, på basis af et blyfrit piezokeramisk materiale ifølge et af kravene 1 til 6.
10. Anvendelse af et phosphorholdigt materiale i et piezokeramisk materiale på basis af bismuth-natrium-titanat (BNT) med grundsammensætningen x(Bi0,5Na0,5)TiO3 - yBaTiO3 - zSrTiO3 med x+y+z = 1 og 0<x<1, 0<y<1, 0<z<0,07 eller x(Bi0,5Na0,5)TiO3 - yBaTiO3 - zCaTiO3 med x+y+z = 1 og 0<x<1, 0<y<1, 0<z<0,05 til formindskelse af væksten af kæmpekorn, hvor det phosphorholdige materiale indsættes i en sådan mængde, at koncentrationen af phosphor i det piezokeramiske materiale ligger ved 250 til 2000 ppm, mere foretrukket ved 270 til 1800 ppm, hvor angivelsen ppm (parts per million) relateret til massen af phosphor forholder sig til den totale masse af den piezokeramiske sammensætning.
11. Anvendelse ifølge krav 10, hvor grundsammensætningen er x(Bi0,5Na0,5)TiO3 - yBaTiO3 - zSrTiO3 med y > 0,1 og x+y+z = 1 eller x(Bi0,5Na0,5)TiO3 - yBaTiO3 - zCaTiO3 med y > 0,1 og x+y+z = 1.
12. Anvendelse ifølge krav 10 eller 11, kendetegnet ved, at den phosphorholdige forbindelse er et uorganisk phosphat, hydrogenphosphat eller dihydrogenphosphat.
13. Anvendelse ifølge et af kravene 10 til 12, kendetegnet ved, at den phosphorholdige forbindelse er udvalgt fra gruppen, der består af KH2PO4,(NH4)H2PO4.
