Claims (9)
1. Anordning til udtømning af materiale omfattende: et udtømningskammer (21), der er indrettet til at indeholde en del af en udvalgt væske: en indløbsventil (23), der er indrettet til selektivt at åbnes for derved at overføre væske fra en beholder (403) ind i udtømningskammeret (21) og til selektivt at lukkes for tætne udtømningskammeret (21), der indeholder væske; et varmeelement (29), der er placeret i udtømningskammeret (21) eller i nærheden af udtømningskammeret (21) og indrettet til at hæve væskens temperatur og tryk i det tætnede udtømningskammer (21) til en temperatur, der i alt væsentligt er lig med eller højere end en mætningstemperatur for væsken ved et tryk på nedstrømssiden af udløbsventilen (27); en udløbsventil (27), der er indrettet til selektivt at lukkes for at tætne udtømningskammeret (21) under opvarmning af væsken og til selektivt at åbnes for at udtømme materiale fra det tætnede udtømningskammer (21) via udløbsventilen (27) og derefter gennem et halsområde som væskedamp og/eller væske, når væsketemperaturen i udtømningskammeret i alt væsentligt er lig med eller højere end mætningstemperaturen; og mindst én styreenhed, der er indrettet til elektronisk at styre den selektive åbning og lukning af indløbsventilen og udløbsventilen, baseret på trykket i udtømningskammeret, hvilket tryk overvåges af én eller flere tryk- eller temperaturfølere, hvorved, i anvendelse, væske og/eller væskedamp udtømmes fra udtømningskammeret (21) ved en dampeksplosionsproces.
2. Anordning ifølge det foregående krav, hvilken anordning endvidere omfatter: mindst én føler til bestemmelse af, når mætningstemperaturen er nået.
3. Anordning ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, hvor: indløbsventilen er indrettet til selektivt at åbnes for at gøre det muligt for væske at blive indført i udtømningskammeret efter materiale fra kammeret tidligere er udtomt ved åbning af udløbsventil.
4. Anordning ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, hvilken anordning endvidere omfatter en returåbning og ventil, der er indrettet til at gøre det muligt at overføre materiale fra udtømningskammeret til en beholder.
5. Fremgangsmåde til udtømning af materiale omfattende: tilvejebringelse af et udtømningskammer (21), der er indrettet til at indeholde en del af en udvalgt væske; selektiv lukning af en udløbsventil (27) af udtømningskammeret (21), selektiv åbning af en indløbsventil (23) for at overføre en del af væske fra en beholder (403) ind i udtømningskammeret (21) og lukning af indløbsventilen (23) for at tætne udtømningskammeret (21), der indeholder væsken; øgning af trykket på væsken i udtømningskammeret ved opvarmning af væsken i det tætnede udtømningskammer (21) med et varmeelement, der er placeret i eller i nærheden af udtømningskammeret, til en temperatur, der i alt væsentligt er lig med eller højere end en mætningstemperatur for væsken ved et tryk på nedstrømssiden af udløbsventilen (27); overvågning af trykket i udtømningskammeret (21) med mindst én tryk- eller temperaturføler; elektronisk styring af ind- og udløbsventiler (23, 27) baseret på trykket i udtømningskammeret (21); selektiv åbning af udløbsventilen (27) af udtømningskammeret (21), når væsketemperaturen i udtømningskammeret (21) i alt væsentligt er lig med eller større end mætningstemperaturen; hvorved udtømning af væskedamp og/eller væske fra udtømningskammeret (21) via udløbsventilen (27) og derefter gennem et halsområde ved en dampeksplosionsproces.
6. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 5, hvilken fremgangsmåde endvidere omfatter: overvågning af mætningstemperaturen i udtømningskammeret med mindst én føler.
7. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 5 til 6, hvilken fremgangsmåde endvidere omfatter: efter udtømning af væskedamp og/eller væske fra udtømningskammeret, selektiv lukning af udløbsventilen og selektiv åbning af indløbsventilen for at gøre det muligt for væske at blive indført i udtømningskammeret.
8. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 5 til 7, hvilken fremgangsmåde endvidere omfatter overføring af materiale fra udtømningskammeret to en beholder via en returåbning og -ventil.
9. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 5 til 8, hvilken fremgangsmåde endvidere omfatter: foropvarmning af væske tilført indløbsventilen før indføring af væsken ind i udtømningskammeret.
