Claims (19)
- 선택된 액체의 일부분을 보유하도록 구성된 배출 챔버;
선택적으로 개방되어 액체를 상기 배출 챔버 안으로 이송하도록 구성된 유입 밸브; 및
상기 배출 챔버 안에 있는 액체의 온도가 실질적으로 상기 배출 밸브 하류의 위치에서의 압력에서 상기 액체와 관련된 포화 온도 이상인 때에, 선택적으로 개방되어 상기 배출 챔버로부터 상기 배출 밸브와 그 다음의 목 영역을 통하여 물질을 액체 증기 및 액체 중 적어도 하나로서 배출하도록 구성된 배출 밸브;를 포함하는, 물질 배출 장치. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 물질 배출 장치는, 상기 배출 챔버 내에 있는 액체의 온도를 상승시키기 위하여 상기 배출 챔버에 가까이 또는 상기 배출 챔버 내에 배치된 가열기 요소(heater element)를 더 포함하는, 물질 배출 장치. - 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,
상기 물질 배출 장치는, 상기 배출 챔버 내에 있는 액체의 압력을 상승시키기 위하여 상기 배출 챔버에 가까이 또는 상기 배출 챔버 내에 배치된 펌프 요소(pump member)를 더 포함하는, 물질 배출 장치. - 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,
상기 물질 배출 장치는, 포화 온도에 도달한 때를 판정하기 위한 적어도 하나의 센서를 더 포함하는, 물질 배출 장치. - 제 4 항에 있어서,
상기 적어도 하나의 센서는 압력 센서 및 온도 센서 중 적어도 하나를 포함하는, 물질 배출 장치. - 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,
상기 유입 밸브는, 상기 챔버로부터의 물질이 상기 배출 밸브의 개방을 통해 앞서 배출된 후에, 액체가 상기 배출 챔버 안으로 도입됨을 허용하도록 선택적으로 개방되게끔 구성된, 물질 배출 장치. - 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,
상기 물질 배출 장치는, 상기 배출 챔버로부터의 물질이 저장소로 이송됨을 허용하도록 구성된 밸브 및 복귀 포트를 더 포함하는, 물질 배출 장치. - 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,
상기 액체 증기 및 액체 중 적어도 하나는 증기 격발 과정을 통하여 배출되는, 물질 배출 장치. - 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,
상기 배출 밸브가 개방되기 전에, 상기 배출 챔버 내의 액체는 대기압에서의 그 액체의 비등점 위의 온도로 가열되는, 물질 배출 장치. - 선택된 액체의 일부분을 보유하도록 구성된 배출 챔버를 제공하는 단계;
액체의 일부분이 상기 배출 챔버 안으로 이송되도록 유입 밸브를 선택적으로 개방하는 단계;
상기 배출 챔버 안에 있는 액체의 온도가 실질적으로 상기 배출 챔버의 배출 밸브 하류의 위치에서의 압력에서 상기 액체와 관련된 포화 온도 이상인 때에, 상기 배출 밸브를 선택적으로 개방하는 단계; 및
상기 배출 챔버로부터 상기 배출 밸브와 그 다음의 목 영역을 통하여 액체 증기 및 액체 중 적어도 하나를 배출하는 단계;를 포함하는, 물질 배출 방법. - 제 10 항에 있어서,
배출 챔버 내에 보유된 액체의 온도를 증가시키기 위하여 배출 챔버 가까이에 또는 배출 챔버 내에 배치된 가열 요소를 통하여 가열하는 단계를 더 포함하는, 물질 배출 방법. - 제 10 항에 있어서,
상기 배출 챔버 가까이에 또는 배출 챔버 내에 배치된 펌프 요소(pump member)를 통하여 배출 챔버 내의 액체의 압력을 증가시키는 단계를 더 포함하는, 물질 배출 방법. - 제 10 항 내지 제 12 항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서,
적어도 하나의 센서를 통하여, 배출 챔버 내의 포화 온도를 감시하는 단계를 더 포함하는, 물질 배출 방법. - 제 13 항에 있어서,
상기 적어도 하나의 센서는 압력 센서 및 온도 센서 중 적어도 하나인, 물질 배출 방법. - 제 10 항 내지 제 12 항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 배출 챔버로부터의 액체 증기 및 액체 중 적어도 하나의 배출 후에, 배출 밸브를 선택적으로 폐쇄하고, 유입 밸브를 선택적으로 개방하여, 액체가 배출 챔버 안으로 도입됨을 허용하는 단계를 더 포함하는, 물질 배출 방법. - 제 10 항 내지 제 12 항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 배출 챔버로부터의 물질을 밸브 및 복귀 포트를 통하여 저장소로 이송하는 단계를 더 포함하는, 물질 배출 방법. - 제 10 항 내지 제 12 항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서,
배출 챔버 안으로 액체가 들어가기 전에 유입 밸브로 공급되는 액체를 미리 가열하는 단계를 더 포함하는, 물질 배출 방법. - 제 10 항 내지 제 12 항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서,
액체 증기 및 액체 중 적어도 하나를 증기 격발 과정을 통하여 상기 배출 챔버로부터 배출시키는 단계를 포함하는, 물질 배출 방법. - 제 10 항 내지 제 12 항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 배출 밸브가 개방되기 전에, 상기 배출 챔버 내의 액체를 대기압에서의 그 액체의 비등점 위의 온도로 가열하는 단계를 더 포함하는, 물질 배출 방법.
