Claims (12)

1. Oxidationsstabile jernoxidpigmenter med et jern (II)-indhold på i det mindste 5 vægt-%, regnet som FeO, som har en organisk belægning, kendetegnet ved, at belægningen består af en eller flere organiske forbindelser med den almene formel (I) XOaR3b (OR2) cPld idet X står for P eller S, og R3 står for Cl, NH2 eller OM, idet M er hydrogen, en ammoniumforbindelse eller et alkalimetal, og R2 og R1 hver især står for en mættet lineær eller forgrenet alifatisk gruppe med 1 til 15 C-atomer eller for en aromatisk gruppe med 6 til 14 C-atomer, som kan afledes af benzen, naphthalin eller antracen, og som i givet fald er substitueret en eller flere gange med halogen og/eller NH2 og/eller OH og/eller NHR og/eller NR2 og/eller OR og/eller R, idet R er en mættet eller umættet lineær eller forgrenet alifatisk gruppe med hver især 1 til 10 C-atomer eller en i givet fald substitueret alicyklisk eller aromatisk gruppe med hver især 6 til 10 C-atomer, og idet, hvis X står for P, a = 1, b = 2, c = 0 og d = 1, eller hvis X står for S, a = 2, b = 1, c = 0 og d = 1, således at a+b+c+d=4, og jernoxidpigmenterne har en oxidationsstabilitet ifølge oxidationsstabilitets-testen på å 10°C i forhold til det ikke belagte jernoxidpigment.
2. Jernoxidpigmenter ifølge krav 1, kendetegnet ved, at jernoxidpigmenterne har en oxidationsstabilitet på å 20°C i forhold til det ikke belagte jernoxidpigment.
3. Jernoxidpigmenter ifølge krav 1 eller 2, kendetegnet ved, at den ene eller de flere organiske forbindelser med den almene formel (I) endvidere også indeholder vand.
4. Jernoxidpigmenter ifølge et eller flere af kravene 1 til 3, kendetegnet ved, at den ene eller de flere organiske forbindelser med den almene formel (I) er udvalgt af benzensulfonsyre, benzensulfonsyreamid, benzensulfonsyre- alkalimetalsalt, p-toluensulfonsyre, p-toluensulfonsyreamid eller p-toluensulfonsyreamid-alkalimetalsalt.
5. Jernoxidpigmenter ifølge et eller flere af kravene 1 til 4, kendetegnet ved, at den ene eller de flere organiske forbindelser med den almene formel (I) foreligger i en mængde på 0.1 til 10 vægt-%, navnlig på 0.2 til 3 vægt-%, i det belagte pigment.
6. Jernoxidpigmenter ifølge et eller flere af kravene 1 til 5, kendetegnet ved, at jernoxidpigmenterne har et restfugtindhold på < 5 vægt-%, navnlig på < 3.5 vægt-%.
7. Fremgangsmåde til fremstilling af jernoxidpigmenter ifølge et eller flere af kravene 1 til 6, kendetegnet ved, at jernoxidpigmenter med et Fe(II)-indhold på i det mindste 5 vægt-%, regnet som FeO, enten i tør form, som pasta eller som suspension blandes med i det mindste en forbindelse med den almene formel (I), og blandingen i givet fald tørres og/eller males.
8. Fremgangsmåde til fremstilling af jernoxidpigmenter ifølge krav 7, kendetegnet ved, at suspensionen er en suspension eller pasta fra pigmentfremstillingsprocessen.
9. Fremgangsmåde til fremstilling af jernoxidpigmenter ifølge krav 7, kendetegnet ved, at suspensionen er en ny dispersion af agglomererede partikler.
10. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et af kravene 7 til 9, kendetegnet ved, at jernoxidpigmenterne afsluttende udsættes for en temperaturbehandling ved 200 °C til 800 °C i en ikke eller svagt oxiderende atmosfære.
11. Anvendelse af jernoxidpigmenterne ifølge et eller flere af kravene 1 til 6 og de ifølge fremgangsmåden ifølge krav 7 til 10 fremstillede jernoxidpigmenter til indfarvning af kalk-og/eller cementbundne byggematerialer, til indfarvning af kunststoffer, lakker, dispersionsfarver og til fremstilling af magnetiske indspilningsmedier og tonere.
12. Anvendelse ifølge krav 11, kendetegnet ved, at de kalk-og/eller cementbundne byggematerialer er beton, cementmørtel, puds og/eller kalksandsten.
