Description
- Hintergrund und Zusammenfassung der Erfindung
- Die vorliegende Erfindung bezieht sich auf eine mobile chirurgische Hilfsvorrichtung. Genauer gesagt bezieht sich die vorliegende Erfindung auf eine freistehende chirurgische Hilfsvorrichtung, welche wichtige chirurgische Hilfsmittel und Technologien auf einer zentralen Fläche in einem Operationssaal integriert.
- WO96/35403 beschreibt eine bewegbare Gerätesäule innerhalb eines Krankenhauszimmers, welche Gasleitungen und Stromleitungen umfasst, die an der Decke befestigt sind und durch ein Rohr in einen oberen Teil der Säule führen. Ein Arm mit zwei Gelenken ermöglicht eine Bewegung der Säule auf einer auf Rädern angeordneten Basis um 340° um das Bett des Patienten.
- Die vorliegende Erfindung sieht eine chirurgische Vorrichtung vor, welche eine mobile Hilfsstation umfasst, die so angeordnet ist, dass sie medizinische Geräte aufnehmen kann, wobei die mobile Hilfsstation zur Versorgung des Operationssaals mit Gas und Strom mindestens einen Gasanschluss und mindestens einen Stromanschluss umfasst, sowie eine Verbindungsleitung, deren erstes Ende mit der mobilen Hilfsstation verbunden ist und deren zweites Ende so angeordnet ist, dass es mit einer Decke des Operationssaals verbunden wird, wobei die Leitung so angeordnet ist, dass sie medizinische Gasleitungen und Stromleitungen von einer Gasversorgung beziehungsweise von einer Stromversorgung durch die Decke zur mobilen Hilfsstation führt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verbindungsleitung ein Kabelschlauch ist, welcher über einen Großteil seiner Länge zwischen dem ersten Ende und dem zweiten Ende biegsam ist.
- Die bewegbare Hilfsvorrichtung ist so angeordnet, dass sie medizinische Geräte aufnehmen kann, wie zum Beispiel Anästhesiegeräte, IV-Pumpen und IV-Vorwärmgeräte, ein die Patiententemperatur regulierendes Regelgerät, einen zentralen Monitor und ein Regelgerät für verschiedene Geräte. Die mobile chirurgische Hilfsstation ist außerdem so angeordnet, dass sie den Operationssaal zur Unterstützung des Operationsvorgangs mit Gas und Strom versorgt. In einer bevorzugten Ausführungsform umfasst die mobile Hilfsstation außerdem die Bereitstellung von Strom und Flüssigkeit, um den Operationstisch oder eine auf dem Operationstisch angeordnete Stützfläche zu steuern. Die mobile chirurgische Station umfasst außerdem eine Datenverknüpfung zum Kommunikationsnetz des Krankenhauses, um von der mobilen Hilfsstation aus momentane Informationen und Daten innerhalb des Netzes zu liefern. Weitere auf der mobilen Hilfsstation angeordnete medizinische Geräte können beispielsweise Stromanschlüsse für Elektrokautergeräte und einen Treiber für eine fiberoptische Stirnlampe eines Chirurgen beinhalten.
- Die chirurgische Hilfsvorrichtung ist entsprechend der chirurgischen Anforderungen hin zu verschiedenen Positionen im Operationssaal bewegbar. Strom, Gase und vorzugsweise Kommunikationsverbindungen werden durch den biegsamen Kabelschlauch zur Verfügung gestellt. In einer Ausführungsform ist der Kabelschlauch direkt mit der Decke verbunden. In einer weiteren Ausführungsform ist der Kabelschlauch mit einem Ausleger verbunden, welcher um eine Drehachse drehbar ist. Der biegsame Kabelschlauch ermöglicht, dass die mobile chirurgische Hilfsstation hin zu verschiedenen Positionen innerhalb des Operationssaals bewegt werden kann und dennoch weiterhin Strom, Operationsgase und Kommunikationsverbindungen zur Verfügung gestellt werden.
- Die mobile chirurgische Hilfsvorrichtung der vorliegenden Erfindung zentralisiert wichtige Patientenhilfstechnologien im Operationssaal. Die Vorrichtung spart Bodenraum, indem sie Geräte auf einer einzigen mobilen Hilfsstation vereinigt. Somit werden die Verwirrung und das Durcheinander vermieden, welche entstehen, wenn einzelne Geräte an verschiedenen Positionen oder auf dem Boden stehen. Alle Hilfsfunktionen sind für das Pflegepersonal leicht zugänglich. Mit der mobilen chirurgischen Vorrichtung der vorliegenden Erfindung sind keine einzelnen IV-Positionen erforderlich. Es sind keine hochbelastungsfähigen Deckenhilfskonstruktionen notwendig, da das Gewicht der mobilen chirurgischen Vorrichtung nicht von der Decke getragen wird.
- Zusätzliche Merkmale der Erfindung werden für den Fachmann nach Betrachtung der folgenden detaillierten Beschreibung der illustrierten Ausführungsformen ersichtlich sein, wobei diese die im Moment beste Ausführung der Erfindung veranschaulicht.
- Kurzbeschreibung der Zeichnungen Die detaillierte Beschreibung bezieht sich im Besonderen auf die Begleitzeichnungen, wobei:
-
1 eine perspektivische Ansicht, einer mobilen chirurgischen Hilfsvorrichtung gemäß der vorliegenden Erfindung ist; -
2 eine perspektivische Ansicht ist und zusätzliche Merkmale der mobilen chirurgischen Hilfsvorrichtung darstellt; -
3 eine Draufsicht eines Lageplans eines Operationssaals ist und verschiedene Positionen der mobilen chirurgischen Hilfsvorrichtung innerhalb des Operationssaals darstellt; -
4 eine perspektivische Ansicht einer weiteren Ausführungsform der vorliegenden Erfindung ist, wobei Gase, Strom und Kommunikationsnetzdatenleitungen durch einen bieg sammen Kabelschlauch und einen bewegbaren Ausleger, welcher schwenkbar mit der Decke verbunden ist, zu der mobilen chirurgischen Hilfsvorrichtung geführt werden; und -
5 eine Draufsicht des Lageplans eines Operationssaals ist und eine Vielzahl von verschiedenen Positionen für die mobile chirurgische Hilfsvorrichtung gemäß4 um einen Operationstisch darstellt. - Detaillierte Beschreibung der Zeichnungen
- An dieser Stelle wird Bezug genommen auf die Zeichnungen, wobei
1 eine mobile chirurgische Hilfsvorrichtung10 gemäß einer Ausführungsform der vorliegenden Erfindung darstellt. Die Vorrichtung10 umfasst eine mobile chirurgische Hilfsstation12 , die eine Vielzahl von Rollen und einen geeigneten Bremsmechanismus beinhaltet. Dadurch kann die mobile chirurgische Hilfsstation12 hin zu gewünschten Positionen innerhalb eines Operationssaals bewegt werden, woraufhin die Rollen blockiert werden können, um eine Bewegung der Station12 während eines chirurgischen Eingriffs zu verhindern. - Die mobile chirurgische Hilfsstation
12 umfasst ein Gehäuse14 , das eine Basis16 , ein oberes Teil18 , Seitenteile20 und22 und eine Rückwand24 umfasst. Zwei Bretter26 und28 sind so angeordnet, dass sie verschiedene Geräte, die für chirurgische Eingriffe in einem Operationssaal benötigt werden, tragen können. Ein Mitglied des Pflegepersonals, wie beispielsweise ein Anästhesist30 , hat somit in einer bequemen Stellung direkten Zugriff auf wichtige chirurgische Hilfsgeräte. Der Anästhesist30 kann auf einem Stuhl32 neben der mobilen chirurgischen Hilfsstation12 sitzen und die Geräte bedienen, wie in den Zeichnungen dargestellt. - Wie in
1 dargestellt, umfasst die mobile chirurgische Hilfsstation12 einen ersten Monitor34 zur Verwendung durch das Pflegepersonal. Anästhesiegeräte, wie beispielsweise Verdampfer36 , sind auch auf der mobilen chirurgischen Hilfsstation12 angeordnet. Regelgeräte und Treiber38 für verschiedene chirurgische Hilfsgeräte sind auch auf der mobilen chirurgischen Hilfsstation12 angeordnet. Die Regelgeräte38 können mit der Hand oder per Stimme betrieben werden. An der mobilen chirurgischen Hilfsstation12 sind Anschlüsse für Elektrokautergeräte und zum Betrieb einer fiberoptischen Stirnleuchte des Chirurgen vorgesehen. - Zusätzliche chirurgische Hilfsgeräte sind entlang der Seite 22 der mobilen chirurgischen Hilfsstation
12 vorgesehen, wobei diese Seite hin zum Operationstisch, an dem ein Chirurg42 an einem Patienten arbeitet, gerichtet ist. Ein zentraler Monitor46 umfasst einen Bildschirm48 zur Bereitstellung von Informationen für den Chirurgen42 , wie in2 dargestellt. Die mobile chirurgische Hilfsstation12 umfasst Stromanschlüsse50 , welche den Operationssaal von einer Stromversorgung82 aus nach Bedarf mit Strom versorgen. Die mobile chirurgische Hilfsstation12 umfasst außerdem eine Vielzahl von Gasanschlüssen52 , die so angeordnet sind, dass sie mit Gasleitungen54 sowie mit N-Anschlüssen56 zur Führung von IV-Leitungen 58 zum Patienten verbunden werden. Die Gasanschlüsse52 werden, wie unten beschrieben, mit Gasleitungen80 verbunden. - Die IV-Pumpen
60 sind innerhalb einer Vertiefung in der Seite 22 der mobilen chirurgischen Hilfsstation12 angeordnet. IV-Beutel60 sind an der mobilen chirurgischen Hilfsstation12 oberhalb der Pumpen60 vorgesehen. Die IV-Leitungen58 können durch einen Vorwärmer geführt werden, wobei dieser ein einzelnes Vorwärmgerät sein kann oder ein Vorwärmgerät, das in einem Regelgerät66 , welches mit der mobilen chirurgischen Hilfsstation12 verbunden ist, angeordnet ist. - Das Regelgerät
66 dient zum Vorwärmen der Flüssigkeit in den IV-Leitungen58 . Außerdem wird mittels des Regelgerätes66 durch den Schlauch68 Flüssigkeit zugeführt, um die Temperatur des Patienten regulieren zu können, oder um eine Stützfläche oder eine andere Therapieeinrichtung auf dem Operationstisch40 zu steuern. Details des Regelgeräts66 werden in der PCT Anmeldung mit der Seriennummer WO99/23980 offenbart, welche hiermit gleichzeitig eingereicht wird. - Die mobile chirurgische Hilfsstation
12 umfasst außerdem eine Kommunikationsnetzverbindung70 zur Verbindung von Geräten im Operationssaal mit dem Krankenhausnetzwerk72 . Der Monitor46 auf der Oberfläche des oberen Teils18 der mobilen chirurgischen Hilfsstation12 ist um eine vertikale Achse74 drehbar. Das Display48 ist auch um eine Achse76 schwenkbar. Somit kann die Ausrichtung des Displays48 den speziellen Wünschen des Chirurgen42 angepasst werden. Die mobile Hilfsstation12 beinhaltet auch eine Videokamera. Der Monitor46 und die Kamera ermöglichen die Durchführung von Telechirurgie über Kommunikationsleitungen86 . - Die Operationsgase von einer Gasversorgung
78 werden der mobilen chirurgischen Hilfsstation12 über Versorgungsleitungen80 zugeführt. Die durch die Leitungen80 zugeführten Gase umfassen beispielsweise Sauerstoff, Luft, Stickstoffoxid, Stickstoff, Kohlendioxid, Helium und Vakuum. Strom von einer Stromversorgung82 wird der mobilen chirurgischen Hilfsstation12 über eine Versorgungsleitung84 zugeführt. Die mobile chirurgische Hilfsstation12 ist außerdem über eine Versorgungsleitung86 mit dem Kommunikationsnetz72 verbunden. - Die Versorgungsleitungen
80 ,84 , und86 verlaufen durch eine Öffnung88 , welche in einer Decke90 des Operationssaals angeordnet ist. Die Versorgungsleitungen80 ,84 , und86 verlaufen durch einen biegsamen Kabelschlauch92 , dessen erstes Ende94 durch eine Drehverbindung mit der Öffnung88 in der Decke90 verbunden ist. Ein zweites Ende96 des Kabelschlauchs92 ist mit der mobilen chirurgischen Hilfsstation12 verbunden. Ein Innenbereich98 des Kabelschlauchs92 ist zur Isolierung der Leitungen80 ,84 , und86 in einzelne Abschnitte gegliedert. Da der Kabelschlauch92 biegsam ist, kann die mobile chirurgische Hilfsstation12 hin zu verschiedenen Positionen innerhalb des Operationssaals bewegt werden, wie am besten in3 dargestellt. Die Öffnung88 in der Decke90 kann an jeder gewünschten Position angeordnet werden. Zur Stützung des Kabelschlauchs92 ist keine wesentliche Verstärkung in der Decke90 erforderlich. Das Gewicht der mobilen Hilfsstation12 lastet auf dem Boden und wird nicht von der Decke90 getragen. - Die
4 und5 stellen eine weitere Ausführungsform der vorliegenden Erfindung dar. Bei dieser Ausführungsform ist ein hohler Ausleger100 mit einer zentralen Nabe102 verbunden, wobei die zentrale Nabe100 mit der Decke90 verbunden ist. Der Ausleger100 ist so angeordnet, dass er sich um eine schwenkbare Achse104 der Nabe102 in die Richtung des Doppelpfeils103 dreht. Als Beispiel sind auch Operationslampen106 mit der Nabe102 verbunden. Die Operationslampen106 umfassen Stützarme108 , welche ebenfalls drehbar an der Nabe102 befestigt sind. Die Operationslampen110 sind mit den gegenüberliegenden Enden der Stützarme108 verbunden. - Die Versorgungsleitungen
80 ,84 , und86 werden durch die Decke90 und die Nabe106 und anschließend durch den Ausleger100 geführt. Das erste Ende94 des Kabelschlauchs92 ist mit einer Öffnung110 , welche am distalen Ende112 des Auslegers100 angeordnet ist, verbunden. Der Ausleger100 hat eine ausreichende Länge, so dass der Kabelschlauch92 die Bewegung der Operationslampen106 nicht stört.5 zeigt die Bewegung der mobilen chirurgischen Hilfsstation12 mittels des Auslegers100 hin zu verschiedenen Positionen.
Claims (10)
- Chirurgische Hilfsvorrichtung (
10 ), welche eine mobile Hilfsstation (12 ) umfasst, die so angeordnet ist, dass sie medizinische Geräte aufnehmen kann, wobei die mobile Hilfsstation zur Versorgung des Operationssaals mit Gas und Strom mindestens einen Gasanschluss (52 ) und mindestens einen Stromanschluss (50 ) umfasst, sowie eine Verbindungsleitung (92 ), deren erstes Ende (96 ) mit der mobilen Hilfsstation (12 ) verbunden ist und deren zweites Ende (94 ) so angeordnet ist, dass es mit einer Decke (90 ) des Operationssaals verbunden wird, wobei die Leitung so angeordnet ist, dass sie medizinische Gasleitungen und Stromleitungen (80 ,82 ) von einer Gasversorgung beziehungsweise von einer Stromversorgung durch die Decke (90 ) zur mobilen Hilfsstation (12 ) führt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verbindungsleitung ein Kabelschlauch (92 ) ist, welcher über einen Großteil seiner Länge zwischen dem ersten Ende (96 ) und dem zweiten Ende (94 ) biegsam ist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, welche weiterhin einen Ausleger (
100 ) umfasst, dessen erstes Ende durch eine schwenkbare Achse schwenkbar mit der Decke (90 ) verbunden ist und dessen zweites Ende (112 ) mit dem zweiten Ende (94 ) des Kabelschlauchs verbunden ist, wobei die medizinischen Gasleitungen und die Stromleitungen (80 ,92 ) durch den Ausleger (100 ) und den Kabelschlauch (92 ) zu der mobilen Hilfsstation (12 ) geführt werden. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder Anspruch 2, wobei die mobile Hilfsstation (
12 ) mindestens ein Anästhesiegerät (36 ), ein iv intravenöse Pumpe] (60 ), einen iv Vorwärmer und ein die Patiententemperatur regulierendes Regelinstrument (66 ) umfasst. - Vorrichtung nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, wobei zu der mobilen Hilfsstation (
12 ) ein Monitor (46 ) zur Überwachung eines Zustandes des Patienten gehört. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4, wobei zu der mobilen Hilfsstation (
12 ) eine Oberfläche (18 ) gehört, auf welcher der Monitor (46 ) aufgestellt ist, wobei der Monitor (46 ) um eine im Allgemeinen vertikale erste Achse (74 ) drehbar angeordnet ist und um eine im allgemeinen zur ersten Achse quer verlaufende zweite Achse (76 ) schwenkbar ist. - Vorrichtung nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, welche weiterhin eine Kommunikationsleitung (
86 ) umfasst, die durch die Decke und den Kabelschlauch (92 ) zu der mobilen Hilfsstation (12 ) verläuft und eine Verbindung zwischen einem Kommunikationsnetz (70 ) an der mobilen Hilfsstation bietet. - Vorrichtung nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, wobei zu der mobilen Hilfsstation (
12 ) eine Vielzahl von Rollen und ein Bremsmechanismus gehören. - Vorrichtung nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, wobei die medizinischen Gase mindestens ein Element aus der Gruppe bestehend aus Sauerstoff, Luft, Stickstoffoxid, Stickstoff, Kohlendioxid, Helium und Vakuum darstellen.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, wobei zu der mobilen Hilfsstation (
12 ) ein Stromanschluss für ein Elektrokautergerät gehört. - Vorrichtung nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, wobei zu der mobilen Hilfsstation ein Treiber (
38 ) gehört, der so angeordnet ist, dass er mit einer faseroptischen Lichtquelle verbunden wird.
