- Patentansprüche1. Macrolid-Antibiotikum mit einem aldehydgruppenfreien, 16-gliedrigen Lactonring,. Desosamin als Aminozucker und S-Desoxy-2,3-di-(0-methyl)-hexose oder 6-Desoxy-(2 oder 3)-0-methyl-hexose als Neutralzucker und der folgenden Teilstruktur I im Lactonring(Din der R., ein Wasserstoffatom oder die Hydroxylgruppe ist und die gestrichelte Linie eine Doppelbindung oder die Epoxygruppe bedeutet, und deren pharmakologisch verträgliche Salze.2. Macrolid-Antibiotikum A 11725 I oder dessen pharmakologisch verträgliche Salze und mit den folgenden Eigenschaften:Aussehen: weißes Pulver; Summenformel: C37H6lNOl2;
Molekulargewicht: 711JSchmelzpunkt: 103 bis 107°C; M-q' - 40,0° (C=I, Methanol);Ultraviolett-Absorptionsspektrum: wie in Fig. 3j Infrarot-Absorptionsspektrum: wie in Pig. Verfahren zur Gewinnung der Macrolid-Antibiotika nach den Ansprüchen 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet , daß man einen Mikroorganismus, der mindestens eines der Macrolid-Antibiotika A 11725 I, A II725 II oder A 11725 III erzeugt, unter aeroben Bedingungen in einem Medium mit mindestens einer assimilierbaren Kohlenstoffquelle und mindestens einer assimilierbaren Stickstoffquelle unter Bildung der vorgenannten Macrolid-Antibiotika züchtet, die entstandenen Macrolid-Antibiotika aus dem Züchtungsmedium isoliert und gegebenenfalls auftrennt und/oder in die gewünschten Derivate und/oder Salze umwandelt.909847/66968. Verfahren nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß man als Mikroorganismus Micromonospora sp. A 11725 (PERM-P Nr. 4488; NRRL 11452) verwendet.9. Verfahren nach den Ansprüchen 7 oder 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß man die erzeugte Macrolid-Antibiotika A 11725 Ii II und III fraktioniert auftrennt.10. Verfahren nach Anspruch 9» dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß man bei den Macrolid-Antibiotika A 11725 I oder A 11725 II mit einem chemischen Mittel die Epoxygruppen in Doppelbindungen umwandelt.11. . Verfahren nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß man als chemisches Mittel Chrom(II)-Chlorid verwendet.12. Pharmazeutische Präparate, gekennzeichnet durch einen Gehalt an mindestens einem Macrolid-Antibiotikum oder dessen Salz nach den Ansprüchen 1 bis 11.
