Abstract
Description
- 1. Langfaserverstärkte Polypropylen-Harzzusammensetzung, umfassend von 35 bis 75 Gew.-% eines Matrix-Polymers und von 25 bis 65 Gew.-% langen Glasfasern mit einer Länge von 2 bis 50 mm, worin das Matrix-Polymer ein modifiziertes Propylen- Homopolymer oder ein modifiziertes Propylen-Ethylen- Copolymer, hergestellt durch Modifizieren eines Propylen- Homopolymers mit einer isotaktischen Pentadenfraktion (P) von wenigstens 96% und einem Mw/Mn (Q) von maximal 6, oder eines kristallines Propylen-Ethylen-Copolymers, das sich aus Homopolymersegmenten mit einer isotaktischen Pentadenfraktion (P) von wenigstens 96% und einem Mw/Mn (Q) von maximal 6 und Propylen-Ethylen-Copolymersegmenten zusammensetzt, mit einer ungesättigten Carbonsäure oder deren Anhydrid, oder eine Mischung aus dem modifizierten Propylen-Homopolymer oder Propylen-Ethylen-Copolymer und dem nicht-modifizierten Propylen-Homopolymer oder kristallinen Propylen-Ethylen- Copolymer ist und eine Schmelzflußrate (230°C, 21,18 N) von wenigstens 50 g/10 min hat.
- 2. Langfaserverstärkte Polypropylen-Harzzusammensetzung gemäß Punkt 1, worin sich das kristalline Propylen-Ethylen- Copolymer aus Homopolymersegmenten mit einer isotaktischen Pentadenfraktion (P) von wenigstens 96%, einem Mw/Mn (g) von maximal 6 und einer Hexan-Extraktion von maximal 0,8 Gew.-% und Propylen-Ethylen-Copolymersegmenten zusammensetzt und das modifizierte Propylen-Ethylen-Copolymer durch Modifizieren des kristallinen Propylen-Ethylen-Copolymers mit einer ungesättigten Carbonsäure oder deren Anhydrid hergestellt ist.
- 3. Langfaserverstärkte Polypropylen- Harzmischzusammensetzung, erzeugt durch Mischen der langfaserverstärkten Polypropylen-Harzzusammensetzung nach Punkt 1 oder 2, mit einem Propylen-Homopolymer und/oder einem Blockcopolymer auf Propylen-Basis.
- 4. Formlinge aus der langfaserverstärkten Polypropylen- Harzzusammensetzung nach einem der Punkte 1 oder 2 oder Formlinge aus der langfaserverstärkten Polypropylen- Harzmischzusammensetzung nach Punkt 3.
