Claims (12)
- 폴리프로필렌계 장섬유 강화 조성물에 있어서,프로필렌 단독 중합체를 50내지 100 중량% 포함하는 결정성 폴리프로필렌 수지(a) 29 내지 77 중량%;평균 섬유 길이가 3 내지50 mm 이고 평균 직경이 4 내지 30 ㎛인 장섬유 강화재(b) 20 내지 50 중량%;용융유동율(190℃에서 측정)이 20 내지 150 g/10 min 인 메탈로센 촉매 중합으로 제조된 엘라스토머 또는 플라스토머, 또는 이들의 혼합물(c) 2 내지 20 중량%; 및라디칼 개시제(d) 0.01내지 3 중량%를 포함하고;상기 결정성 폴리프로필렌수지(a)의 용융유동율(MI(a), 230℃에서 측정)와 상기 메탈로센 촉매 중합으로 제조된 엘라스토머 또는 플라스토머, 또는 이들의 혼합물(c)의 용융유동율(MI(c), 190℃에서 측정)로 나눈 용융유동율의 비(MI(a)/ MI(c))는 0.5 < MI(a)/ MI(c) < 10 인 폴리프로필렌계 장섬유 강화 조성물.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 폴리프로필렌계 장섬유 강화 조성물은 장축 길이가 3 내지 50 mm인 펠렛 형태인 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리프로필렌계 장섬유 강화 조성물.
- 청구항 2에 있어서, 상기 펠렛의 장축 방향과 상기 장섬유 강화재의 섬유 필라멘트가 평행하게 배열된 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리프로필렌계 장섬유 강화 조성물.
- 청구항 1 내지 청구항 3 중에서 선택된 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 결정성 폴리프로필렌 수지는 프로필렌 단독 중합체 또는 프로필렌 단독 중합체와 프로필렌 에틸렌 공중합체의 혼합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리프로필렌계 장섬유 강화 조성물.
- 청구항 1 내지 청구항 3 중에서 선택된 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 장섬유 강화재는 유리섬유 필라멘트, 탄소섬유 필라멘트 및 무기섬유 필라멘트 중에서 하나 또는 2종류 이상 섬유 필라멘트로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리프로필렌계 장섬유 강화 조성물.
- 청구항 1 내지 청구항 3 중에서 선택된 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 결정성 폴리프로필렌 수지의 용융 유동율(Melt Index)이 10 내지 300 g/10min 인 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리프로필렌계 장섬유 강화 조성물.
- 청구항 1 내지 청구항 3 중에서 선택된 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 결정성 폴리프로필렌 수지의 전부 또는 일부가 불포화 카르복시산 및 이의 산무수물 및 오가노 실란화합물 중에서 선택된 어느 하나의 개질제로 개질된 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리프로필렌계 장섬유 강화 조성물.
- 청구항 7에 있어서, 상기 개질제는 아미노실란, 에폭시 실란, 비닐실란, 메타크릴옥시실란, 아크릴산, 메타크릴산, 말레인산, 이타콘산, 무수말레인산, 무수 이타콘산, 무수 시트라콘산, 아크릴산 메틸, 말레인산 모노메틸, 아크릴산 아미드, 푸마르산 모노아미드, 아미드, 이타콘산 이미드로 이루어진 군에서 하나 또는 2 이상 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리프로필렌계 장섬유 강화 조성물.
- 청구항 1 내지 청구항 3 중에서 선택된 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 메탈로센 촉매 중합으로 제조된 엘라스토머는 에틸렌 옥텐 엘라스토머 또는 에틸렌 부 텐 엘라스토머이고, 비중이 0.7 내지 0.9 인 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리프로필렌계 장섬유 강화 조성물.

- 청구항 1 내지 청구항 3 중에서 선택된 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 라디칼 개시제는 퍼옥사이드(Peroxide), 알리파틱 아조 컴파운드(Aliphatic Azo Compound), 오가닉 메탈릭 컴파운드(Organic Metallic Compound) 중에서 선택되는 하나의 화합물 또는 2 종류 이상의 혼합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리프로필렌계 장섬유 강화 조성물.
- 청구항 1 내지 청구항 3 중에서 선택된 어느 한 항의 폴리프로필렌계 장섬유 강화 조성물을 용융시킨 후, 사출성형, 저압사출성형, 압출압축성형, 가스사출성형, 발포사출성형, 가스저압사출성형, 발포저압사출성형, 가스압출압축성형, 발포압출압축성형, 압출성형, 발포압출성형, 압축성형, 발포압축성형, 가스압축성형 중에서 선택되는 어느 하나의 방법으로 성형하여 제조한 도어 쉴드 모듈 플레이트.
