Abstract
本发明涉及一种非茶类容器装饮料,配合有绿茶提取物,含有下述成份(A)及(B),其中(A)为非聚合物儿茶酚类,含量0.06~0.5重量%;(B)为柠檬酸或其盐,含量9~13.5mM,饮料的pH值为3.4~4.2。本发明的容器装饮料含有高浓度的儿茶酚类,减轻了苦涩味,适于长期饮用,苦涩味的稳定性和吞咽感好,即使填充于透明容器中,在高温下保存,也能长时间保持稳定色调。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种非茶类容器装饮料。
背景技术
已知,儿茶酚类具有抑制胆固醇上升的作用和抑制淀粉酶活性的作用等作用(例如参照日本特开昭60-156614号公报、特开平3-133928号公报)。为使儿茶酚类能表现出这种生理效果,成人每日需要喝4~5杯的茶,因此,为了更方便地摄取大量儿茶酚类,人们需要能以高浓度将儿茶酚类配制在饮料中的技术。利用绿茶提取物的浓缩物(例如参照日本特开2002-142677号公报、特开平8-298930号公报、特开平8-109178号公报)等,以溶解状态将儿茶酚类添加到饮料中的方法就是这类方法的其中之一。
另外,还有将柠檬酸用于饮料中的技术,例如,将该有机酸添加到芦荟汁中,并作为降低植物汁液中的硝酸根离子浓度的处理剂,使对健康有害的硝酸根离子与阴离子交换树脂结合的技术,用作绿茶类饮料的pH值调节剂的技术,以及含柠檬酸的绿茶提取物混合饮料等(例如参照日本特开平3-246226号公报、特开2000-354475号公报、特开平5-168407号公报、特表平11-504224号公报)。
发明内容
本发明涉及一种非茶类容器装饮料,它是与绿茶提取物配成的容器装饮料,含有下述成份(A)和(B),其中(A)为非聚合物儿茶酚类,含量0.06~0.5重量%,(B)为柠檬酸或柠檬酸盐,含量9~13.5mM,该容器装饮料的pH值为3.4~4.2。
具体实施方式
目前市售绿茶提取物的浓缩物直接使用时,因绿茶提取物浓缩物种所含成份的影响,会有较强的苦涩味强,且不易吞咽,因此不适用于在发挥儿茶酚的生理效果方面所必需的长期饮用。
另外,上述任一项现有技术中,均没有能兼顾降低高浓度儿茶酚配合饮料所特有的来自儿茶酚的涩味和适度酸味的饮料。
本发明涉及与绿茶提取物配合,含有高浓度儿茶酚类,兼顾了涩味的降低和适度的酸味,有恰当的酸味,适于长期饮用的非茶类容器装饮料。
为此,本发明人对提高含高浓度儿茶酚类的非茶类容器装饮料可经得起长期饮用的风味研究后,结果发现:通过控制容器装饮料的柠檬酸及其盐的浓度和pH值,可得到含高浓度儿茶酚的非茶类饮料。
本发明的容器装饮料含高浓度的非聚合物儿茶酚类,且除绿茶风味之外,无其它嗅觉和味觉上的异味,苦涩味得到降低,有适度酸味,适宜长期饮用。且在填充到透明容器中时,外观良好。
在本发明中,(A)非聚合物儿茶酚类是儿茶酚、棓儿茶酚、儿茶酚棓酸酯、棓儿茶酚棓酸酯等非表体儿茶酚类和表儿茶酚、表棓儿茶酚、表儿茶酚棓酸酯、表棓儿茶酚棓酸酯等表体儿茶酚类的总称,指的是非聚合物类的儿茶酚类。
本发明的容器装饮料中,处于溶于水的状态下的非聚合物——(A)非聚合物儿茶酚类的含量为0.06~0.5重量%,优选为0.07~0.5重量%,更优选为0.08~0.5重量%,进一步优选为0.092~0.5重量%,更进一步优选为0.092~0.4重量%,特别优选为0.1~0.3重量%。当非聚合物儿茶酚类的含量在该范围内时,大量摄取非聚合物儿茶酚类较为容易,从饮料刚完成调制后的色调方面考虑,也是优选范围。该非聚合物儿茶酚类的浓度可通过绿茶提取物的配合量调整。
通常,为发挥促进体内积蓄脂肪的燃烧、促进食物性脂肪的燃烧及促进β-氧化基因在肝脏中的表达等效果,成人每日的非聚合物儿茶酚类摄取量优选为300mg以上,更优选为450mg以上,进一步优选为500mg以上。具体而言,可以确认,摄取每瓶饮料中含483mg、555mg、900mg等的非聚合物儿茶酚类饮料,能达到减肥效果和降低内脏脂肪的效果(日本特开2002-326932号公报)。
因此,本发明的容器装饮料中的非聚合物儿茶酚类的成人每日摄取量优选为300mg以上,更优选为450mg以上,进一步优选为500mg以上。为确保每日必需的摄取量,每瓶本发明的容器装饮料中的聚合物儿茶酚类的配合量优选为300mg以上,更优选为450mg以上,进一步优选为500mg以上。
本发明的容器装饮料中含有9~13.5mM的(B)柠檬酸及其盐。当柠檬酸及其盐的浓度低于9mM时,尽管抑制了苦涩味,但酸味太淡。而当柠檬酸及其盐的浓度高于13.5mM时,酸味太浓,苦涩味也加重。柠檬酸及其盐可举出柠檬酸三钠、柠檬酸等。
另外,在本发明的容器装饮料中,考虑到味道,除柠檬酸及其盐的浓度之外,将pH值控制在3.4~4.2的范围内也很重要。即,pH小于3.4时,涩味变强,pH大于4.2时,有可能串味。而通过将柠檬酸及其盐的浓度和pH值这两者调至上述范围内,就可形成苦涩味得到抑制,并具有适度酸味的饮料。
本发明的容器装饮料中的非聚合物儿茶酚类与咖啡因的重量比优选为5~10000、更优选为6~8000、进一步优选为7~6000、更进一步优选为10~4000、特别优选为10~1000。非聚合物儿茶酚类与咖啡因之比过低时,有损于饮料原有外观,故不选用。而非聚合物儿茶酚类与咖啡因之比过高时,风味不平衡,也不选用。(C)咖啡因包括天然存在于作为原料使用的绿茶提取物、香料、果汁及其它成份中的咖啡因和另外添加的咖啡因。
含这类成份的本发明的容器装饮料即使添加绿茶提取物,绿茶的风味也很淡,绿茶固有的味道也很淡,所以,特别适合用作非茶类容器装饮料,其中,特别是和用作运动饮料。在本发明中,非茶类饮料是指运动饮料、等渗(isotonic)饮料、加了果汁的饮料、加了蔬菜汁的饮料等软饮料,完全没有绿茶、乌龙茶、红茶等的味道。运动饮料通常是指能迅速补充因身体运动后出汗而失去的水分、矿物质的饮料。
本发明的容器装饮料还可含有钠离子及/或钾离子。含这些离子的本发明的容器装饮料可有效用作运动饮料、等渗饮料等形态。
主要的生理电解质可举出钠及钾。这些离子成份可使用上述柠檬酸盐,也可使用与其相应的其它水溶性成份或无机盐。这些离子成份也存在于果汁和茶提取物等中。本发明的容器装饮料中的电解质或离子成份量是最终可饮用的容器装饮料中的含量。电解质浓度用离子浓度表示。
钾离子成份除柠檬酸钾以外,还可以氯化钾、碳酸钾、硫酸钾、乙酸钾、碳酸氢钾、磷酸钾、磷酸氢钾、酒石酸钾、山梨酸钾等或其混合物的形态、或作为所加果汁或茶的成份的形态配合到本发明的容器装饮料中。本发明的容器饮料中的钾离子含量优选为0.001~0.2重量%、更优选为0.002~0.15重量%、进一步优选为0.003~0.12重量%。
钠离子成份除柠檬酸钠以外,还可以氯化钠、碳酸钠、碳酸氢钠、磷酸钠、磷酸氢钠、酒石酸钠、苯甲酸钠等或其混合物的形态、或作为所加果汁或茶的成份的形态配合。为利用浸透压以易于水的吸收,钠离子浓度优选为低浓度,优选为低至可防止因渗透压使水从身体中流失而被肠吸收的程度。该钠离子浓度优选为低于血浆的钠离子浓度。本发明的容器饮料中的钠离子含量优选为0.001~0.5重量%、更优选为0.002~0.4重量%、进一步优选为0.003~0.2重量%。
本发明的容器装饮料中的钾离子及钠离子浓度总量优选为0.001~0.7重量%、更优选为0.002~0.6重量%、进一步优选为0.002~0.35重量%。在本发明中,当钠离子或钾离子浓度过低时,根据摄取情况,会感有味道不足,不能有效补充矿物质,故不选用。而当钠离子或钾离子浓度过高时,盐本身的味道变强,不适于长期饮用,故不选用。
本发明的容器装饮料中,除钾离子及钠离子之外,还可含有氯离子。氯离子的含量优选为0.001~0.5重量%、更优选为0.002~0.4重量%、进一步优选为0.003~0.3重量%。氯离子可以氯化钠或氯化钾等盐的形式添加。还可添加钙、镁、锌、铁等其它微量离子。这些离子也可以盐的形式添加。饮料中存在的离子的合计量包括添加离子量和饮料中天然存在的离子量。例如,当添加氯化钠时,其钠离子量和氯离子量包含于饮料中存在的离子合计量中。
为了改善味道,本发明的容器装饮料中还可添加甜味剂。甜味剂可使用人工甜味剂、碳水化合物类、甘油类(例如丙三醇)。本发明的容器装饮料中的这些甜味剂的优选含量为0.0001~20重量%、更优选为0.001~15重量%、进一步优选为0.001~10重量%。当含量小于0.0001重量%时,几乎没有甜味,酸味和盐味不能取得平衡。而当含量大于20重量%时,甜味过重,齁嗓子,吞咽能力下降。
本发明的容器装饮料的甜味剂优选为人工甜味剂。其中更优选单独使用人工甜味剂、人工甜味剂和葡萄糖类化合物的组合或人工甜味剂和果糖类化合物的组合。可用于本发明的人工甜味剂,可举出例如糖精、糖精钠、天冬酰苯丙氨酸甲酯、乙酰磺胺酸钾、蔗糖素、纽甜等高甜度甜味剂;山梨糖醇、赤藓糖醇、木糖醇等糖醇。适用商品可使用天冬酰苯丙氨酸甲酯等“SLIM-UP SUGAR”、含赤藓糖醇的“LKANTO-S”、含赤藓糖醇和天冬酰苯丙氨酸甲酯的“PASWEET”等。
当容器装饮料兼用于补充能量时,本发明的容器装饮料中的甜味剂优选为碳水化合物类甜味剂。碳水化合物类的甜味剂可举出可溶性碳水化合物。可溶性碳水化合物具有通常的甜味剂和能量源的作用。当选择用于本发明的容器装饮料的可溶性碳水化合物时,充分考虑胃的排出和肠吸收速度是很重要的。可溶性碳水化合物既可为葡萄糖和果糖的混合物,也可为在消化道内水解成葡萄糖及果糖的碳水化合物,还可为生成葡萄糖及果糖的碳水化合物。本说明书所用的“碳水化合物”包括单糖、低聚糖、复合多糖及其混合物。
可用于本发明的容器装饮料的单糖可举出丁糖、戊糖、己糖及己酮糖。己糖优选为例如葡萄糖等已知的葡萄提取糖等己醛糖。本发明容器装饮料中的葡萄糖量优选为0.0001~20重量%、更优选为0.001~15重量%、进一步优选为0.001~10重量%。己酮糖优选为例如已知的果糖等果类提取糖。本发明容器装饮料中的果糖量优选为0.0001~20重量%、更优选为0.001~15重量%、进一步优选为0.001~10重量%。
可用于本发明的容器装饮料中的低聚糖可举出选自上述单糖的两种单糖在体内生成的碳水化合物,例如蔗糖、麦芽糖、玉米糖、高果糖玉米糖。低聚糖优选为二糖。二糖的具体例可举出蔗糖等蔗糖或甜菜等的提取糖。本发明容器装饮料中的蔗糖量优选为0.001~20重量%、更优选为0.001~15重量%、进一步优选为0.001~10重量%。
本发明的容器装饮料可通过与绿茶提取物配合而得到。作为原料的绿茶提取物优选为从固体成份中优选含20~90重量%的非聚合物儿茶酚类的绿茶提取物的浓缩物中除去咖啡因,使非聚合物儿茶酚类与咖啡因的重量比优选为5~10000的提取物。本发明的绿茶提取物的浓缩物可举出例如将利用热水或水溶性有机溶剂从茶叶中提取的提取物浓缩后进一步精制的产物、或直接精制上述提取物的产物。而绿茶提取物的浓缩物既可以是超临界流体下处理茶叶或制剂后的产物,也可以是用吸附剂吸附儿茶酚,再用乙醇水溶液洗提精制的产物。
而通过使用市售三井农林(株)的“POLYPHENONTM”、伊藤园(株)的“TEAFURANTM”、太阳化学(株)的“SUNPHENONTM”等绿茶提取物的浓缩物,调整非聚合物儿茶酚类和咖啡因成份,就可得到适合本发明目的的绿茶提取物。
绿茶提取物的浓缩物的精制方法可举出,例如将绿茶提取物的浓缩物与水或水和有机溶剂的混合溶液配成悬浊液,再向其中添加有机溶剂,除去生成的沉淀,然后除去溶剂的方法;将绿茶提取物溶于有机溶剂,再除去向其中加水或水和有机溶剂的混合溶液后生成的沉淀,然后除去溶剂的方法;将绿茶提取物的浓缩物溶于水,冷却至5℃以下产生沉淀(cream down),再除去该悬浊物的方法等。还优选为将固体成份中优选含有20~90重量%的非聚合物儿茶酚类的绿茶提取物的浓缩物溶于有机溶剂和水的重量比为9/1~1/9的混合溶液中,并使之与活性炭及酸性白土或活性白土接触的方法。另外,还可举出用超临界提取进行精制,用吸附树脂吸附,并用乙醇溶液洗提的方法等。
本发明的绿茶提取物的形态可以是固态、水溶液、浆状等各种形态。水溶液或浆液因干燥工序等工序少而为优选方案。
本发明所用的绿茶提取物中的非聚合物儿茶酚类与咖啡因的重量比优选为5~10000、更优选为6~8000、进一步优选为7~6000、更进一步优选为10~4000、特别优选为10~1000。当绿茶提取物中的非聚合物儿茶酚类与咖啡因之比过低时,饮料中含有大量非聚合物儿茶酚类之外的成份,有损于饮料原有的外观,故不选用。而当绿茶提取物中的非聚合物儿茶酚类与咖啡因之比过高时,在除去咖啡因时,也同时去除了来自茶叶的涩味抑制成份等,不利于风味平衡,故不选用。
本发明所用的绿茶提取物中的非聚合物儿茶酚类的浓度优选为20~90重量%、更优选为20~87重量%、进一步优选为23~85重量%、更进一步优选为25~82重量%。当绿茶提取物中的非聚合物儿茶酚类的浓度过低时,应配制在饮料中的绿茶提取物的精制物本身的配合量增多。当绿茶提取物中的非聚合物儿茶酚类的浓度过高时,有可能将存在于绿茶提取物中的总多酚之外的游离氨基酸等具有改善风味作用的微量成份等也排除掉。
另外,本发明所用的绿茶提取物中的总称为棓酸酯体的儿茶酚棓酸酯、表儿茶酚棓酸酯、棓儿茶酚棓酸酯和表棓儿茶酚棓酸酯占全部非聚合物儿茶酚类中的比率,考虑到非聚合物儿茶酚类的生理效果的有效性时,优选为35~100重量%。而考虑到调味的难易性,优选为35~98重量%、更优选为35~95重量%。
为了易于饮用,本发明的容器装饮料中还可添加苦涩味抑制剂。对苦涩味抑制剂无特别限定,优选为环糊精。环糊精可使用α-、β-、γ-环糊精或支链α-、β-、γ-环糊精。环糊精在本发明的容器装饮料中的含量优选为0.005~0.5重量%、更优选为0.01~0.3重量%。
本发明的容器装饮料中可单独添加或同时添加几种下述添加剂,例如抗氧化剂、香料、各种酯类、有机酸类、有机酸盐类、无机酸类、无机酸盐类、无机盐类、色素类、乳化剂、保存料、调味料、酸味料、树胶、乳化剂、油、维生素类、氨基酸类、果汁提取物类、蔬菜提取物类、花蜜提取物类、pH值调节剂、品质稳定剂等。
为了提高口感,本发明的容器装饮料中还可添加香料(flavor)或果汁(fruits juice)。本发明的容器装饮料中可使用天然或合成香料。它们可选自果汁、水果香料、植物香料或其混合物。优选为果汁和茶香料的组合,更优选为果汁和绿茶香料或果汁和黑茶香料的组合,因其有独特的口感。
优选的果汁是苹果、梨、柠檬、酸橙、红橘、葡萄柚、红莓苔、橙子、草莓、葡萄、猕猴桃、菠萝、高丽参、芒果、番石榴、山莓、樱桃的汁或其混合物。更优选为柑橘类植物汁(优选为葡萄柚、香橙、柠檬、酸橙、红橘的汁)、芒果、高丽参、番石榴或其混合物。在本发明的容器装饮料中的这类果汁的优选含量为0.001~20重量%、更优选为0.002~10重量%。
天然香料可举出茉莉、甘菊、玫瑰、薄荷、山楂、菊、菱、甘蔗、荔枝、竹笋等。还可将果汁、植物香料、茶香料或其混合物用作香料。优选的香料是含橙子香料、柠檬香料、酸橙香料及葡萄柚香料的香料。除柑橘类植物香料之外,还可使用苹果香料、葡萄香料、山莓香料、红莓苔香料、樱桃香料、菠萝香料等各种其它水果香料。这些香料既可由果汁及香油等天然资源提取,也可合成制得。香料中还可含有各种香料混合物,例如柠檬及酸橙香料、柑橘类植物香料或特选香料(典型例为可乐软饮料)等。在本发明的容器装饮料中,香料的添加量优选为0.0001~5重量%、更优选为0.001~3重量%。
而且,根据需要,本发明的容器装饮料中还可添加酸味料。酸味料可举出食用有机酸,如苹果酸、富马酸、己二酸、磷酸、葡萄糖酸、酒石酸、抗坏血酸、乙酸、磷酸或其混合物。
酸味料还可用于调整本发明的容器装饮料的pH值。PH值调节剂可使用有机或无机的食用酸。酸可以其非电离形或其盐的形态使用。采用盐形态时,可用磷酸氢钾、磷酸氢钠、磷酸二氢钾、磷酸二氢钠。
酸味料还起到使饮料成份稳定的抗氧化剂的作用。常用的抗氧化剂可举出抗血坏酸、EDTA(乙二胺四乙酸)或其盐、植物提取物等。
本发明的容器装饮料中还可含有维生素类。优选的维生素类有维生素A、维生素C或维生素E。还可添加维生素D、维生素B等其它维生素类。本发明的容器装饮料中还可含有矿物质。优选矿物质有钙、铬、铜、氟、碘、铁、镁、锰、磷、硒、硅、钼或锌。更优选的矿物质为镁、磷或铁。
用于填充本发明的容器装饮料的容器可使用与一般饮料同样的以聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯为主成份的成型容器(PET瓶)、金属罐、与塑料薄膜复合的纸容器或瓶等。本发明的“容器装茶饮料”是指不经稀释即可饮用的饮料。
本发明的容器装饮料可在填充至例如金属罐等容器中后,在可加热杀菌的情况下,在食品卫生法规定的杀菌条件下制成。而PET瓶、纸容器等不能蒸馏杀菌的容器,可通过预先在与上述同等的杀菌条件下,例如用板式热交换器等进行高温短时间杀菌后,冷却至一定温度,再填充至容器中的方法等方法制成。还可在无菌条件下将其它成份加入填充到已灌装的容器中。而且,还可在酸性条件下加热杀菌后,在无菌条件下,将pH值调回中性。也可在中性条件下加热杀菌后,在无菌条件下将pH值调回酸性。
实施例
儿茶酚类的测定
将用过滤器(0.8μm)过滤、然后用蒸馏水稀释的装入容器的饮料,将其加入十八烷基导入液相色谱用充填柱L-Column TM ODS(4.6mm×250mm:财团法人化学物质评价研究机构制),在35℃的柱温下,利用梯度法,使用岛津制作所制高速液相色谱仪(型号SCL-10AVP),进行儿茶酚类的测定。移动相A液为含0.1mol/L乙酸的蒸馏水溶液,B液为含有0.1mol/L乙酸的乙腈溶液,在试样注入量为20μL、UV检测器波长为280nm的条件下进行测定。

绘图仪:D-2250,探测器:L-4200;
泵:L-7100,自动取样仪:L-7200;
谱柱:Inertsil ODS-2、内径2.1mm×长度250mm

紫外吸光光度计检测波长:280nm
洗提液A:0.1M乙酸水溶液,洗提液B:0.1M乙酸乙腈溶液

由本发明求得的面积%,根据标准物质,求出重量%。
柠檬酸及其盐的测定
将柱:IonPacAS4A-SC、4×250mm安装在日本Dionex社制(型号DXAQ1110)上,并连接在抑制器ASRS-ULTRA(Dionex社制)上,以再循环模式进行。移动相为1.8mmol/L的Na2CO3和1.7mmol/L的NaHCO3,流速1.0mL/min,试料注入量为25μL。检测器使用电导计。钠离子的测定:原子吸光光度法(盐酸提取)
将5g试料加入10%盐酸(定溶时形成1%盐酸溶液),然后用离子交换水定溶,测定吸光度。
波长:589.6nm
火焰:乙炔-空气
钾离子的测定:原子吸光光度法(盐酸提取)
将5g试料加入10%盐酸(定溶时形成1%盐酸溶液),然后用离子交换水定溶,测定吸光度。
实施例1~4、比较例1~3
将表1所示成份混合,填充后进行杀菌处理,制造容器装饮料。
使100g作为绿茶提取物的茶多酚HG(东京Food Techno社制)悬浮于常温、250rpm搅拌条件下的95%乙醇水溶液490.9g中,加入活性炭KURARAY COALTM-GLC(KURARAY Chemical K.K.制)25g和酸性白土MIZKAACETM#600(水泽化学社制)30g后,继续搅拌约10分钟。然后用10分钟滴加40%乙醇水溶液409.1g,再于室温下继续进行约30分钟的搅拌处理。然后用2号滤纸过滤活性炭及沉淀物,再利用0.2μm的膜过滤器进行再过滤。最后,将离子交换水200g添加到滤液中,在40℃、0.0272kg/cm2的条件下除去乙醇,进行最终水分调节,得到绿茶提取物A。
处理后的非聚合物儿茶酚类含量为22重量%。
处理后的非聚合物儿茶酚类与咖啡因的重量比为20.0。
实施例1~4及比较例1~3的容器装饮料的制造方法
以表1所示的代表性运动饮料配方混合各成份,用离子交换水使之混合,调制调合液。再于85℃下填充到PET瓶中,填充后翻转,进行10分钟的杀菌处理,得到非茶类容器装饮料。评价非茶类容器装饮料的涩味及酸味。结果如表1所示。
结果,在低pH值的比较例1中,酸味和涩味过重。而在高pH值的比较例2中,酸味淡,但饮料整体串味。而在柠檬酸或其盐的浓度低的比较例3中,尽管有改善涩味或后味(回味)的效果,但酸味淡,饮料整体串味。反之,柠檬酸或其盐的浓度为9~13.5、pH值为3.4~4.2的饮料的涩味得到减轻,并有适度酸味,适于用作长期饮料。

Claims (9)
1.一种非茶类容器装饮料,配合有绿茶提取物,含有下述成份(A)及(B),pH值为3.4~4.2,
(A)非聚合物儿茶酚类 0.06~0.5重量%、
(B)柠檬酸或其盐 9~13.5mM。
2.如权利要求1所述的非茶类容器装饮料,其特征在于,还含有甜味剂。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的非茶类容器装饮料,其特征在于,非聚合物儿茶酚类与咖啡因的重量比在5~10000的范围内。
4.如权利要求1或2所述的非茶类容器装饮料,其特征在于,钾离子及钠离子的浓度总量在0.001~0.7重量%的范围内。
5.如权利要求3所述的非茶类容器装饮料,其特征在于,钾离子及钠离子的浓度总量在0.001~0.7重量%的范围内。
6.如权利要求1或2所述的非茶类容器装饮料,其特征在于,它是选自运动饮料、等渗饮料、含果汁饮料、含蔬菜汁饮料的软饮料。
7.如权利要求3所述的非茶类容器装饮料,其特征在于,它是选自运动饮料、等渗饮料、含果汁饮料、含蔬菜汁饮料的软饮料。
8.如权利要求4所述的非茶类容器装饮料,其特征在于,它是选自运动饮料、等渗饮料、含果汁饮料、含蔬菜汁饮料的软饮料。
9.如权利要求5所述的非茶类容器装饮料,其特征在于,它是选自运动饮料、等渗饮料、含果汁饮料、含蔬菜汁饮料的软饮料。
