Description
カフェイン試薬(和光純薬工業株式会社製)0〜65mgを水3mlに溶解した水溶液、及び、EGCg製剤(EGCg含有量:90%以上、商品名:テアビゴ、DSMニュートリショナルプロダクト社製)30mgを水1mlに溶解した水溶液を調製した。
表1に示す試験区1〜7に従って、カフェイン水溶液及びEGCg水溶液をラットに経口投与した後60分間経過した時のラットの血中EGCG量を化学発光−HPLCにより測定した。測定は、各試験区についてラット6匹を用いて行い、6匹の測定値の平均値を表1に示す。

表2に示す量のカフェイン製剤(白鳥製薬株式会社製)、EGCg製剤(EGCg含有量:90%以上、商品名:テアビゴ、DSMニュートリショナルプロダクト社製)、アスコルビン酸及びクエン酸を水190mlに加えて溶解した後に缶に封入し、加熱殺菌することによって、飲料A〜Cを調製した。調製した飲料のカフェイン及びカテキン含有量の実測値を表に示す。
飲料A〜Cの1つを被験者が飲用した後90分間経過した時の被験者の血中のEGCG量を化学発光−HPLCにより測定した。測定は、各飲料について被験者3名によって行い、3名の測定値の平均値を表2に示す。

Claims (4)
- カフェインをエピガロカテキンガレートに対して質量比で0.20〜0.60の割合で含有し、エピガロカテキンガレートの含有量が0.025mg/ml以上0.80mg/ml以下である容器詰め飲料。
- エピガロカテキンガレートの含有量が0.24mg/mlを超え0.80mg/ml以下であり、緑茶飲料として提供される請求項1記載の容器詰め飲料。
- 飲料に含有されるカフェインのエピガロカテキンガレートに対する質量比が0.20〜0.60であり、エピガロカテキンガレートの含有量が0.025mg/ml以上0.80mg/ml以下となるようにカフェイン及び/又はエピガロカテキンの含有量を調整することを特徴とする容器詰め飲料の製造方法。
- エピガロカテキンガレートの含有量が0.24mg/mlを超え0.80mg/ml以下となるように調整する請求項3記載の容器詰め飲料の製造方法。
