50%重量的阔叶硫酸盐木浆和50%重量的针叶硫酸盐木浆的混合物,在4%的黏稠度下使其化成纸浆直至打浆程度为50°SR。向浆料悬浮液中加入30%重量的CaCO3,0.60%重量的阳离子淀粉,0.10%重量的阳离子聚丙烯酰胺,0.25%重量的聚酰胺/聚胺-环氧氯丙烷树脂和0.30%重量的烷基烯酮二聚物(数量都是基于浆料的);然后由这种浆料生产定量为100g/m2的装饰性原纸,之后涂履施用量为1g/m2的氧化淀粉(所谓的薄膜原纸)。未涂覆的原纸具有30BeKK秒的平滑度和10Gurley秒的透气度。
获得的薄膜原纸用油墨吸收层涂覆并且用喷墨方法印刷。
比较例V1
在比较例V1中应用的是由TechnocellDekor GmbH生产的具有150g/m2的纸张定量和190μm的厚度的商品化装饰性原纸。该纸具有67BeKK秒的平滑度和22Gurley秒的透气度。该纸用传统的凹版印刷方法来印刷。
这些实例中所用的油墨吸收层具有下列组成:
聚乙烯醇,20%水溶液          33重量份
聚丙烯酰胺,20%水溶液        9重量份
丙烯酸酯聚合物,20%分散体    10重量份
无定形体二氧化硅,20%分散体  48重量份
用刮刀送料涂覆该纸。施用量已经在表1中给出了并且是基于已干燥层的。

本发明中的纸用Hewlett Packard(HP)Deskjet550C喷墨打印机印刷成彩色。测定印刷后纸的色彩浓度和图像清晰度。结果列于表2。
色彩浓度的测定-色彩浓度用Gretag光密度计测定直射光下的色彩青色、洋红、黄色和黑色。
图像清晰度的测定-图像清晰度通过图象处理来测定。应用CCD照相机摄取图案并且将彩色边缘清晰度的不足与理想的直线相比较。用从0.00到1.00(非常好到非常差)的数值给出其误差。

这些测定的结果显示出应用本发明的装饰性原纸可以获得非常好的图像清晰度和高的色彩浓度的印刷。与假定的相反,在下面的工序即罩印已印刷装饰性纸中没有粘合问题发生。在印刷预浸渍片时油墨的干燥时间也没有减少。

Claims (9)

1.用于装饰性涂层材料的装饰性原纸,其特征在于它包含一个油墨吸收层。
2.根据权利要求1中的装饰性原纸,其特征在于它是用蜜胺甲醛树脂,脲酸甲醛树脂或酚甲醛树脂、尿酸-丙烯酸酯共聚物或聚乙烯醇进行预浸渍的。
3.根据权利要求1或2的装饰性原纸,其特征在于它是一面平滑的装饰性原纸。
4.根据权利要求1的装饰性原纸,其特征在于它是在软轧光机上变为平滑的装饰性原纸。
5.根据权利要求1到3中任意一项的装饰性原纸,其特征在于装饰性原纸的透气度为3到20Gurley秒。
6.根据权利要求1到4中任意一项的装饰性原纸,其特征在于装饰性原纸的透气度为20到40Gurley秒,尤其是30到40。
7.根据权利要求1、2、3或5中任意一项的装饰性原纸,其特征在于其平滑度不超过50BeKK秒。
8.根据权利要求1、4或6中任意一项的装饰性原纸,其特征在于其平滑度至少为50BeKK秒。
9.根据权利要求1到8中任意一项的装饰性原纸,其特征在于油墨吸收层中包含颜料。
