在制造装饰性层压制品、装饰性薄膜和预浸渍片时需要用装饰性原纸。装饰性涂层材料用于家具制造和内部装饰的表面涂覆。
不同的应用需要不同的纸张定量的装饰性原纸。边饰装饰性原纸具有平均纸张定量为200g/m2。然而,用于表面涂饰的装饰性原纸的纸张定量是在20到200g/m2的范围内的。也需要纸张定量为15到40g/m2的贴面原纸。它还在贴面原纸、装饰性纸、阻挡纸和纤维板的复合层压制品中用作覆盖材料。

在比较例V1中应用的是由TechnocellDekor GmbH生产的具有150g/m2的纸张定量和190μm的厚度的商品化装饰性原纸。该纸具有67BeKK秒的平滑度和22Gurley秒的透气度。该纸用传统的凹版印刷方法来印刷。
这些实例中所用的油墨吸收层具有下列组成:
聚乙烯醇,20%水溶液 33重量份
聚丙烯酰胺,20%水溶液 9重量份
丙烯酸酯聚合物,20%分散体 10重量份
无定形体二氧化硅,20%分散体 48重量份
用刮刀送料涂覆该纸。施用量已经在表1中给出了并且是基于已干燥层的。

本发明中的纸用Hewlett Packard(HP)Deskjet550C喷墨打印机印刷成彩色。测定印刷后纸的色彩浓度和图像清晰度。结果列于表2。
色彩浓度的测定-色彩浓度用Gretag光密度计测定直射光下的色彩青色、洋红、黄色和黑色。
图像清晰度的测定-图像清晰度通过图象处理来测定。应用CCD照相机摄取图案并且将彩色边缘清晰度的不足与理想的直线相比较。用从0.00到1.00(非常好到非常差)的数值给出其误差。

这些测定的结果显示出应用本发明的装饰性原纸可以获得非常好的图像清晰度和高的色彩浓度的印刷。与假定的相反,在下面的工序即罩印已印刷装饰性纸中没有粘合问题发生。在印刷预浸渍片时油墨的干燥时间也没有减少。
Claims (7)
1.用于装饰性涂层材料的装饰性原纸,所述纸包括一个预浸渍装饰性原纸和在所述预浸渍装饰性原纸上的一个油墨吸收层,所述装饰性原纸的透气度为3至20Gurley秒或20-40Gurley秒。
2.根据权利要求1中的装饰性原纸,其特征在于它是用蜜胺甲醛树脂,脲酸甲醛树脂或酚甲醛树脂、尿酸-丙烯酸酯共聚物或聚乙烯醇进行预浸渍的。
3.根据权利要求1或2的装饰性原纸,其特征在于装饰性原纸是一面平滑的。
4.根据权利要求1的装饰性原纸,其特征在于原纸是在软轧光机上变为平滑的。
5.根据权利要求1-4中任意一项的装饰性原纸,其特征在于透气度为3至20秒和平滑度不超过50BeKK秒。
6.根据权利要求1-4中任意一项的装饰性原纸,其特征在于透气度为30-40秒和平滑度至少为50BeKK秒。
7.根据权利要求1到6中任意一项的装饰性原纸,其特征在于油墨吸收层中包含颜料。
