Abstract
本发明提供了一种用于印刷的底纸及其制备方法,制备步骤包括:(1)将原纸浸渍胶水,按质量百分数计,所述胶水包括50‑80%丙烯酸乳液、10‑20%气凝胶、10‑25%聚胺脂、2‑10%偶联剂,余量为水;(2)对上述浸胶的原纸进行烘烤;(3)进行涂覆处理;(4)进行烘干处理;(5)进行压光与收卷处理。本发明用于印刷的底纸的制备方法,将原纸依次通过浸渍胶水、烘烤、涂覆、烘干和压光与收卷处理,制得附着力良好、平整度优良及遮盖率高的底纸。本发明还提供一种采用上述底纸的装饰纸。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及印刷纸技术领域,具体涉及一种用于印刷的底纸及其制备方法和装饰纸。
背景技术
作为人造板材、建材和家具表面作装饰面的装饰纸,在我国推广应用约30年。目前,装饰纸浸渍涂胶过后其具有较好的装饰性能,但是其甲醛的释放量较大、不环保、更影响人体健康;而且其附着力不够高,表面不够光亮,使得装饰纸的寿命缩短,其清晰度也不够高,生产工艺相对复杂。
对此,非常有必要研发一种新的装饰纸制备工艺以解决上述技术问题。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术的缺陷,本发明的目的之一是提供一种用于印刷的底纸的制备方法,通过上述方法能制得附着力良好、平整度优良及遮盖率高的底纸。
为了实现上述目的,本发明公开一种用于印刷的底纸的制备方法,制备步骤包括:
(1)将原纸浸渍胶水,按质量百分数计,所述胶水包括50-80%丙烯酸乳液、10-20%气凝胶、10-25%聚胺脂、2-10%偶联剂,余量为水;
(2)对上述浸胶的原纸进行烘烤;
(3)进行涂覆处理;
(4)进行烘干处理;
(5)进行压光与收卷处理。
与现有技术相比,本发明用于印刷的底纸的制备方法,将原纸依次通过浸渍胶水、烘烤、涂覆、烘干和压光与收卷处理,其中,胶水中丙烯酸乳液增强纸张柔韧性,气凝胶提高纸张抗热性,聚胺脂增强纸张层间结合度及硬挺度,偶联剂增强纸张防潮、防水和防霉性能;对浸胶后的原纸进行烘烤,以到达预设的干湿度便于后续涂覆处理;通过涂覆处理可实现纸张表面遮盖与平整;烘干处理用来去除纸张全部水分及纸内的浸渍乳液,再通过压光与收卷处理,待用。故而,通过上述方法能制得附着力良好、平整度优良及遮盖率高的底纸。
相应地,本发明还提供一种底纸,采用上述制备方法制得。
相应地,本发明还提供一种装饰纸,包括上述底纸及设置在所述底纸表面的油墨层。
具体实施方式
为更好地说明本发明的目的、技术方案和有益效果,下面将结合具体实施例对本发明作进一步说明。需说明的是,下述实施所述方法是对本发明做的进一步解释说明,不应当作为对本发明的限制。
本发明提供一种用于印刷的底纸的制备方法,制备步骤包括:
(1)将原纸浸渍胶水,按质量百分数计,所述胶水包括50-80%丙烯酸乳液、10-20%气凝胶、10-25%聚胺脂、2-10%偶联剂,余量为水;
(2)对上述浸胶的原纸进行烘烤;
(3)进行涂覆处理;
(4)进行烘干处理;
(5)进行压光与收卷处理。
步骤(1)中,对原纸进行浸胶可提高其柔韧性、遮盖率和硬度。其中,丙烯酸乳液的含量可为但不限于50%、60%、70%、80%;气凝胶的含量可为但不限于10%、12%、14%、16%、18%、20%;聚胺脂的含量可为但不限于10%、12%、14%、16%、18%、20%、23%、25%;偶联剂的含量可为但不限于2%、4%、6%、8%、10%。
步骤(2)中,对步骤(1)中的浸胶原纸进行烘烤,使纸张形成表干,达到设定的干湿度(如干湿度为60℃~90℃),以便于后续涂覆。进一步,烘箱温度为80-200℃,烘烤时间为5-20秒。优选地,烘箱可设置多节,且每节烘箱的温度不同,优选为多节烘箱温度逐节增加,比如3节烘箱,温度依次为80℃、120℃、180℃。
步骤(3)中,涂覆处理以使得纸张表面实现遮盖与平整效果,尤其是还能增加油墨转印图案的清晰度和饱满度。进一步,将钛白粉、碳酸钙与丙烯酸的混合物涂覆在原纸表面,可提高油墨层的附着力。优选地,按质量百分数计,混合物包括5-30%钛白粉、5-30%碳酸钙、60-90%丙烯酸。其中,钛白粉可为但不限于5%、10%、15%、20%、25%、30%;碳酸钙可为但不限于5%、10%、15%、20%、25%、30%;丙烯酸可为但不限于60%、70%、80%、90%。更进一步,采用80-200目钢辊将混合物涂覆原纸表面,以得到更优良的平整度。
步骤(4)中,烘干处理的目的是使纸张完全干透。进一步,烘干温度为80-200℃,烘干时间大于步骤(2)中的烘烤时间,以此达到烘干纸张内的浸渍乳液。优选地,烘干时间为30-90秒,比如烘干时间为30秒、40秒、50秒、60秒、70秒、80秒、90秒。优选地,烘箱可设置多节,且每节烘箱的温度不同或相同,优选为多节烘箱温度逐节增加,比如5节烘箱,温度依次为80℃、120℃、140℃、160℃、200℃。
步骤(5)中,采用热压光机及收卷装置进行压光与收卷处理,以便后续使用。优选地,压光温度设置50-200℃,比如,压光温度可为但不限于50℃、80℃、110℃、140℃、170℃、200℃。
相应地,本发明提供一种装饰纸,包括底纸及设置在所述底纸表面的油墨层。由于底纸进行过涂覆处理,故而可提高油墨层的附着力。
下面通过具体实施例进行说明。
实施例1
一种装饰纸的制备方法,制备步骤包括:
(1)将原纸浸渍胶水,按质量百分数计,胶水包括50%丙烯酸乳液、10%气凝胶、10%聚胺脂、2%偶联剂,余量为水;
(2)将上述浸胶的原纸通过烘箱进行烘烤,烘箱共3节,温度依次为80℃、120℃、180℃,烘烤时间为15秒,使纸张形成表干;
(3)将10%钛白粉、30%碳酸钙、60%丙烯酸复配混合得到混合物,采用80-200目钢辊将混合物涂覆烘烤后的纸张表面;
(4)将涂覆后的纸张通过烘箱进行烘干处理,烘箱共5节,温度依次为80℃、120℃、140℃、160℃、200℃,烘烤时间为40秒,使纸张完全干透;
(5)采用热压光机及收卷装置进行压光与收卷处理,得到底纸,压光温度为120℃;
(6)对压光后的纸张进行油墨印刷形成油墨层,得到装饰纸;
实施例2
一种装饰纸的制备方法,制备步骤包括:
(1)将原纸浸渍胶水,按质量百分数计,胶水包括70%丙烯酸乳液、10%气凝胶、15%聚胺脂、2%偶联剂,余量为水;
(2)将上述浸胶的原纸通过烘箱进行烘烤,烘箱共3节,温度依次为80℃、100℃、160℃,烘烤时间为20秒,使纸张形成表干;
(3)将30%钛白粉、10%碳酸钙、60%丙烯酸复配混合得到混合物,采用80-200目钢辊将混合物涂覆烘烤后的纸张表面;
(4)将涂覆后的纸张通过烘箱进行烘干处理,烘箱共5节,温度依次为100℃、120℃、140℃、160℃、180℃,烘烤时间为70秒,使纸张完全干透;
(5)采用热压光机及收卷装置进行压光与收卷处理,得到底纸,压光温度为100℃;
(6)对压光后的纸张进行油墨印刷形成油墨层,得到装饰纸;
实施例3
一种装饰纸的制备方法,制备步骤包括:
(1)将原纸浸渍胶水,按质量百分数计,胶水包括60%丙烯酸乳液、10%气凝胶、20%聚胺脂、2%偶联剂,余量为水;
(2)将上述浸胶的原纸通过烘箱进行烘烤,烘箱共3节,温度依次为80℃、120℃、200℃,烘烤时间为8秒,使纸张形成表干;
(3)将10%钛白粉、10%碳酸钙、80%丙烯酸复配混合得到混合物,采用80-200目钢辊将混合物涂覆烘烤后的纸张表面;
(4)将涂覆后的纸张通过烘箱进行烘干处理,烘箱共5节,温度依次为80℃、120℃、140℃、160℃、180℃,烘烤时间为50秒,使纸张完全干透;
(5)采用热压光机及收卷装置进行压光与收卷处理,得到底纸,压光温度为80℃;
(6)对压光后的纸张进行油墨印刷形成油墨层,得到装饰纸;
对比例1
该对比例没有步骤(3)和步骤(4),其余与实施例1均相同,在此不进行详细阐述。
对实施例1-3和对比例1制得的装饰纸进行附着力、平整度及遮盖率测试,测试结果如表1所示。
其中附着力通过油墨转印图案清晰度和饱满度进行说明,图案清晰度高和饱满度良好,则附着力佳,反之,则不佳。
表1试验结果
从表1的试验数据可知,本发明技术方案的制得的装饰纸附着力良好,及具有优良的平整度及遮盖率。而对比例1的附着力、平整度及遮盖率表现较差。
最后应当说明的是,以上实施例仅用以说明本发明的技术方案而非对本发明保护范围的限制,尽管参照较佳实施例对本发明作了详细说明,本领域的普通技术人员应当理解,可以对本发明的技术方案进行修改或者等同替换,而不脱离本发明技术方案的实质和范围。
Claims (10)
1.一种用于印刷的底纸的制备方法,其特征在于,制备步骤包括:
(1)将原纸浸渍胶水,按质量百分数计,所述胶水包括50-80%丙烯酸乳液、10-20%气凝胶、10-25%聚胺脂、2-10%偶联剂,余量为水;
(2)对上述浸胶的原纸进行烘烤;
(3)进行涂覆处理;
(4)进行烘干处理;
(5)进行压光与收卷处理。
2.如权利要求1所述的用于印刷的底纸的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(3)中,将钛白粉、碳酸钙与丙烯酸的混合物涂覆在原纸表面。
3.如权利要求2所述的用于印刷的底纸的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(3)中,按质量百分数计,混合物包括5-30%钛白粉、5-30%碳酸钙、60-90%丙烯酸。
4.如权利要求2所述的用于印刷的底纸的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(3)中,采用80-200目钢辊将混合物涂覆原纸表面。
5.如权利要求1所述的用于印刷的底纸的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(2)中,烘箱温度为80-200℃,烘烤时间为5-20秒。
6.如权利要求5所述的用于印刷的底纸的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(4)中,烘干温度为80-200℃,烘干时间大于步骤(2)中的烘烤时间。
7.如权利要求6所述的用于印刷的底纸的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(4)中,烘干时间为30-90秒。
8.如权利要求1所述的用于印刷的底纸的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(5)中,压光温度为50-200℃。
9.一种底纸,其特征在于,采用如权利要求1-8任一项所述的制备方法制得。
10.一种装饰纸,其特征在于,包括如权利要求9所述的底纸及设置在所述底纸表面的油墨层。
