Abstract
本发明涉及用于装饰性涂层材料的具有原纸和吸墨层的装饰纸,将所述吸墨层如此染色,使得所述装饰纸在用浸渍树脂浸渍和压制成层合物之后具有与由不具有吸墨层的装饰纸构成的层合物相同的颜色。
Description
本发明涉及一种装饰纸,其可以利用可热硬化的树脂浸渍并且可以借助于喷墨方法打印,其中所述装饰纸作为层合物具有与其未经处理的形式相同的颜色。
装饰纸是制造装饰性层合物所需的,其可以作为构造材料用于家具制造和内部装修。装饰性层合物主要是所谓的凸版层合物(HPL)和凹版层合物(LPL)。对于凸版层合物的制备,用树脂浸渍处于未打印或已打印状态的装饰纸,并且与一层或多层泡在酚醛树脂中的韧性纸(芯纸)一起在约110至170℃的温度和约5.5至11MPa的压力下在层压压机中压制。随后利用载体材料例如HDF板或夹紧板将如此产生的层压材料(HPL)涂胶或粘合。以如下方式制造凹版层合物:将未经印刷的或印刷的并且利用树脂浸渍的装饰纸在160至200℃的温度和1.25至3.5MPa的压力下直接与载体板一起压制。
材料表面的改进可以是视觉性质(通过相应的着色)和/或物理性质(通过具有相应功能和结构的板表面的涂敷)。装饰纸可以利用压印的图案或者不用压印的图案来处理。
印刷图案的涂敷通常用凹版方法来进行。特别是在制造市场上常见的印刷图案时,这种印刷技术具有这样的优点:以高机器速度印刷大量纸。如果要在白色装饰纸上印刷图案,则要使用大量颜色并且对于复杂的图案经常由于缺少像点而导致图像清晰度不够。
因此,在凹版印刷中制造的传统的装饰图案通常都印刷在颜色上相匹配的装饰原纸上。因此例如将橡树复制品印刷在褐色或浅褐色的纸上。这种方式有两个优点。一方面是通过更好的均匀性和均衡的着色使得印刷图像更自然,另一方面减少印刷墨的消耗。
对应近年来的需求,待涂覆的图案变得更复杂且独特。然而,图案多样性的增加伴随着要制造的量的减少。结果是,凹版印刷方法对于小批量生产来说被评价为不合算,且在复杂图案的印刷质量方面被评价为不够好。但是,少量的制造只在设计研发领域是有意义的。
从要求灵活性和质量的印刷技术来说,喷墨印刷方法(Ink-Jet)正越来越重要。
为了使得装饰原纸可以喷墨打印,利用一个或多个用于吸收墨并固定染料的功能层来涂敷。这种可喷墨打印的装饰纸例如在DE 19916546A1中有所描述。
喷墨打印纸通常是白色的。喷墨打印油墨必须在部分位置大量涂覆,以便覆盖住图案所要求的位置的底纸的白色。
本发明的目的是提供一种装饰纸,其具有与凹版染色的装饰纸相同的优点,同时可以成本低廉地以较少的量制造。
本发明的另一目的是提出一种装饰纸,其用在打样(Proofing)领域用于快速视觉评估稍后出现的凹版结果。
所述目的通过一种装饰纸来实现,其包含原纸(装饰原纸)和吸墨层,其中将所述吸墨层如此染色,使得所述装饰纸在用常规的浸渍树脂浸渍和压制成层合物之后具有与不具有吸墨层的装饰纸构成的层合物相同的颜色。
根据本发明可以使用的原纸是那些既没有在本体(Masse)上涂胶也没有进行表面涂胶的原纸。其基本上由纸浆、颜料和填料以及普通添加剂构成。所述普通添加剂可以是湿增强剂、助留剂和固定剂。装饰纸与普通纸的区别在于:高得多的填料份额或颜料含量且没有纸张中常见的本体涂胶或表面涂胶。
可以使用针叶树木纸浆、阔叶树木纸浆或两种纸浆的混合物来制造装饰原纸。优选使用100%的阔叶树木纸浆。但是还可以使用质量比例为5∶95至50∶50,特别是10∶90至30∶70的针叶树木纸浆/阔叶树木纸浆构成的混合物。原纸可以在长网造纸机或Yankee造纸机上制造。为此可以将物质密度为2至5重量%的纸浆混合物研磨至研磨度为10-45°SR。在混合槽中可以以在装饰纸制造中常见的量加入填料和/或颜料、彩色颜料(Farbpigmente)和/或染料以及湿增强剂如聚酰胺/聚胺表氯醇树脂、阳离子聚丙烯酸酯、改性的三聚氰胺-甲醛树脂或阳离子淀粉,并且与所述纸浆混合物充分混合。
可以添加填料和/或颜料,添加量(质量)为最高55重量%,特别是10至45重量%,以纸浆的重量计。适合的彩色颜料和填料是例如二氧化钛、滑石、硫化锌、高岭土、氧化铝、碳酸钙、金刚砂、硅酸铝和硅酸镁或者它们的混合物。
在混合槽中产生的稠物质(Dickstoff)可以被稀释至物质密度为约1%。如果要求的话,可以添加其它助剂如助留剂(Retentionshilfsmittel)、消泡剂、染料和其它上文所述的辅助材料或者它们的混合物。这些稀物质(D ünnstoff)经由造纸机的流浆箱(Stoffauflauf)被导入网部(Siebpartie)。形成纤维网并且脱水之后得到原纸,随后还将原纸干燥。所产生的纸的单位面积重量可以是15至300g/m2。
取决于应用和质量要求,根据本发明使用的装饰原纸可以具有如下性能:
-光滑,也就是光滑度根据Bekk超过80s,
-不光滑<80s,
-利用Yankee滚筒或者利用压延机来平整,
-不用预浸渍或者利用人造树脂预浸渍,
-非常透气(Gurley值低于20s/hml)(hml=100ml)或者紧密(Gurley值超过20s/hml)或者甚至在预浸渍的情况下是极其紧密的,Gurley值超过200s/hml。
染色根据本发明的装饰纸可以使用无机彩色颜料如金属氧化物、金属氢氧化物和金属氧化物水合物、金属硫化物、金属硫酸盐、金属铬酸盐和金属钼酸盐或者它们的混合物,以及无机彩色颜料和/或染料如羰基染料(例如氢醌、喹吖酮)、菁染料、偶氮染料、甲亚胺和次甲基、酞菁或二噁嗪。特别优选由无机彩色颜料和有机彩色颜料或染料组成的混合物。例如可以使用下列市售的彩色颜料和染料如氧化铁(EO)黄色(Bayferrox 415)、氧化铁(EO)红色(Bayferrox 110M)、炭黑Carbofin LC 2900、彩色颜料蓝PB 15、彩色颜料紫PV 23和染料黄PY 97以及它们的混合物。上面提到的彩色颜料和染料在本发明意义上既可以用于装饰原纸,也可以用于吸墨层。
彩色颜料或者染料是指单个彩色颜料或彩色颜料混合物或者单个染料或染料混合物。
使用哪种彩色颜料和/或染料取决于所期望的装饰纸的着色。
装饰原纸中彩色颜料和/或染料的量视物质的类型而定可以为0.0001至5重量%,特别是0.001至4重量%。所述量的数据以纸浆的质量计。
可以使用所有公知的接收层作为吸墨层。在此主要是包含水溶性或水分散性聚合物的亲水涂层。
吸墨层还可以包含填料、颜料、固定染料用物质和其它在这种层中常用的助剂。
在本发明的一个优选实施方案中,吸墨层包含比例为20∶80至80∶20(质量)的颜料和粘结剂。吸墨层中彩色颜料的量以层的干燥重量计优选为5至80重量%,但特别是10至60重量%。
所述彩色颜料可以是任意的、在喷墨记录材料中常用的颜料,但特别是氧化铝、氢氧化铝、勃姆石和/或二氧化硅(例如沉淀或热解产生的二氧化硅)。
所述粘结剂可以是水溶性和/或水分散性聚合物,例如聚乙烯醇、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮、聚醋酸乙烯酯、淀粉、明胶、羧甲基纤维素、乙烯/醋酸乙烯酯、苯乙烯/丙烯酸酯共聚物或它们的混合物。
在本发明的一个特别优选的实施方案中,利用同样用来染色原纸的彩色颜料和/或染料染色吸墨层。
吸墨层中彩色颜料和/或染料的量(浓度)以干燥的吸墨层的质量计优选为原纸中彩色颜料和/或染料的量的约45至75%,特别是45至65%,以纸浆(绝对干燥)的质量计。
吸墨层的涂覆量(Auftragsgewicht)可以是2至25g/m2,特别是3至20g/m2,然而优选为4至15g/m2。吸墨层可以利用常见的施加方法来涂覆,例如辊涂方法、隙缝喷嘴涂覆方法、凹版方法或压轧方法、落帘涂敷、喷枪计量添加或滚动刮刀计量添加。
适合的浸渍树脂是常规应用于这些技术领域的浸渍树脂,特别是三聚氰胺-甲醛树脂、脲-甲醛树脂、酚醛树脂、聚丙烯酸酯、丙烯酸酯-苯乙烯共聚物和聚乙烯醇。树脂量以所述装饰纸的单位面积重量计为50至300%,优选95至150%。
已经证明,通过根据本发明的方式不仅可以避免压制未经处理的装饰纸(不含吸墨层)与压制经涂敷的装饰纸之间的色差,而且还可以减少原纸中填料和彩色颜料的量。由此制成的、配备有吸墨层的装饰纸的遮盖力(不透明度)在压制状态下与相应的未经处理的装饰纸的遮盖力相同。
通过下面的实施例进一步说明本发明。
实施例
实施例1
如下准备纸浆悬浮液:将由80重量%桉树纸浆和20重量%松树硫酸盐纸浆构成的纸浆混合物在5%的物质密度下在添加彩色颜料混合物/染料混合物(颜色混合1)的情况下研磨至33°SR的研磨度。随后添加1.8重量%的表氯醇树脂作为湿增强剂。利用硫酸铝将这种纸浆悬浮液调节至pH值为6.5至7。之后向所述纸浆悬浮液中添加由40重量%二氧化钛和5重量%滑石、0.11重量%助留剂和0.03重量%消泡剂构成的混合物,并且制成单位面积重量为约80g/m2和灰分含量为约32重量%的染色的装饰原纸(对照1)。重量数据以纸浆计。
在下一步中准备具有以下组成的用于吸墨层的涂料(Streichmasse):
水 80重量%
勃姆石 10重量%
聚乙烯醇 5重量%
聚醋酸乙烯酯 4重量%
聚季铵盐 1重量%
为了染色所述涂敷色(Streichfarbe),在第一制备物中使用与原纸中相同的颜色混合。为此,准备约5%的彩色颜料/染料悬浮液并且以不同的剂量添加到所述涂料中。将不同的色度的涂料分别以6g/m2的涂覆量涂覆(刮涂/0.2刮刀)到装饰原纸上并干燥。
利用三聚氰胺-甲醛树脂浸渍未经涂敷的、染色的装饰原纸(对照1)。纸的单位面积重量在浸渍后为160g/m2。随后,经浸渍的纸与载体一起被压制成层合物(对照板1)。经涂敷的、染成不同颜色的装饰纸同样被浸渍和压制成层合物。所有装饰纸的压制都在140℃的温度和9MPa的压力下进行。
借助于比色计测量不同染色的层压材料板(层合物)的色域,并且与对照板1的色域进行比较。如在装饰纸制造中常见的,随后利用计算和经验来调节颜色配方并且重复涂敷试验。对照板与由经涂敷的装饰纸构成的层压材料板之间的色值偏差(作为色差ΔE测量)小于0.50之后,结束该过程。以这种方式得出用于涂料染色的优化彩色颜料/染料混合物(颜色混合1优化I)。
然后,采用两种不同的涂覆量(3g/m2和9g/m2)利用优化染色的吸墨层再次涂敷所述装饰原纸(装饰纸1A和1B),其中吸墨层中彩色混合物的浓度是装饰原纸中彩色混合物浓度的59.2%。如上所述那样浸渍经涂敷的装饰纸并且压制成层压材料板。随后,测量所述板的色域并测定色差ΔE(表2)。
实施例2
如下准备纸浆悬浮液:将由80重量%桉树纸浆和20重量%松树硫酸盐纸浆构成的纸浆混合物在5%的物质密度下在添加彩色颜料混合物(颜色混合2)的情况下研磨至33°SR的研磨度。随后添加1.8重量%的表氯醇树脂作为湿增强剂。利用硫酸铝将这种纸浆悬浮液调节至pH值为6.5至7。之后向所述纸浆悬浮液中添加由40重量%二氧化钛和5重量%滑石、0.11重量%助留剂和0.03重量%消泡剂构成的混合物,并且制成单位面积重量为约80g/m2和灰分含量为约32重量%的染色的装饰原纸(对照2)。重量数据以纸浆计。
对应经染色的装饰原纸,测定吸墨层染色所需的彩色颜料混合物/染料混合物(颜色混合2优化I)。按照实施例1中的方式来测定吸墨层中所要求的彩色颜料混合物/染料混合物的量。
然后,利用优化染色的吸墨层以6g/m2的涂敷重量再次涂敷所述装饰原纸(装饰纸2),其中吸墨层中彩色混合物的浓度是装饰原纸中彩色混合物浓度的49.3%。
如上所述那样浸渍未经涂敷的装饰原纸(对照2)并且压制成层压材料板(对照板2)。也用相同方式处理经涂敷的装饰纸2。随后测测量所述板的色域并测定色差ΔE(表2)。
实施例3
将由100重量%桉树纸浆构成的纸浆悬浮液在5%的物质密度下在添加彩色颜料混合物(颜色混合3)的情况下研磨至33°SR的研磨度。随后添加1.8重量%的表氯醇树脂作为湿增强剂。利用硫酸铝将这种纸浆悬浮液调节至pH值为6.5至7。之后向所述纸浆悬浮液中添加由40重量%二氧化钛和5重量%滑石、0.11重量%助留剂和0.03重量%消泡剂组成的混合物,并且由此制成单位面积重量为约80g/m2和灰分含量为约32重量%的染色的装饰原纸(对照3)。重量数据以纸浆计。
对应经染色的装饰原纸,测定吸墨层染色所需的彩色颜料混合物/染料混合物(颜色混合3优化I)。按照实施例1中的方式来测定吸墨层中所要求的彩色颜料混合物/染料混合物的量。
然后,利用优化染色的吸墨层以6g/m2的涂敷重量再次涂敷所述装饰原纸(装饰纸3),其中吸墨层中彩色混合物的浓度是装饰原纸中彩色混合物浓度的50.7%。
如上所述那样浸渍未经涂敷的装饰原纸并且在与实施例1相同的条件下压制成层压材料板(对照板3)。同样浸渍和压制装饰纸3。随后测量所述层压材料板的色域并测定色差ΔE(表2)。
实施例4
将由100重量%桉树纸浆构成的纸浆悬浮液在5%的物质密度下在添加彩色颜料混合物/染料混合物(颜色混合4)的情况下研磨至研磨度为33°SR。随后添加1.8重量%的表氯醇树脂作为湿增强剂。利用硫酸铝将这种纸浆悬浮液调节至pH值为6.5至7。之后向所述纸浆悬浮液中添加由40重量%二氧化钛和5重量%滑石、0.11重量%助留剂和0.03重量%消泡剂组称的混合物,并且制成单位面积重量为约80g/m2和灰分含量为约32重量%的染色的装饰原纸(对照2)。重量数据以纸浆计。
对应经染色的装饰原纸,测定吸墨层染色所需的彩色颜料混合物/染料混合物(颜色混合4优化I)。按照实施例1中的方式来测定吸墨层中所要求的混合物的量。
然后,利用优化染色的吸墨层以18g/m2的涂敷重量再次涂敷所述装饰原纸(装饰纸4),其中吸墨层中彩色混合物的浓度是装饰原纸中彩色混合物浓度的62.6%。
如实施例1中那样浸渍对照纸4并且压制成对照板4。同样浸渍和压制经涂敷的装饰纸4。随后测量所述板的色域和测定色差ΔE(表2)。
实施例5
将由80重量%桉树纸浆和20重量%松树硫酸盐纸浆构成的纸浆悬浮液在5%的物质密度下在添加彩色颜料混合物(颜色混合1)的情况下研磨至研磨度为33°SR。随后添加1.8重量%的表氯醇树脂作为湿增强剂。利用硫酸铝将这种纸浆悬浮液调节至pH值为6.5至7。之后向所述纸浆悬浮液中掺入由36重量%二氧化钛和5重量%滑石、0.11重量%助留剂和0.03重量%消泡剂组成的混合物,并且制成单位面积重量为约80g/m2和灰分含量为约30重量%的染色的装饰原纸(对照5)。重量数据以纸浆计。
然后,利用根据实施例1用颜色混合1优化I染色的吸墨层涂敷所述装饰原纸。涂敷重量为6g/m2(装饰纸5)。
如实施例1中那样浸渍对照纸5并且压制成对照板5。同样浸渍和压制经涂敷的装饰纸5。随后,测量所述板的色域并测定色差ΔE(表2)。
实施例6
将由100重量%桉树纸浆构成的纸浆悬浮液在5%的物质密度下在添加彩色颜料混合物(颜色混合3)的情况下研磨至研磨度为33°SR。随后添加1.8重量%的表氯醇树脂作为湿增强剂。利用硫酸铝将这种纸浆悬浮液调节至pH值为6.5至7。之后向所述纸浆悬浮液中掺入由36重量%二氧化钛和5重量%滑石、0.11重量%助留剂和0.03重量%消泡剂组成的混合物,并且制成单位面积重量为约80g/m2和灰分含量为约30重量%的染色的装饰原纸(对照6)。重量数据以纸浆计。
然后,利用根据实施例3的用颜色混合3优化I染色的吸墨层来涂敷所述装饰原纸。涂覆重量为6g/m2(装饰纸6)。
如实施例1中那样浸渍对照纸6并且压制成对照板6。同样浸渍和压制经涂敷的装饰纸6。随后测量所述板的色域并测定色差ΔE(表2)。
比较实施例V1
利用实施例1中所述的吸墨层以3g/m2的涂覆重量涂敷来自实施例1的装饰原纸(对照1),但是所述吸墨层不含染料和/或彩色彩色颜料(装饰纸V1)。如在其它实施例中那样浸渍经涂敷的装饰纸并压制成层合物。随后测量板的色域并与对照板1的色域进行比较。测定色差ΔE(表2)。
比较实施例V2
利用吸墨层涂敷来自实施例1的装饰原纸(对照1),所述吸墨层包含如装饰纸1B中所用的那样的彩色彩色颜料/染料的混合物,但是浓度为原纸(表1)中相应混合物的量的37.7%(颜色混合1优化II)。吸墨层的涂覆重量为9g/m2。如在其它实施例中一样进行装饰纸的进一步处理(浸渍和压制)。随后测量板的色域并与对照板1的色域进行比较。表2中给出测定的色差ΔE。
比较实施例V3
利用吸墨层涂敷来自实施例3的装饰原纸(对照3),所述吸墨层包含如装饰纸3中所用的那样的彩色彩色颜料/染料的混合物,但是浓度为原纸(表1)中相应混合物的量的80.7%(颜色混合3优化II)。吸墨层的涂覆重量为6g/m2。如在其它实施例中那样进行装饰纸的进一步处理(浸渍和压制)。随后测量板的色域并与对照板3的色域进行比较。表2中给出测定的色差ΔE。表1中总结了根据本发明的染色的装饰纸以及比较实施例。
检验
对所制造的层压材料板的颜色测量是借助于Datacolor公司的比色计Modell:SF 600进行的。测定的是对照板与具有经涂敷的装饰纸的层压材料板之间的色差ΔE。根据DIN 6174计算色差。所述计算基于CIE L*a*b*色域体系。测量试样和对照试样的L*a*b*值并且通过下列等式得出色差:
色差ΔE越小,则适用于凹版的装饰纸与适用于小批量的可喷墨打印的装饰纸之间的区别越小。
为了评价不透明度,测量实施例5和6的层合物的色域,与对照板1和3的色域比较并且得出不透明度差Δ不透明度。在相同染色的情况下,待比较的层合物之间的差距Δ不透明度<1%。
在下列测量条件下进行测量:
试验:CI ELab D6510°,DIN 5033
光源:脉冲的氙光,UV过滤器:100
物理过滤D65(接近日光)
光谱范围360nm至700nm

表3不透明度的评估
如从表2得出的,所有根据本发明制造的装饰纸的色差都极低。省掉二氧化钛没有导致不透明度变差(表3)。
Claims (6)
1.用于装饰性涂层材料的装饰纸,其包含原纸和吸墨层,其特征在于,将所述吸墨层如此染色,使得所述装饰纸在用浸渍树脂浸渍和压制成层合物之后具有与不具有吸墨层的装饰纸构成的层合物相同的颜色,其中所述吸墨层以干燥的吸墨层的质量计以这样的量包含彩色颜料和/或染料,所述量为以绝对干燥的纸浆的质量计装饰原纸中的彩色颜料和/或染料的量的45至75%。
2.根据权利要求1的装饰纸,其特征在于,所述原纸和吸墨层利用同样的彩色颜料和/或染料来染色。
3.根据权利要求1和2中至少一项的装饰纸,其特征在于,所述吸墨层包含至少一种选自金属氧化物的无机彩色颜料和/或至少一种有机彩色颜料。
4.根据权利要求1和2中至少一项的装饰纸,其特征在于,所述吸墨层包含比例为20∶80至80∶20的彩色颜料和粘合剂。
5.根据权利要求5的装饰纸,其特征在于,所述彩色颜料可以是氧化铝、氢氧化铝、勃姆石和/或二氧化硅。
6.根据权利要求3的装饰纸,其特征在于,所述吸墨层包含比例为20∶80至80∶20的彩色颜料和粘合剂。
