Abstract

Papel decorativo para materiales de recubrimiento decorativos, que contiene un papel soporte y una capa de absorción de tinta, caracterizado por que la capa de absorción de tinta está teñida de modo que el papel decorativo, después de la impregnación con resinas de impregnación y la compresión como material laminado, presenta la misma coloración que la coloración de un material laminado de un papel decorativo que no presenta ninguna capa de absorción de tinta, conteniendo la capa de absorción de tinta pigmento de color o pigmentos de color y/o colorante o colorantes en una cantidad, con respecto a la masa de la capa de absorción de tinta seca, que asciende a del 45 al 75 % de la cantidad de pigmento de color o pigmentos de color y/o colorante o colorantes en el papel soporte decorativo, con respecto a la masa de la celulosa (hasta la desecación completa).

Para la evaluación de la opacidad se midió el espacio de color de los materiales laminados de los ejemplos 5 y 6, se comparó con el espacio de color de las placas de referencia 1 y 3 y se determinó la diferencia de opacidad Δopacidad. En el caso de igual coloración la diferencia entre los materiales laminados que van a compararse ascendió a Δopacidad < 1 %.
5 Las mediciones tuvieron lugar en las siguientes condiciones de medición:
Prueba: CIELab D65 10°, DIN 5033 Fuente luminosa: luz de xénon pulsada, Filtro UV: 100
10 Filtración física D65 (aproximadamente luz de sol) Intervalo espectral de 360 nm a 700 nm
