此外，隔热突片132可以由内衬128A的一部分和隔热层130A的一部分形成，以提高隔热装置100的整体隔热性能。如图2、9和10所示，隔热突片132可以布置在封闭件180的内部或后面，以在封闭件180后面提供保温构件。隔热突片132可以从连接区域139处的基部端部133向上延伸到可以定位在竖直方向上的封闭件180的中点处或上方的远侧端部，其中封闭件的下端部附接到侧壁124。封闭件180的中点定义为封闭件180在附接到主体组件120的部分和附接到盖组件140的部分之间划分的位置。在一些情况下，当隔热装置100处于闭合构型时，隔热突片132的远侧端部135可以接触盖组件140的盖衬里146。在一些实施例中，盖衬里146和隔热突片132可以包括互补表面，这些互补表面形成互锁特征以将隔热突片132固定到盖衬里146，从而提高隔热装置100的隔热性能。互锁特征可以包括衬里146中的凹槽，该凹槽接纳隔热突片132的顶表面。隔热突片132还可以沿封闭件180的大部分或沿其整个长度不断延伸，以助于沿着封闭件180的长度来隔热储存隔室160。换言之，隔热突片132可围绕侧面106、108，前侧102和后侧104的一部分不断延伸，其中隔热突片132可具有邻近于或连接到铰链138的端部。
隔热突片132可由内衬128A和隔热层130A的一部分形成，其中内衬128A可形成隔热突片132的向外层136和向内层137。内衬128可以围绕隔热层130A的一部分从向外层136延伸到向内层137以及在基部端部135处连接到封闭件。如图9和图10所示，当在由垂直于隔热装置100的底表面而延伸的竖直平面形成的横截面中观察时，隔热突片132可经由连接元件198沿基部端部135处的连接区域139连接到封闭件180，该连接元件延伸穿过向外层136、向内层137、封闭件180、侧壁124和隔热层130A。在一些实施例中，隔热突片132可从盖衬里146延伸，其中基部端部与盖衬里146连接或由盖衬里146形成，以及具有可以定位在竖直方向上的封闭件180的中点处或下方的远侧端部。
替代地，隔热突片132可以形成为具有衬里和单独隔热层的单独部件，该单独隔热层可以附接到盖组件140或附接到主体组件120。例如，单独形成的隔热突片132可以具有连接到内侧壁衬里128A的基部端部和可以定位在竖直方向上的封闭件180的中点处或上方的远侧端部。作为另一种选择，单独形成的隔热突片132可以具有连接到盖衬里146的基部端部和可以定位在竖直方向上的封闭件180的中点处或下方的远侧端部。仍作为另一种选择，单独形成的隔热突片132可以附接到封闭件180(例如附接的背衬或织物182)，使得隔热突片132的第一端部可以附接到封闭件180的中点的一侧并且隔热突片跨过中点延伸到封闭件180的相对侧。与上述一体形成的隔热突片132类似，在具有单独形成的隔热突片132的实施例中，突片132也可沿封闭件180的大部分或沿其整个长度延伸。突片132可以在端部附接到铰链138以及围绕侧面106、108，前侧102和后侧104的一部分延伸，其中隔热突片132可以具有邻近于或连接到铰链138的端部。
如上所讨论的，主体组件120可包括底层122、第一侧壁124A、第二侧壁124B、第三侧壁124C和侧壁124D，连同连接邻近的侧壁124的拐角构件126一起形成长方体的底部部分的外部形状。侧壁124和拐角构件126可以由多个部件形成并且可以使用搭接接头接合在一起并且使用连接元件198(例如缝合)固定在一起，或者使用任何已知的方法，例如聚合物焊接、缝合或其他粘合剂进行附接。侧壁124和拐角构件126可以为隔热装置100提供外部覆盖。如上所讨论的，隔热层130可以自由地悬置在主体组件120内。替代地，隔热层130也可以固定或形成为一件式一体结构。
底层122可以增加隔热装置100的隔热性和结构完整性。底层122还可以围绕隔热装置100的底部提供附加保护。底层122可以具有朝着盖组件140向上延伸的周边边缘123。在一个实例中，底层122可以由EVA泡沫形成。底层122可以包括可以直接模制或压印到材料中的设计，诸如徽标或名称。底层122可以通过连接元件198(诸如缝合或其他已知方法)附接到侧壁124和拐角构件126。
盖组件140可以包括上层142、上侧壁144和盖衬里146。盖组件140的形状通常可以是矩形，以及包括从主体组件120向上延伸的周边边缘150。这些向上延伸的周边边缘150可以具有高度，该高度为使用者提供容易被使用者的手抓握以在打开和关闭封闭件180时提供辅助的构件。周边边缘150可以具有边缘高度，该边缘高度定义为从上层142的顶表面152到周边边缘150的顶部的竖直高度，其中边缘高度可以大于盖隔热层148的厚度。在一些实施例中，边缘高度可以是盖隔热层148的厚度的至少2倍。边缘高度可以是大约18mm，或在15mm和21mm的范围内，或在12mm和24mm的范围内。在其他实施例中，边缘高度可以具有隔热装置100的总高度的大约15％的边缘高度、或在隔热装置100的总高度的13％和17％的范围内、或在隔热装置100的总高度的10％和20％的范围内。周边边缘150可以具有恒定的高度，或者可以具有可变的高度，其中周边边缘的区域比邻近区域高。在一些实施例中，周边边缘150可以具有接合或接纳构件，该接合或接纳构件可以接纳或固定配件，诸如开瓶器或餐具。此外，盖组件140的上层142可以具有形成在顶表面上的袋部，其中周边边缘150可以形成袋部的侧面的一部分，其中袋部可以直接连接到周边边缘150。
侧壁144可以通过连接元件(如缝合)附接到周边边缘150。任选地，上侧壁144可以使用RF焊接接头附接到周边边缘150，或者可以使用其他类型的固定方法，诸如其他形式的焊接、缝合、粘合剂、铆钉等。边缘构件154可沿盖组件140的周边边缘150的整个长度延伸，其中边缘构件154也可以通过连接元件198(诸如缝合或本领域技术人员已知的其他方式)附接到上层142和上侧壁144。
侧壁144可以由多个部件形成以及可以使用搭接接头接合在一起并使用连接元件198(诸如缝合)固定在一起，或者使用任何已知的方法例如聚合物焊接、缝合或其他粘合剂附接。边缘构件154可由单个尼龙织带部件形成或由多个织带部件形成。隔热层148可以自由地悬挂在定位在上层142和盖衬里146之间的盖组件140内。替代地，隔热层148也可以固定或形成为一件式一体结构。作为另一种选择，盖衬里146可以形成为单独的部件并且沿盖组件140的内边缘被附接。此外，盖衬里146可进一步包括袋部或其他保持构件，其中袋部可配置为容纳餐具、便携式冰袋或其他物品。
上层142可以增加隔热装置100的隔热性和结构完整性。上层142还可以围绕隔热装置100的顶部提供附加保护。在一个实施例中，上层142可由泡沫橡胶形成，诸如乙烯-醋酸乙烯酯(EVA)泡沫或类似的材料。上层142可以包括可以直接模制或压印到材料中的设计，诸如徽标或名称。
盖隔热层148可以由单个泡沫层形成，其对应于盖组件140的整体形状。在一个实例中，该泡沫可为如本文所讨论的隔热泡沫，其可以为与主体组件120中所使用的泡沫相同的泡沫，并且可以不附接到盖衬里146和上侧壁144而是浮置在它们之间。
在一些实施例中，衬里128、146可以由双层压TPU尼龙织物构成。侧壁124和上侧壁144可以由聚酯织物形成，该聚酯织物在织物的至少一侧上与聚600D织物单侧层压聚醚TPU上的聚醚TPU层压。形成衬里和侧壁的层压织物可以是防水的，并且具有符合食品和药物管理局所有要求的抗微生物添加剂或涂层。然而，可以想到的是，用以构造隔热装置的织物可能都含有抗微生物材料以创造出具有安全的食品接触表面的无霉变环境。在一个特定实例中，尼龙可以为具有TPU的840d尼龙。用以制造内衬128、盖衬里146、侧壁124和上侧壁144的替代材料可以为PVC、TPU涂覆的尼龙、涂覆的织物以及其他可焊接和防水的织物。
此外，如图9和图10的横截面视图所示，盖组件140可以在隔热装置100的一侧连接到主体组件120，这样形成活动铰链138。在示例性实施例中，活动铰链138可以由隔热装置100的后侧104上的侧壁124D形成。侧壁124D可以具有比其他侧壁124更大的高度。侧壁124D可以连接到主体组件120的底层122并向上延伸且连接到盖组件的上层142。活动铰链138也可以通过织物材料的内部片状件来增强。在一些实施例中，内衬128D的一部分可以增强活动铰链138，使得内衬128D可从储存隔室160向上延伸并且在上层142与侧壁124D之间附接至上层142。通过使用活动铰链138，可以通过打开封闭件180并沿着活动铰链138旋转或回折盖组件140来接触储存隔室160及其内容物。
如上所讨论的，封闭件180可以选择性地连接到主体组件120和盖组件140。闭合件180可以使用连接元件198附接到侧壁124，其中连接元件198可以用线缝合。特别地，封闭件180可用连接元件198附接到侧壁124中的至少一个，其中当在由垂直于隔热装置的底表面延伸的竖直平面形成的横截面中观察时，连接元件198延伸穿过侧壁124、封闭件180、内衬128和隔热层130，如图9和10所示。类似地，沿着隔热装置100的拐角，封闭件180可以使用连接元件198附接到拐角构件126中的至少一者，其中连接元件198延伸穿过拐角构件126、封闭件180、内衬128和隔热层130。封闭件180可以打开以允许对储存隔室160的接触或关闭以防止对储存隔室160的接触。封闭件180可以是如图1至图10所示的拉链组件，但也可能是其他密封装置。例如，封闭件180可以是钩环型紧固件(即Velcro)、按扣、带扣，折叠多次以形成密封件(例如下滚密封件、密封件、金属或塑料夹和它们的组合)的多余材料可以用作封闭机制。
封闭件180可以围绕隔热装置100的整个周边或大部分周边延伸，例如隔热装置100的至少三个侧面。在这一特定实例中，打开封闭件180并将盖组件140沿铰链138旋转离开主体组件120之后，使用者可以轻易接触隔热装置100的内容物，如图2所示。
封闭件180可以安装在背衬或织物182上，如本文所述，该背衬或织物作为封闭件180的一部分被包括在内。在封闭件是拉链的情况下，该背衬或织物可以称为拉链带182。拉链带182可以附接在主体组件120上的每个侧壁124和内衬128之间，以及可以附接在上侧壁144和盖组件140上的盖衬里146之间。此外，如上所述，其中连接元件198延伸穿过封闭件180可以被解释为连接元件延伸穿过织物或拉链带182。
如上所讨论的，储存隔室可包括沿封闭件180的长度延伸的隔热突片132，其中隔热突片132也越过封闭件180的中点向上延伸。在一些实施例中，隔热突片132可以包括固定在隔热突片132内的磁性元件134。磁性元件134可以沿突片132的上区域定位，使得磁性元件134可以接合固定在盖组件140内的磁性元件156。当隔热装置处于其闭合构型时，磁性元件134和156的吸引力可导致盖衬里146接触形成隔热突片132的外表面的内衬128的部分。此外，当隔热装置100处于其闭合构型时，磁力可助于将隔热突片132在其适当位置保持提高，从而有助于进一步最小化储存隔室内任何温度升高或降低。磁性元件134可以固定在内衬128和隔热层部分130A之间的隔热突片132内。类似地，磁性元件156可以定位在盖衬里146和盖隔热层148之间。在一些实施例中，磁性元件134、156可以分别固定在衬里128、146下方，使得它们在隔热装置100处于其打开构型时是不可见的，而在其他实施例中，磁性元件134、156可以定位在隔热突片132和盖衬里146中的袋部或凸台(未示出)中，该袋部或凸台在隔热突片132和盖衬里146的表面上方突出。磁性元件134、156可以使用粘合剂、焊接或本领域技术人员已知的其他技术固定。
磁性元件134、156可以使其中心点基本上彼此对齐以最大化它们对彼此的吸引力。此外，在一些实施例中，隔热装置可以包括沿隔热装置100的前侧102的中心平面定位的一对磁性元件。在其他实施例中，隔热装置可包括沿隔热突片132的长度定位以及在盖组件140上的相应位置中的多对磁性元件。
磁性元件134、156可以具有任何形状和尺寸，并且在一些情况下，每个磁性元件134、156可以具有相同的尺寸，而在其他实施例中，磁性元件可以具有不同的尺寸。例如，在示例性实施例中，磁性元件134、156可以具有长度大约25mm、宽度大约5mm以及厚度大约2mm的矩形形状。磁性元件134、156可以是永磁体、金属条或铁磁材料中的一种或多种。
在上文及附图中参考各种实例公开了本发明。然而，本公开所服务的目的是提供与本发明相关的各种特征和概念的实例，而不是限制本公开的范围。相关领域的技术人员将认识到，在不脱离本发明的范围的情况下，可以对上述实例进行多种变化和修改。
Claims (20)
1.一种隔热装置，所述隔热装置包括：
主体组件，其中所述主体组件包括底层、附接到所述底层的第一侧壁、内衬和隔热层，其中所述隔热层的至少一部分定位在所述第一侧壁和所述内衬之间；
盖组件，所述盖组件可旋转地连接到所述主体组件；其中所述盖组件包括上层、盖隔热层和盖衬里；
储存隔室，所述储存隔室由所述主体组件和所述盖组件形成，其中所述隔热装置具有提供对所述储存隔室的接触的打开构型和防止对所述储存隔室的接触的闭合构型；
封闭件，所述封闭件定位在所述主体组件和所述盖组件之间，其中所述封闭件适于选择性地连接所述主体组件和所述盖组件；以及
隔热突片，所述隔热突片由所述内衬的一部分和所述隔热层的一部分形成，其中所述隔热突片在所述储存隔室内且在所述封闭件的内部，并且所述隔热突片具有定位在所述封闭件的中点上方的远侧端部。
2.根据权利要求1所述的隔热装置，其中所述盖组件包括从所述主体组件向上延伸的周边边缘。
3.根据权利要求2所述的隔热装置，其中所述周边边缘具有边缘高度，所述边缘高度定义为从所述周边边缘的顶表面到所述上层的顶表面的竖直高度，其中所述边缘高度是所述盖隔热层的厚度的至少2倍。
4.根据权利要求2所述的隔热装置，其中所述周边边缘具有边缘高度，所述边缘高度定义为距所述周边边缘的顶表面的竖直高度，其中所述边缘高度可以在所述隔热装置的总高度的10％和20％的范围内并且可以是所述隔热装置的高度的20％。
5.根据权利要求1所述的隔热装置，其中所述封闭件使用连接元件附接到所述第一侧壁，其中当在由垂直于所述隔热装置的底表面而延伸的竖直平面形成的横截面中观察时，所述连接元件延伸穿过所述封闭件、所述第一侧壁、所述内衬和所述隔热层。
6.根据权利要求1所述的隔热装置，其中所述隔热突片由所述内衬的一部分形成，其中所述内衬形成所述隔热突片的向外层和所述隔热突片的向内表面。
7.根据权利要求6所述的隔热装置，其中所述内衬围绕所述隔热层从所述向内层延伸到所述向外层，其中所述隔热突片在基部端部处连接到所述封闭件。
8.根据权利要求7所述的隔热装置，其中所述隔热突片在所述基部端部处经由连接元件连接到所述封闭件，当在由垂直于所述隔热装置的底表面而延伸的竖直平面形成的横截面中观察时，所述连接元件延伸穿过所述向内表面、所述向外层、所述封闭件、所述第一侧壁和所述隔热层。
9.根据权利要求1所述的隔热装置，其中所述隔热突片沿所述封闭件的长度延伸，以沿所述封闭件的所述长度来隔热所述储存隔室。
10.根据权利要求1所述的隔热装置，其中所述隔热突片包括第一磁性元件，当所述隔热装置处于所述闭合构型时，所述第一磁性元件接合所述盖组件上的第二磁性元件。
11.根据权利要求10所述的隔热装置，其中所述第一磁性元件定位在所述内衬和所述隔热层之间，并且其中所述第二磁性元件定位在所述盖衬里和所述盖隔热层之间。
12.一种隔热装置，所述隔热装置包括：
主体组件，其中所述主体组件包括底层、附接到所述底层的侧壁、内衬和隔热层，其中所述隔热层的至少一部分定位在所述底层和所述内衬之间；
盖组件，所述盖组件可旋转地连接到所述主体组件；其中所述盖组件包括上层、盖隔热层和盖衬里；
储存隔室，所述储存隔室由所述主体组件和所述盖组件形成，其中所述隔热装置具有提供对所述储存隔室的接触的打开构型和闭合构型；
封闭件，所述封闭件适于选择性地连接所述主体组件和所述盖组件；以及
突片，所述突片至少部分地由所述内衬的一部分形成，其中所述突片在所述储存隔室内且在所述封闭件的内部，并且所述突片具有定位在所述封闭件的中点上方的远侧端部，并且其中所述突片包括第一磁性元件，当所述隔热装置处于所述闭合构型时，所述第一磁性元件接合所述盖组件上的第二磁性元件。
13.根据权利要求12所述的隔热装置，其中当所述隔热装置处于闭合构型时，所述突片接触所述盖组件上的所述盖衬里。
14.根据权利要求12所述的隔热装置，其中所述盖组件的所述上层包括从所述主体组件向上延伸的周边边缘，其中所述周边边缘具有边缘高度，所述边缘高度定义为距所述周边边缘的顶表面的竖直高度，其中所述边缘高度是所述盖隔热层的厚度的至少2倍。
15.根据权利要求12所述的隔热装置，其中所述上层由泡沫橡胶材料形成。
16.根据权利要求12所述的隔热装置，其中所述盖组件和所述主体组件通过所述隔热装置的一侧上的铰链连接，其中所述铰链由第二侧壁形成，所述第二侧壁从所述主体组件的所述底层延伸到所述盖组件的所述盖衬里的所述上层。
17.根据权利要求12所述的隔热装置，其中所述突片包括封闭在所述内衬内的所述隔热层的一部分。
18.一种隔热装置，所述隔热装置包括：
主体组件，其中所述主体组件包括底层、附接到所述底层的第一侧壁、内衬和隔热层，其中所述隔热层的至少一部分定位在所述底层和所述内衬之间；
盖组件，所述盖组件可旋转地连接到所述主体组件；其中所述盖组件包括上层、盖隔热层和盖衬里；其中所述盖组件的所述上层包括从所述主体组件向上延伸的周边边缘，其中所述周边边缘具有边缘高度，所述边缘高度定义为从所述上层的顶表面到所述周边边缘的顶部的竖直高度，其中所述边缘高度大于所述盖隔热层的厚度；
储存隔室，所述储存隔室由所述主体组件和所述盖组件形成，其中所述隔热装置具有提供对所述储存隔室的接触的打开构型和闭合构型；
封闭件，所述封闭件适于选择性地连接所述主体组件和所述盖组件，其中所述封闭件使用连接元件附接到所述第一侧壁，其中所述连接元件延伸穿过所述第一侧壁、封闭件、所述内衬和所述隔热层；以及
隔热突片，所述隔热突片由所述内衬的一部分和所述隔热层的一部分形成，其中所述隔热突片布置在所述封闭件的内部并具有在所述封闭件的中点上方延伸的远侧端部，其中所述隔热突片包括第一磁性元件，当所述隔热装置处于闭合构型时，所述第一磁性元件接合所述盖组件上的第二磁性元件。
19.根据权利要求18所述的隔热装置，其中所述隔热突片由所述内衬形成，其中所述内衬形成所述隔热突片的向外层和所述隔热突片的向内表面。
20.根据权利要求18所述的隔热装置，其中所述隔热突片沿所述封闭件的整个长度延伸，以沿所述封闭件的所述整个长度来隔热所述储存隔室。
