Abstract

本发明提供一种装卸用栈板,其无需使用模具等昂贵设备即可简便生产,而且生产效率高且制作廉价。该装卸用栈板的上板(1)以及下板(2)是通过将合成树脂制波纹板切断成既定形状和大小而形成,且在上板(1)和下板(2)之间固定有弹性隔垫(3),该装卸用栈板是合成树脂制装卸用栈板;上板(1)和下板(2)均是将两张合成树脂制波纹板(10)、(11)沿与直立设置在波纹板表面层之间的肋体相互垂直相交的方向配置并重叠粘结而成,弹性隔垫(3)在高度方向上具有弹性并带有合成树脂制波纹部,被粘结在上板(1)和下板(2)之间。

Description

装卸用栈板
技术领域
本发明涉及装卸用栈板(pallet),尤其涉及一种可廉价高效生产的合成树脂制装卸用栈板。
背景技术
木制栈板是广泛使用的栈板,木制栈板全部采用木材来形成上板、下板以及固定在上下板之间的隔垫。因而,在大批量生产木制栈板时需要消耗大量木材,因砍伐木材则可能会破坏须加以资源保护的热带森林等,从保护森林和地球环境的角度来看存在一定问题。此外,若木制栈板直接使用,则受各种害虫侵害会使木材变差,因而需要涂敷强力防虫用的药剂来驱除害虫,而药剂存在的危险性在世界各国也被视为问题。
另一方面,作为现有技术来说提出合成树脂制栈板以替代木制栈板。但是现有的合成树脂制栈板要通过使用模具的注塑成型进行制作,因而在制作时需要制作价格高昂的成型用模具,模具制作费用是导致合成树脂制栈板价格提升的原因。
此外,作为现有技术来说,在下述专利文献1中提到一种波纹板制的装卸用栈板,无需使用木材,使用波纹板即可简便生产制作。所述波纹板制的装卸用栈板是由波纹板来生产制作上板、下板和位于上下板之间的隔垫,且将这些部件组合成栈板进行粘合和制作。
日本特开平8-175544号公报
但是,波纹板制栈板由采用的波纹纸板来形成,因而能够廉价且容易生产。然而波纹板制栈板存在问题在于,当其被用于雨水或是易于附着上水分环境、或者高湿度的环境里,显然非常容易恶化变质导致寿命缩短。
发明内容
本发明正是为了解决上述技术问题而提供一种装卸用栈板,其无需使用模具等昂贵设备即可简便生产,而且生产效率高且廉价制作。
作为本发明所述的装卸用栈板,该装卸用栈板的上板以及下板均是通过将合成树脂制波纹板(瓦楞板)切断成既定形状和大小而成,且在所述上板和所述下板之间固定有隔垫,该装卸用栈板是合成树脂制装卸用栈板,其特征在于,所述上板和所述下板均按照如下方式形成,将多张合成树脂制波纹板沿与直立设置在波纹板表面层之间的肋体相互垂直相交的方向配置并重叠粘结而成,且所述隔垫是沿高度方向具有弹性的合成树脂制弹性隔垫,被粘结在所述上板和所述下板之间。
按照本发明所述的装卸用栈板,由于作为主要部件的上板和下板由重叠的合成树脂制波纹板形成,弹性隔垫也由合成树脂制,因而能够具有高耐水性并且使用起来很卫生,同时质量轻且具有充足的刚性,可以廉价生产。而且,由于将弹性隔垫粘结在上板和下板之间,因而当把物品放置在装卸用栈板上用车辆等搬运时,弹性隔垫可以吸收从车辆等传递来的振动,从而降低给物品施加的振动。
在此处,所述弹性隔垫成型为具有圆筒形或者方筒形的合成树脂制波纹部的形状。由此,通过使用在制作中广泛应用的圆筒形或者方筒形的合成树脂制波纹部,可以廉价制作生产弹性隔垫而无需专用模具等。此外,由于使用具有合成树脂制波纹部的弹性隔垫,因而可以性能良好地吸收搬运车辆等传递到上板上的振动。
在此处,还可以在所述弹性隔垫的上部安装盖状罩部,从合成树脂制波纹部的上部起包覆中间部。由此,由于把盖状罩部以从波纹部的上部起包覆中间部的方式安装在波纹部上,因而当上板以及上板上的物品产生横向摇晃时,从而可以防止由弹性隔垫引起的横向摇晃。
此外,关于上述重叠起来的合成树脂制波纹板的粘结以及弹性隔垫与上板和下板的粘结,可以使用合成树脂粘合剂或者通过热熔合方式来粘结。由此由较少的作业员无需花费设备费用即可很容易地小批量生产各种形状和大小的装卸用栈板。
本发明有关的其它装卸用栈板,该装卸用栈板的上板是通过将合成树脂制波纹板切断成既定形状和大小而成,且在所述上板的底面固定有隔垫,该装卸用栈板是合成树脂制装卸用栈板,其特征在于,所述上板按照如下方式形成,将多张合成树脂制波纹板沿与直立设置在波纹板表面层之间的肋体相互垂直相交的方向配置并重叠粘结而成,所述隔垫是沿高度方向具有弹性的合成树脂制弹性隔垫,并被粘结在所述上板的底面上。
通过本发明与上述同样,将作为主要部件的上板由重叠的合成树脂制波纹板形成,弹性隔垫也由合成树脂制,因而能够具有高耐水性并且使用起来很卫生,同时质量轻且具有充足的刚性,可以廉价生产。
此外,由于把弹性隔垫粘结在上板底面上,因而当把物品放置在装卸用栈板上用车辆等搬运时,弹性隔垫可以吸收从车辆等传递来的振动,从而降低给物品施加的振动。
通过采用本发明的装卸用栈板,无需使用模具等昂贵设备即可简便生产卸装卸用栈板,且高效廉价进行生产。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明的一实施方式进行说明。如图1所示该装卸用栈板是合成树脂制的装卸用栈板,其包括:上板1和下板2,均由合成树脂制波纹板10、11构成;合成树脂制弹性隔垫3,插入并固定在上板1和下板2之间。所述装卸用栈板能够简便生产制作,而且通过弹性隔垫3而有效吸收向放置在上板1上的被运送的物品搬运的振动。
如图6所示,用来构成上板1和下板2的合成树脂制波纹板10、11按照如下方式构成,即在沿上下方向设置的波纹板的表面层20、21(片状部分)之间直立设置有多个相互间隔的肋体22,内部形成中空部23。
此外,如图6所示,上板1和下板2均按照如下方式形成,将两张合成树脂制波纹板10、11沿分别与各个肋体22相互垂直相交的方向配置并重叠粘结而成。通过使两张合成树脂制波纹板10、11在与肋体22垂直相交的方向上重叠粘结,这样可以增强上板1和下板2的弯曲强度。
另外,为了使上板1和下板2的弯曲强度进一步加强,还可以把3张或者4张的合成树脂制波纹板10、11叠放到一起并相互粘结进行使用。此时,多张合成树脂制波纹板相互重叠粘结,且把相互粘结的波纹板的内侧的肋体方向取为相互垂直相交的方向。
所述合成树脂制波纹板10、11均可通过对例如聚丙烯、聚碳酸酯等合成树脂材料的整体挤压成型来成型。因此波纹板材厂商可以借助较为简易的设备大批量生产合成树脂制波纹板。目前各种大小尺寸和形状的合成树脂制波纹板被廉价销售。因此在制作装卸用栈板时,可以很容易获得各种大小尺寸和形状的合成树脂制波纹板。作为栈板材料的合成树脂制波纹板10、11,可以容易地对市场上出售的合成树脂制波纹板切断后进行使用。
此外,如聚丙烯、聚碳酸酯等合成树脂材料在使用之后,作成碎屑状后热熔合加工,从而能够作为再生塑料材料再循环利用。像这样使用以再生塑料材料的合成树脂制波纹板,从资源保护角度来看非常理想。
上板1以及下板2分别由两张合成树脂制波纹板10、11重叠粘结而成,在该上板1和下板2之间的大体4个板角位置,如图1所示有4个弹性隔垫3介于两者之间,各弹性隔垫3的上表面和下表面分别被粘结在上板1的底面和下板2的表面上从而将它们进行固定。关于粘结方式,可以简单地通过合成树脂粘合剂、热熔合或者双面胶带等方式进行操作。
如图2、3所示,弹性隔垫3借助合成树脂呈圆筒状形成,且圆筒壁部分设置有合成树脂制的波纹部5。弹性隔垫3借助该波纹部5而在上下方向(高度方向)上具有适度弹性。圆筒状弹性隔垫3的平坦底面被封闭,在平坦的上表面形成有成型时产生的开口部。
因而,在将弹性隔垫3插入到上板1和下板2之间进行粘结时,通过使弹性隔垫3的上表面或者底面带上粘合剂、或者通过热熔合方式,能够容易地把弹性隔垫3粘结到合成树脂制波纹板制的上板1和下板2上。
具有所述波纹部5的弹性隔垫3,可以通过吹塑成型等,使用聚氯乙烯等合成树脂材料较为容易地制作。目前这种波纹部5比如像脚踏式气泵中的伸缩部件、弯曲部分的可伸缩性盖等,数量众多的波纹部5以通用方式进行生产制作。因而弹性隔垫3可以直接使用像这样的通用型合成树脂制波纹部件,且较为廉价获得。
如图4、5所示,具有所述波纹部5的弹性隔垫3,优选在其上部以包覆的方式固定盖状罩部4。如图4、5所示,该盖状罩部4上表面封闭且呈圆筒状形成,该盖状罩部4的内径稍大于弹性隔垫3的外径;盖状罩部4被宽松地包覆在弹性隔垫3的上部的波纹部5上,盖状罩部4的内侧底面与弹性隔垫3的上表面相粘结。因此在使用图4、5所示的带有盖状罩部4的弹性隔垫3的情况下,所述盖状罩部4的上表面粘结到上板1的下表面上。
在生产制作上述结构的装卸用栈板时,在制作用工台上放置结构简易组装用夹具,并在该组装用夹具上以手工简便生产制作。
组装用夹具按照如下方式来形成,例如在大小与上板1以及下板2大体相同或者面积更大一些的四方形台板的4个角部上直立设置用于定位的定位壁。该组装用夹具根据打算制作的装卸用栈板的形状和大小(上板1以及下板2的大小和形状),在生产多个装卸用栈板时使用相应的组装用夹具,从而可以生产各种装卸用栈板。
在使用这种夹具来生产装卸用栈板时,首先在组装用夹具的上部(在4个角部的定位壁的内侧)放置按照既定形状切断的两张合成树脂制波纹板10、11,在两者之间涂敷粘合剂或者将两者之间热熔合到一起,从而使两张合成树脂制波纹板10、11粘结。另外,关于合成树脂制波纹板10、11的粘结以及弹性隔垫3的粘结,既可以使用粘合剂、热熔合方式进行,还可以利用双面胶带进行粘结。
此时,如上所述,两张合成树脂制波纹板10、11使各个肋体22与其相互垂直相交的方向配置并重叠粘结;上板1和下板2通过使两张合成树脂制波纹板10、11像这样重叠粘结而成。
接下来,先把如上述制作成的下板2放置在组装用夹具上,再在其4个板角位置摆放带有粘结材料的弹性隔垫3,进而在其上方放置上板1,使弹性隔垫3的上表面粘结到上板1的底面。这样既可简便且以较短时间装配完毕装卸用栈板。
像这样对于装卸用栈板的厂商或者使用装卸用栈板来运送物品的各个厂家的人来说,可以根据打算运送的产品的大小形状,简便生产制作各种大小形状的装卸用栈板。也就是说,只要有上述合成树脂制波纹板、弹性隔垫以及组装用夹具,则可以根据打算运送的产品的大小形状,简便生产制作各种大小形状的装卸用栈板。
对于本装卸用栈板而言,在使用时在把电子产品等被运送物品放置在其上部用于搬运中,由于作为主要部件的上板1和下板2由叠放的合成树脂制波纹板10、11形成,而弹性隔垫3也由合成树脂制,因而能够具有高耐水性并且使用起来很卫生。同时合成树脂制波纹板10、11以及弹性隔垫3的质量都较轻且具有充足的刚性,在进行装卸作业时使用起来很简便。
而且,由于弹性隔垫3被粘结在上板1和下板2之间,因而在把被运送物品的电子产品等放置在装卸用栈板由车辆等搬运时,弹性隔垫3可以吸收从车辆等传递来的振动,从而能够降低给被运送物品的电子产品等施加的振动。
另外,弹性隔垫3受到被运送物品的负荷而收缩,于是上板1和下板2之间间距缩短,在此期间只要足够叉车的叉爪插入中间,则可以顺利地使用。此外如图4、5所示,若在弹性隔垫3的上部以包覆的方式使用安装盖状罩部4的话,则可以通过状罩部4来防止在搬运时由弹性隔垫3引起的横向摇晃。此外,当弹性隔垫3受到被运送物品的负荷而收缩,因为规定其最大收缩幅度为不超过盖状罩部4的高度尺寸,所以就可以使上板1和下板2之间的间隙必然保持在既定高度。
像这样,在所述装卸用栈板中由于作为主要部件的上板1和下板2由叠放的合成树脂制波纹板10、11形成,而弹性隔垫3也由合成树脂制呈圆筒状成型,所以能够具有高耐水性并且使用起来很卫生。同时合成树脂制波纹板10、11以及弹性隔垫3的质量都较轻且具有充足的刚性,可以廉价生产制作。此外,由于弹性隔垫3被粘结在上板1和下板2之间,因而在把物品放置在装卸用栈板上由车辆等搬运时,弹性隔垫13可以吸收从车辆等传递来的振动,从而能够降低对物品带来的振动。
图7表示装卸用栈板的其它实施方式,在该实施方式中9个弹性隔垫3被插入到上板1和下板2之间受到粘结。如图7所示,在9个弹性隔垫3中,其中1个配置在中央,4个配置在上板1和下板2的4个板角部,余下4个配置在各边部的中央(2个角部的中央),对装卸用栈板的上面和底面进行粘结。另外,如图4、5所示,在图7中表示出的装卸用栈板的弹性隔垫3中,在其上部也可以使用形状为包覆盖状罩部4的弹性隔垫3。
作为这种形状为9个弹性隔垫3被插入到上板1和下板2之间受到粘结的装卸用栈板,由于利用9个弹性隔垫分散承受放置在上板1上的被运送物的负荷,所以与上述使用4个弹性隔垫3的装卸用栈板相比,更适用于放置和运送较重被运送物的情况。
图8表示方筒形的弹性隔垫13,可以使用这种方筒形的弹性隔垫13来替代上述圆筒形的弹性隔垫3。方筒形的弹性隔垫13为合成树脂制,其平面以及底面呈大体正方形形状形成,在其外周面设置有方筒形的波纹部15。从而与上述圆筒形的弹性隔垫3同样,方筒形的弹性隔垫13也在上下方向(高度方向)上具有适度弹性。
弹性隔垫13的平坦底面被封闭,如图8所示在在平坦的上表面形成有成型时产生的开口部。因而,所述方筒形的弹性隔垫13与上述情况同样,也被插到上板1和下板2之间,若作成装卸用栈板,能够发挥吸收振动等功能。
另外,可以采用其它结构来替代上述弹性隔垫3、13,例如将塑料材料制波纹板卷曲成沿上下方向具有弹性的弹性隔垫,安置在上板1和下板2之间。
在图9、10中,还示意有其它实施方式的装卸用栈板。与上述实施方式同样的部分,在该附图中添附同样的附图标记并省略其说明。
也就是说,图9、10中所示的装卸用栈板是一种没有下板而仅有上板1的简易型栈板,上板1与上述同样,也由合成树脂制波纹板10、11形成。而且,在图9中所示的上板1的底面的中央以及4个板角部均粘结有合成树脂制弹性隔垫3;而在图10中所示的上板1上,在它的底面中央、4个板角以及各个边部的中央(2个角部的中央),粘结有9个合成树脂制弹性隔垫3。
另外,此处使用的弹性隔垫3也同样可以这样处理,将所述盖状罩部4宽松地包覆在弹性隔垫3的上部的波纹部上,使盖状罩部4的内侧底面与弹性隔垫3的上表面相互粘结而进行使用。进而言之,还可以使用图8中所示的方筒形弹性隔垫13以替代所述圆筒形弹性隔垫3。
上板1是通过将两张合成树脂制波纹板10、11使各个肋体与其相互垂直相交的方向配置并重叠粘结而成。通过使两张合成树脂制波纹板10、11在与肋体垂直相交的方向上重叠粘结,这样可以增强上板1的弯曲强度。另外,为了使上板1的弯曲强度进一步加强,还可以把3张或者4张的合成树脂制波纹板10、11叠放一起并相互粘结进行使用。
像这样,根据所述装卸用栈板可知,由叠放的合成树脂制波纹板10、11形成作为主要部件的上板1,弹性隔垫3也由合成树脂制,因而能够具有高耐水性并且使用起来很卫生,同时质量轻且具有充足的刚性,可以廉价生产。此外,由于把弹性隔垫3粘结在上板1的底面上,因而当把物品放置在装卸用栈板上用车辆等搬运时,弹性隔垫可以吸收从车辆等传递来的振动,从而降低给物品施加的振动。

Claims (10)

1.一种装卸用栈板,该装卸用栈板的上板以及下板是通过将合成树脂制波纹板切断成既定形状和大小而成,且在所述上板和所述下板之间固定有弹性隔垫,该装卸用栈板是合成树脂制装卸用栈板,其特征在于,
所述上板和所述下板均按照如下方式形成,将多张合成树脂制波纹板沿与直立设置在波纹板表面层之间的肋体相互垂直相交的方向配置并重叠粘结而成,
所述隔垫是沿高度方向具有弹性的合成树脂制弹性隔垫,且被粘结在所述上板和下板之间。
2.根据权利要求1所述的装卸用栈板,其特征在于,所述弹性隔垫成型为具有圆筒形或者方筒形的合成树脂制波纹部。
3.根据权利要求2所述的装卸用栈板,其特征在于,所述弹性隔垫的上部安装有盖状罩部,从所述波纹部的上部起包覆中间部。
4.根据权利要求1所述的装卸用栈板,其特征在于,所述重叠的合成树脂制波纹板由合成树脂粘合剂相互粘结;所述弹性隔垫利用合成树脂粘合剂与上板和下板进行粘结。
5.根据权利要求1所述的装卸用栈板,其特征在于,所述重叠的合成树脂制波纹板通过热熔合方式相互粘结;所述弹性隔垫利用热熔合方式与上板和下板进行粘结。
6.一种装卸用栈板,该装卸用栈板的上板是通过将合成树脂制波纹板切断成既定形状和大小而成,且在所述上板的底面固定有弹性隔垫,该装卸用栈板是合成树脂制装卸用栈板,其特征在于,
所述上板按照如下方式形成,将多张合成树脂制波纹板沿与直立设置在波纹板表面层之间的肋体相互垂直相交的方向配置并重叠粘结而成,
所述隔垫是沿高度方向具有弹性的合成树脂制弹性隔垫,并被粘结在所述上板的底面上。
7.根据权利要求6所述的装卸用栈板,其特征在于,所述弹性隔垫成型为具有圆筒形或者方筒形的合成树脂制波纹部。
8.根据权利要求7所述的装卸用栈板,其特征在于,所述弹性隔垫的上部安装有盖状罩部,从所述波纹部的上部起包覆中间部。
9.根据权利要求6所述的装卸用栈板,其特征在于,所述重叠的合成树脂制波纹板由合成树脂粘合剂相互粘结在一起;所述弹性隔垫利用合成树脂粘合剂与上板进行粘结。
10.根据权利要求6所述的装卸用栈板,其特征在于,所述重叠的合成树脂制波纹板通过热熔合方式相互粘结;所述弹性隔垫利用热熔合方式与上板进行粘结。
