概述

结语

Claims (20)
1.一种金属合金注射成型的方法,包括:
将金属合金注射进具有多个成型部分的模具,所述多个成型部分对与要成型的制品对应的型腔进行界定,所述模具界定:
所述型腔的界定所述制品特征的一部分,所述特征具有的厚度大于所述型腔所界定的所述制品的紧邻所述特征的区域的厚度;以及
与所述特征基本反向对准的所述制品的突起,所述突起的大小被选择成使得在形成所述制品的所述金属合金固化之际,所述突起减小与所述特征基本反向对准的所述制品部分上的热膨胀效应;以及
在所述金属合金在所述模具内固化之后从所述模具的所述型腔取出所述金属合金。
2.如权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述突起的大小被选择成与所述特征的厚度以及所述金属合金的热膨胀系数成比例。
3.如权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述突起减小与所述特征基本反向对准的所述制品部分上的热膨胀效应,从而使紧邻所述部分的区域和所述部分在所述金属合金固化之后形成基本平坦的表面。
4.如权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述金属合金主要含镁。
5.如权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,紧邻所述特征的区域的厚度小于1毫米,而所述突起的厚度大于1毫米。
6.如权利要求5所述的方法,其特征在于,所述紧邻所述特征的区域的厚度为0.65毫米。
7.一种金属合金注射成型设备,包括:
模具,所述模具具有多个成型部分,所述多个成型部分对与要使用被注射进所述模具的金属合金成型的制品对应的型腔进行界定,所述模具界定:
所述型腔的界定所述制品的特征的一部分,所述特征具有的厚度大于所述型腔所界定的所述制品的紧邻所述特征的区域的厚度;以及
在所述型腔的与包括所述特征的一侧相反的一侧上对准的所述制品的突起,所述突起的大小被选择成使得在形成所述制品的所述金属合金固化之际,所述突起收缩以在与所述特征相反的一侧形成基本平坦的表面。
8.如权利要求7所述的成型设备,其特征在于,所述突起的大小被选择成与所述特征的厚度成比例。
9.如权利要求8所述的成型设备,其特征在于,还基于所述金属合金的热膨胀系数来选择所述突起的大小。
10.如权利要求7所述的成型设备,其特征在于,所述突起减小与所述特征基本反向对准的所述制品的所述部分上的热膨胀效应,以在所述金属合金固化之后形成基本平坦的表面。
11.如权利要求10所述的成型设备,其特征在于,所述突起被界定在所述型腔内从而使与所述突起对应的所述型腔的对应表面不平坦。
12.如权利要求7所述的成型设备,其特征在于,所述金属合金主要含镁。
13.如权利要求7所述的成型设备,其特征在于,紧邻所述特征的区域的厚度小于1毫米,而所述突起的厚度大于1毫米。
14.如权利要求13所述的成型设备,其特征在于,所述紧邻所述特征的区域的厚度为0.65毫米。
15.一种金属合金注射成型的方法,包括:
形成包括多个成型部分的模具以使用在所述模具中用型腔进行界定的金属合金来形成制品,所述形成包括:
形成所述型腔的界定所述制品的特征的一部分,所述特征具有的厚度大于由所述型腔界定的所述制品的紧邻所述特征的区域的厚度;以及
形成在所述型腔的与包括所述特征的一侧相反的一侧上对准的所述制品的突起,所述突起的大小被选择成与所述特征的厚度成比例从而在形成所述制品的所述金属合金固化之际,所述突起减小所述制品的与所述特征相反的一侧上的热膨胀效应。
16.如权利要求15所述的方法,其特征在于,还基于所述金属合金的热膨胀系数来选择所述突起的大小。
17.如权利要求15所述的方法,其特征在于,所述突起的大小被选择成在所述金属合金固化之后形成基本平坦的表面。
18.如权利要求15所述的方法,其特征在于,所述突起被界定在所述型腔内从而使与所述突起对应的所述型腔的对应表面不平坦。
19.如权利要求15所述的方法,其特征在于,所述金属合金主要含镁。
20.如权利要求15所述的方法,其特征在于,紧邻所述特征的区域的厚度小于1毫米,而所述突起的厚度大于1毫米。
