Abstract

本发明提供一种便携式电子装置,其包括一壳体及一装设于所述壳体上的后盖。所述便携式电子装置还包括一设于所述后盖的支架及一连接所述后盖和支架的连接件,所述连接件装设于所述支架上,所述支架通过连接件可转动地装配于所述后盖上。

便携式电子装置
技术领域
本发明涉及一种便携式电子装置,尤其涉及一种具有支架结构的便携式电子装置。
背景技术
目前,很多便携式电子装置,如移动电话、个人数位助理(Personal Digital Assistant,PDA)具备了视频播放功能。然而,由于便携式电子装置一般体积较小,仅凭自身形状往往难以放置稳定,并难以获得理想观看视角。因此,当使用便携式电子装置观看电视、电影等视频信号时,经常需要依赖使用者手持调整其最佳视角。若一直手持便携式电子装置观看视频会造成较大不便,观看时间过长后,会让人感到手部酸累,而且会因为晃动而引起图像画面不清晰。
为了能够将便携式电子装置支撑于桌面上,以便于使用者舒适方便地观看电视、电影等视频,现在出现了一些便携式电子装置支撑装置。然而,现有的电子装置支撑装置一般都是独立于便携式电子装置而设置的,使用时将电子装置放置在该支座上,用后再将两者分开,不但结构复杂,而且不便于携带或收置。
发明内容
针对上述问题,有必要提供一种具有支架结构的便携式电子装置。
一种便携式电子装置,其包括一壳体及一装设于所述壳体上的后盖。所述便携式电子装置还包括一设于所述后盖的支架及一连接所述后盖和支架的连接件,所述连接件装设于所述支架上,所述支架通过连接件可转动地装配于所述后盖上。
相较于现有技术,所述便携式电子装置通过所述连接件连接所述支架和后盖,该支架围绕设于后盖的定位柱转动以实现打开和闭合该支架。在使用该电子装置播放视频时,直接将支架调整至适当位置,以防止电子装置晃动,并有利于其散热;不使用时,则将支架扳回固定于电子装置的后盖内即可,该支架结构简单,而且与所述便携式电子装置结合为一整体,便于携带。

具体实施方式
请参阅图1、图5及图6,本发明的较佳实施例公开一种便携式电子装置100,其可为移动电话、PDA等电子装置。所述便携式电子装置100包括一壳体10、一设于所述壳体10的后盖20、一设于所述后盖20内的支架30及一转动连接所述后盖20和支架30的连接件50。
所述壳体10为所述电子装置100的外壳,所述后盖20通过现有的结合方式,如卡合、转轴等装配于该壳体10上。所述后盖20为电子装置100的电池盖,其上开设有一第一凹槽13及一与所述第一凹槽13邻接的第二凹槽15。所述第一凹槽13整体大致呈梯形,该第一凹槽13与第二凹槽15相对的一端开设有一定位槽131、二位于所述定位槽131内的定位柱133及一与所述定位槽131邻接的开槽135,该开槽135的横截面为“V”形。所述定位槽131与所述开槽135圆滑过渡,所述二定位柱133大致呈圆柱体状,其固设于该定位槽131的相对两侧。所述第一凹槽13远离所述定位柱133的一端设有一卡钩137,所述卡钩137临近所述第二凹槽15,用于固定所述支架30于后盖20内。所述第二凹槽15整体大致为圆弧状,其底部为一向所述第一凹槽13倾斜过渡的斜面。
请一并参阅图2,所述支架30整体大致呈梯形板状,其形状及大小与所述第一凹槽13的形状及大小相对应。所述支架30二平行端中较短的一端开设一容置部31及一抵持部33,该容置部31的横截面大致呈圆弧形。当该支架30置于第一凹槽13内时,容置部31与定位槽131相对应。所述容置部31内开设有二条形滑槽311,该二滑槽311间隔设置,并在朝向所述容置部31外侧面的方向发散延伸。请参阅图6,所述支架30二平行端中较长的一端凸设一卡扣35及一操作件37。该卡扣35与卡钩137相卡合以固定所述支架30于后盖20上,所述操作件37临近第二凹槽15,该第二凹槽15用于留出空间操作所述操作件37以便于从后盖20掀起所述支架30。当所述支架30打开时,该支架30的较长的一端为支撑端以便于稳固便携式电子装置100。
所述连接件50容置于所述定位槽131内,该连接件50包括二定位件51及一与所述定位件51弹性配合的弹性件53,该定位件51围绕所述定位柱133转动。所述定位件51包括一本体511、一开设于该本体511内的开孔513、一设于所述本体511一端的凸柱515及设于本体511上的定位滑块517。所述开孔513的孔径和形状与所述定位柱133的直径和形状相配合,且该定位柱133可转动容纳于该开孔513内。所述凸柱515设于本体511上相对于开孔513的一端,弹性件53可套设于所述凸柱515上。所述定位滑块517为凸出于本体511侧面上的条形凸块,且其延伸方向与本体511轴向平行,二定位滑块517间隔设置且具有一定的夹角,使得定位滑块517容纳于滑槽311时可将本体511及凸柱515在径向上固定。
请一并参阅图3及图4,组装所述便携式电子装置100时,首先,将定位件51的定位滑块517置于所述滑槽311内,并将定位件51的凸柱515套入所述弹性件53的两端。此时,二定位件51与弹性件53固设于所述容置部31内,该定位滑块517可在所述滑槽311内滑动,且其滑动距离受到所述弹性件53的限制。然后,将所述支架30和连接件50置于所述后盖20定位槽131的正上方。接着,在弹性件53的压缩方向按压所述定位件51,此时,所述二定位滑块517在滑槽311内相向滑动,弹性件53处于压缩状态。之后,将所述连接件50置于所述定位槽131内,使二定位柱133正对所述开孔513,释放所述定位件51。此时,所述弹性件53释放弹性力,并仍处于压缩状态,定位柱133容纳于所述开孔513内,所述支架30围绕定位柱133转动以打开或闭合。如此,即完成所述便携式电子装置100的组装。
请一并参阅图7,当需要打开所述便携式电子装置100的支架30时,首先,在所述第二凹槽15内从背离后盖20的方向掀动所述操作件37,使卡扣35脱离所述卡钩137,所述梯形支架30二平行端中的较长的端从第一凹槽13内脱离。继续转动支架30,直至所述抵持部33被开槽135所抵挡,此时,即实现了打开所述支架30。
当需要闭合所述便携式电子装置100的支架30时,在朝向所述后盖20的方向按压所述支架30,使该支架30围绕所述定位柱133转动,所述支架30部分容置于第一凹槽13内。继续按压转动所述支架30,直至所述卡扣35被所述卡钩37所卡合。此时,所述支架30完全容置于所述第一凹槽13内,即实现可闭合所述支架30于后盖20之内。
可以理解,所述定位件50上的定位滑块517可为一个,其可为梯形、球形、菱形或其他形状。所述滑槽311的形状和数量与所述定位滑块517的形状和数量相对应,只要定位滑块517可以无阻碍地在滑槽311内滑动并不会在径向上从滑槽311内脱离即可。
可以理解,开孔513内和定位柱133上可开设若干凸起,且二者的凸起相间配合,以便使支架30处于不同的打开位置,从而实现通过调整支架30的位置而调整便携式电子装置100的观看视角。而且,所述支架30形成于所述后盖20上,可一体设置,便于与后盖20一起拆卸及更换。
可以理解,所述连接件50的凸柱515上可开设一通孔,将所述弹性件53容纳于所述通孔内,只要按压所述定位件51时所述弹性件53可以被按压且不会从所述通孔内脱离即可。
可以理解,在所述定位槽131相对两侧的二定位柱133处,可开设二槽孔,所述二定位柱133可与所述定位件51整合为一体,或在所述二定位件51上分别设置一轴状结构,使得该定位柱133或轴状结构可在槽孔内无阻碍地转动即可。
显然,本发明便携式电子装置100较佳实施例中,所述便携式电子装置100通过所述连接件50连接所述支架30和后盖20,所述支架30围绕设于后盖13的定位柱133转动以实现打开和闭合所述支架30。在使用该电子装置100播放视频时,直接将支架30调整至适当位置,以防止电子装置100晃动,并有利于其散热;不使用时,则将支架30扳回固定于电子装置100的后盖20内即可,该支架30结构简单,而且与所述便携式电子装置100结合为一整体,便于携带。

Claims (6)

1.一种便携式电子装置,其包括一壳体及一装设于所述壳体上的后盖,其特征在于:所述便携式电子装置还包括一设于所述后盖的支架及一连接所述后盖和支架的连接件,所述后盖在与所述支架连接配合处相对凸设二定位柱,该支架的一端开设有二滑槽,所述连接件包括二定位件及一弹性件,每一定位件包括一本体、一开设于该本体内的开孔、一设于该本体相对于开孔一端的凸柱及设于该本体上的二定位滑块,所述定位滑块在所述滑槽内相向滑动,以将所述连接件装设于所述支架上,所述支架通过连接件可转动地装配于所述后盖上。
2.如权利要求1所述的便携式电子装置,其特征在于:所述支架与所述连接件相连接的一端开设一容置部,所述滑槽开设于所述容置部内,通过所述定位滑块与滑槽的连接将所述连接件装配于所述容置部内,并随支架一起转动。
3.如权利要求1所述的便携式电子装置,其特征在于:所述后盖上开设有一第一凹槽,所述二定位柱设于该第一凹槽一端的相对两侧,所述支架及连接件可容置于所述第一凹槽内。
4.如权利要求3所述的便携式电子装置,其特征在于:所述第一凹槽相对于设置定位柱的一端设有一卡钩,所述支架相对于连接所述连接件的一端凸设一卡扣,所述卡扣与卡钩相卡合以闭合所述支架于后盖上。
5.如权利要求4所述的便携式电子装置,其特征在于:所述后盖上还开设一与所述第一凹槽邻接的第二凹槽,所述支架相对于连接所述连接件的一端凸设一操作件,所述操作件临近该第二凹槽,用于掀起所述支架。
6.如权利要求1所述的便携式电子装置,其特征在于:所述支架与所述连接件相连接的一端设一抵持部,当所述支架转动打开时,所述抵持部抵持所述后盖以阻挡该支架继续转动。
