Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1)表面に薄膜状の電極を形成する絶縁基板の一端(
    E接続用出張り部が一体に設けられ、前記電極から連続
    する薄膜状の導電層を記接続用出張り部まで延設し、そ
    の導電層の延設端部が接続用端子部になり、他の回路基
    板の端子部と前記接続用端子部とが接続されるように構
    成されていることを特徴とするメンブレンスイッチ。 (2)実用新案登録請求の範囲第(1)項記載において
    、前記電極および導電層が、金属層と、その金属層を覆
    うように設けられた炭素層とから構成されていることを
    特徴とするメンブレンスイッチ。 (3)  実用新案登録請求の範囲第(1)項記載にお
    いて、前記絶縁基板ならびに接続用出張り部が1枚の絶
    縁性フィルムで構成され、絶縁基板の中間部に折返し部
    が設けられて、その折返し部を境にして一方の平面部が
    下部電極を形成した下部電極部となり、他方の平面部が
    上部電極を形成した上部電極部となって、いずれか一方
    の電極部に接続用出張り部が連設され、前記下部電極部
    に対した上部電極部を相対的に折り重ねて、下部電極と
    上部電極を所定の間隔をおいて対向させたことを特徴と
    するメンブレンスイツて、前記接続用出張り部の表面で
    かつ前記接続用端子部の近傍にホットメルト型接着剤層
    が設けられていることを特徴とするメンブレンスイッチ
    。 (5)実用新案登録請求の範囲第(1)項記載に゛おい
    て、前記回路基板に用いられる絶縁基板が二酸化ケイ素
    を含む材料で構成され、それ絶縁基板の被接着面に存在
    するシラノール基の酸素と化学結合して接着面に疎水性
    を付与する疎水性付与化合物を添加したホットメルト型
    接着剤層が、前記接続用端子部を設けた側の接続用出張
    り部の表面に形成され、そのホットメルト型接着剤層を
    介して接続用出張り部が前記回路基板に接着固定される
    ことを特徴とするメンブレンスイッチ。 (6)  実用新案登録請求の範囲第(5)項記載にお
    いて、前記疎水性付与化合物が金属塩であること□を特
    徴とするメンブレンスイッチ。 (7)実用新案登録請求の範囲第(5)項記載において
    、前記疎水性付与化合物がカップリング剤であることを
    特徴とするメンブレンスイッチ。 (8)実用新案登録請求の範囲第(5)項記載において
    、前記疎水性付与化合物がイソシアネート化合物である
    ことを特徴とするメンブレンスイツて、前記疎水性付与
    化合物がルイス塩基であることを特徴とするメンブレン
    スイッチ。 (1G  実用新案登録請求の範囲第(5)項記載にお
    いて、前記接続用端子部が接続用出張り部の端縁まで延
    びておらず、接続用端子部の端部と接続用出張り部の端
    縁との間に前記ホットメルト型接着剤層が形成されてい
    ることを特徴とする。メンブレンスイッチ。
