Claims (11)

1.一种用于在车辆中使用的车辆座椅(1),包括:
靠背(3);
椅座部分(2);以及
调节单元(1');
其中调节单元(1')包括:
适于靠背(3)的倾斜度调节机构,倾斜度调节机构包括第一摇杆(50),所述第一摇杆连接到靠背(3)并且围绕垂直于车辆行进方向(100)的横向方向(101)可旋转地安装;以及
用于椅座部分(2)的纵向调节机构和高度调节机构,所述纵向调节机构和高度调节机构包括附加摇杆(31),所述附加摇杆连接到椅座部分(2)并且围绕横向方向(101)可旋转地安装;
其中靠背包括靠背主体部分和靠背上部部分,其中靠背主体部分和靠背上部部分经由靠背主体部分和靠背上部部分的枢转轴线以旋转接头的方式连接到彼此,用于调节靠背的弯曲度;
其中靠背主体部分和靠背上部部分在枢转轴线的区域内借助于调节装配件联接到彼此,使得调节装配件的调节使得靠背主体部分和靠背上部部分之间的围绕枢转轴线的角度发生变化;
其中调节装配件包括马达驱动的摆动机构或闩锁棘爪调节器;以及
其中椅座部分(2)限定适于车辆乘员的椅座表面,并包括前部部分(20)和主体部分(21),其中主体部分(21)以旋转铰链的方式安装在附加摇杆(31)上,其中前部部分(20)的下侧具有带槽导向件(23),第三摇杆(24)的第一端部以旋转铰链的方式围绕横向轴线安装在所述带槽导向件内,所述横向轴线沿着垂直于行进方向(100)的横向方向(101)延伸,其中第三摇杆(24)的第二端部以旋转铰链的方式连接到紧固于车辆地板上的固定器(25),其中第三摇杆(24)相对于副结构(40)的位置能够经由驱动器(32)而改变,其中前部部分(20)的倾斜度能够改变。
2.根据权利要求1所述的车辆座椅(1),其特征在于,第一摇杆(50)的第一端部以旋转铰链的方式作用于车辆座椅(1)的靠背(3)上,而第一摇杆(50)的第二端部紧固到安装于车身上的保持夹具(51)上。
3.根据权利要求2所述的车辆座椅(1),其特征在于,第一摇杆(50)在其第一端部处经由附加调节装配件(52)以旋转铰链的方式连接到靠背(3)。
4.根据权利要求3所述的车辆座椅(1),其特征在于,附加调节装配件(52)包括摆动机构或闩锁棘爪调节器。
5.根据权利要求3所述的车辆座椅(1),其特征在于,附加调节装配件(52)包括马达驱动的驱动器。
6.根据权利要求4所述的车辆座椅(1),其特征在于,附加调节装配件(52)包括马达驱动的驱动器。
7.根据权利要求2或3所述的车辆座椅(1),其特征在于,第一摇杆(50)的第二端部以旋转铰链的方式连接在保持夹具(51)的带槽导向件(53)内。
8.根据权利要求7所述的车辆座椅(1),其特征在于,第一摇杆(50)的第二端部以纵向位移的方式沿着保持夹具(51)的带槽导向件(53)的导向槽安装。
9.根据权利要求8所述的车辆座椅(1),其特征在于,导向槽包括在一侧上开放的细长孔。
10.根据权利要求1至3中任一项所述的车辆座椅(1),其特征在于,调节单元(1')设计成使得靠背(3)的倾斜度通过第一摇杆(50)取向角度上的变化来调节。
11.一种用于安装根据权利要求7至9中任一项所述的车辆座椅(1)的方法,其中,
在第一方法步骤中,车辆座椅(1)以靠背(3)向前移动的构造设置,
在第二方法步骤中,车辆座椅(1)至少暂时地布置和/或紧固到副结构上,以及
在第三方法步骤中,使得靠背(3)通过枢转运动(8)向回枢转,使得位于第一摇杆(50)第二端部处的螺栓(55)与保持夹具(51)的在一侧上开放的带槽导向件(53)接合,第一摇杆(50)的第二端部紧固到安装于车身上的保持夹具(51)上。
