实施例涉及无线通信。一些实施例涉及无线网络中的协作多点(CoMP)操作。一些实施例涉及相干CoMP传输。一些实施例涉及多输入多输出(MIMO)通信技术。一些实施例涉及根据3GPP LTE-A标准操作的无线网络。
背景技术
CoMP操作包括能够利用多个地理上分离的传输点(即,基站、演进型节点B(eNB)或远程无线电头端(RRH))实现发射和/或接收的动态协作的范围广泛的技术。CoMP操作可以有助于增强整体系统性能、更有效地利用资源并且提高终端用户服务质量。用于每一个连接的几个站点的使用允许整体接收得到改善并且通话中断的数量得到减少。通过多个传输点进行的联合传输使用户设备处的整体信号得到改善。
CoMP操作的一个问题是提供用于这些联合传输的配置所需要的信息。另一个问题是用于报告的上行链路信道上的开销。
因而,存在用于改善的CoMP技术的普遍需要。也存在用于提供CoMP操作中的反馈的普遍需要,包括提供具有减少的开销的反馈。

图1说明了根据一些实施例被配置用于JT CoMP操作的无线网络。无线网络100包括eNB 102和多个协作点104,所述多个协作点104包括第一协作点104A和第二协作点104B。经过对这些协作点104的使用,eNB 102可以向诸如用户设备(UE)106的用户器件提供通信服务。

在示例实施例中,当两个天线端口用于传输多节点CSI-RS(即,每一个协作点的一个天线端口)时,多节点CSI-RS可以是二元传输天线端口(2TX)CSI-RS,并且多节点PMI可以是2TX PMI。实施例的范围在这一方面不受限制。
在一些实施例中,eNB 102可以从所报告的多节点PMI中提取第一和第二协作点104A和104B之间的相对相位信息。相干联合传输105可以是CoMP传输,在该CoMP传输中来自第一和第二协作点104A和104B的信号由UE 106基本上同相地(相干地)接收。在一些实施例中,相干联合传输105包括在下行链路共享信道(例如,在一些LTE实施例中的物理下行链路共享信道(PDSCH))上传输的信息。在一些其它实施例中,相干联合传输105可以包括支持相干联合传输的下行链路控制信道(例如,在一些LTE实施例中的物理下行链路控制信道(PDCCH))。
在一些实施例中,在相同的时间和频率资源期间,参考信号(即,多节点CSI-RS)可以由协作点104A和104B二者进行传输。多节点CSI-RS可以根据相同的位序列生成。在下文中更详细地描述这些实施例。
在一些实施例中,第一和第二协作点104A和104B可以包括通过链路103与eNB 102进行通信的远程无线电头端(RRH)。链路103可以是光学链路、有线链路或无线链路。在一些实施例中,每一个RRH可以被布置为在由eNB 102服务的小区的扇区内提供到UE的通信,尽管实施例的范围在这一方面不受限制。在一些其它实施例中,协作点104A和104B的任意一个或者二者可以是eNB。在一些实施例中,每一个协作点104A和104B可以为扇区或小区提供通信服务。
图2说明了根据一些实施例的参考信号的CSI-RS资源分配和传输。资源块(RB)200包括可以被指代为资源单元(RE)的多个时间和频率资源。
根据实施例,eNB 102(图1)可以配置第一协作点104A和第二协作点104B以便在资源块200的预定资源单元204C中联合传输多节点CSI-RS214C。在相同的时间和频率资源(即,资源单元204C)期间,可以通过协作点104A和104B二者来传输多节点CSI-RS 214C。正如上面讨论的,被接收作为来自UE 106的反馈的包括PMI的CSI报告可以用于配置第一和第二协作点104A和104B,用于相干联合传输105(图1)。
在一些实施例中,当两个天线端口用于多节点CSI-RS的传输时,多节点CSI-RS 214C可以是2TX CSI-RS,但是这不是要求。在这些实施例中,PMI可以是2TX PMI。

在一些实施例中,当第一协作点104A使用四个天线端口来传输第一单节点CSI-RS 214A时,第一单节点CSI-RS 214A可以是四元传输天线端口(4TX)CSI-RS。在一些实施例中,当第二协作点104B使用四个天线端口来传输第一单节点CSI-RS 214A时,第二单节点CSI-RS 214B可以是4TXCSI-RS。在这些实施例中,基于这些参考信号的PMI可以是4TX PMI,尽管实施例的范围在这一方面不受限制。
在一些示例实施例中,第一协作点104A可以使用四个天线或四个天线端口来传输单节点CSI-RS 214A,并且第二协作点104B可以使用四个天线或四个天线端口来传输单节点CSI-RS 214B。另一方面,在这些示例实施例中,多节点CSI-RS 214C可以由两个天线或天线端口进行传输,一个天线端口201A与协作点104A相关联并且一个天线端口201B与协作点104B相关联。
根据一些实施例,用于生成多节点CSI-RS 214C的位序列可以根据可配置种子生成。eNB 102可以被配置为向UE 106通知所述可配置种子。在这些实施例中,通过向UE 106通知所述可配置种子,UE 106能够生成多节点CSI-RS 214C并且执行相对相位测量。
在一些实施例中,协作点104A和104B可以与具有不同小区ID的不同小区相关联。然而,多节点CSI-RS 214C可以独立于这些小区ID中的任意一个而生成,以便允许在每一个小区中传输根据相同的位序列生成的CSI-RS。
在一些实施例中,多节点CSI-RS 214C可以通过第一协作点104A的天线端口201A和第二协作点104B的天线端口201B进行同时传输。UE 106可以被配置为基于应用于传输的正交互补码(OCC)来区分不同天线端口上的多节点CSI-RS 214C的传输。在这些实施例中,尽管由两个协作点(104A和104B)传输的参考信号(即,多节点CSI-RS 214C)可以基于相同的位序列,但是UE 106可以基于应用于传输的不同正交互补码来区分不同天线(即,天线端口201A和天线端口201B)的传输,尽管实施例的范围在这一方面不受限制。下面更详细地讨论这些实施例。
在一些实施例中,eNB 102可以被配置为向UE 106指示将对于多节点CSI-RS 214C的CSI报告限制到秩-1的PMI。在一些实施例中,对于多节点CSI-RS 214C的CSI报告可以被限制到秩-1的PMI,以便允许UE 106报告点间相位差异。在这些实施例中,通过使用可以在较高层中进行信号传送的常规码本-子集-限制参数,可以使能秩限制。码本子集限制可以是位图,其中每一个元素与不同秩的PMI相对应。在这些实施例中,对于多节点CSI-RS 214C,通过将具有较高秩数(即,大于1的秩数)的PMI向量的位设置到零,可以禁用对于协作点104A和104B的较高秩数反馈。在这些实施例中,对于多节点CSI_RS 214C,将PMI报告的秩数限制到秩-1,这允许UE 106报告点间相位差异。在2TX CSI-RS的情况下,对于多节点CSI-RS 214C的CSI报告可以被限制到秩数为1的2TX PMI。
在一些实施例中,eNB 102可以被进一步配置为指示UE 106禁用对于多节点CSI-RS 214C的信道质量指示符(CQI)和秩指示符(RI)报告。在这些实施例中,对于多节点CSI-RS 214C的CSI报告可以仅包括指示相对相位信息的PMI并且将不包括CQI或RI。在这些实施例中,多节点CSI-RS214C主要用于PMI反馈并且可以不需要CQI和RI。因此,CQI和RI报告可以被禁用。在一些实施例中,较高层的信令(例如,经由无线资源控制(RRC)消息)可以用于指示UE 106禁用对于多节点CSI-RS 214C的CQI和RI报告。在一些实施例中,CQI报告或RI报告中的至少一个被禁用。在一些实施例中,UE 106可以被指示为仅报告对于多节点CSI-RS 214C的PMI向量(例如,多节点PMI),以便指示相对相位信息。在一些实施例中,对于多节点CSI-RS 214C将PMI报告的秩数限制到秩-1并且禁用CQI和RI报告,可以在一个配置会话期间完成,尽管这不是要求。
在一些实施例中,具有元素的不同模数的码本条目可以用于对点间相位差异进行信号传送。尽管实施例的范围在这一方面不受限制,但是在一些实施例中,所报告的具有秩-1的PMI可以具有恒模属性,该恒模属性具有包括来自码本的量化相位值的预定结构,以便指示相对相位信息。在这些实施例中,具有秩-1的PMI可以是向量并且相对相位信息可以在该向量的第二个元素上被报告。在这些实施例中,UE 106可以使用常规的PMI反馈框架来报告相对相位信息。
在这些实施例的一些中,具有秩-1的PMI的预定结构可以被表示为其中,表示相对相位信息,“i”是虚数,并且T是矩阵转秩。在使用LTE 2TX码本的实施例中,可以是选自诸如集合{0,π/2,-π,-π/2}的集合的量化相位值。UE 106可以关于LTE 2TX码本来量化相对相位,并且选择该集合的量化相位值中的一个用于2TX PMI中的指示,尽管实施例的范围在这一方面不受限制。
在一些可替换的实施例中,可以提供更细粒度的相位量化。在这些实施例中,可以使用具有更大尺寸的扩展码本。例如,如果使用具有更细粒度的相位量化的码本,则UE 106可以关于该码本来量化相对相位,并且选择该集合的量化相位值中的一个,用于CSI报告中的指示。例如,选自诸如集合{0,π/4,π/2,3π/4,π,-3π/4,-π/2,-π/4})的集合的量化相位值,尽管实施例的范围在这一方面不受限制。
在一些实施例中,对于每一个CSI-RS,可以提供CSI报告。在一些实施例中,包括多节点PMI和单节点PMI的CSI报告可以由UE 106在诸如物理上行链路控制信道(PUCCH)的上行链路控制信道或者诸如物理上行链路共享信道(PUSCH)的上行链路共享信道上传输。在这些实施例中,针对单节点CSI-RS 214A和单节点CSI-RS 214B的CSI报告可以包括CQI、RI和PMI。如上面讨论的,通过禁用对于多节点PMI的CQI和RI报告,可以减少上行链路控制信道上的开销和干扰,尽管这不是要求。
在图2示出的示例中,单节点CSI-RS 214A、单节点CSI-RS 214B和多节点CSI-RS 214C被同时传输(即,在资源块200的相同符号时间206期间),然而这不是要求,因为这些参考信号也可以在不同的符号时间中进行传输。
在图2示出的示例中,第一单节点CSI-RS 214A在第一和第二子载波208A和218A上同时进行传输,第二单节点CSI-RS 214B在第三和第四子载波208B和218B上同时进行传输,并且多节点CSI-RS 214C在第五子载波208C上进行传输。实施例的范围不局限于在图2中说明的配置,因为也可以使用其它配置。在一些实施例中,根据LTE标准,对于一个天线集合的CSI-RS(例如,CSI-RS 214A)可以被映射到某些资源单元。然而,对于不同天线集合的CSI-RS可以被彼此独立地配置。
在图2说明的示例中,第一单节点CSI-RS 214A在资源单元204A中进行传输,第二单节点CSI-RS 214B在资源单元204B中进行传输,并且多节点CSI-RS 214C在资源单元204C中进行传输。在这一示例中,子载波208A的资源单元204A、子载波218A的资源单元204A、子载波208B的资源单元204B、子载波218B的资源单元204B,以及子载波208C的资源单元204C每一个都可以在资源块200的符号时间9和10处包括两个连续资源单元,尽管这不是要求,因为可以使用其它符号时间。在这些示例实施例中,第一单节点CSI-RS 214A和第二单节点CSI-RS 214B用于波束成形反馈,并且多节点CSI-RS 214C用于相位估计反馈。在这些实施例中的一些中,相干联合传输105可以是利用多个空间信道的MIMO传输,并且协作点104A和104B可以被配置为执行联合波束成形。
根据实施例,第一单节点CSI-RS 214A、第二单节点CSI-RS 214B,以及多节点CSI-RS 214C可以对于每一个天线端口被唯一编码,以便允许UE106区分来自不同天线端口的参考信号的传输。
在图2说明的示例实施例中,每一个单节点CSI-RS可以占用的资源单元是多节点CSI-RS的两倍,以便为两倍的天线或天线端口提供参考信号。不同的参考信号也可以占用帧的不同资源单元。因为UE 106可以先验知道到哪里搜索特定信号,因此UE 106能够对它们进行区分。每一个不同的CSI-RS可以利用不同的位序列进行调制,该不同的位序列可以根据种子生成,正如上面讨论的。位序列可以是伪随机位序列。在一些LTE实施例中,可以基于与传输参考信号的协作点104相关联的小区ID参数来推导特定的位序列。应当注意的是,第一单节点CSI-RS 214A和第二单节点CSI-RS214B可以与不同的小区ID相关联,同时多节点CSI-RS 214C可以独立于不同的小区ID。
根据实施例,从成对天线端口的不同天线端口传输的多节点CSI-RS(例如,多节点CSI-RS 214C)可以通过长度为2的两个不同的正交互补码(OCC)(a=[1,1]和a=[1,-1])的应用进行区分,所述两个不同的正交互补码被映射到时域中的两个连续资源单元。用于CSI-RS的加扰序列可以被应用于不同物理资源块(PRB)中(频域中)的每一对CSI-RS资源单元(例如,两个连续的资源单元),用于随机化。另一方面,正如上面讨论的,可以基于CSI-RS序列加扰种子生成多节点CSI-RS 214C,该CSI-RS序列加扰种子是可配置的并且不取决于小区标识或小区ID。
在一些实施例中,可以根据非周期性CSI报告模式和周期性PUCCH 0-1CSI报告模式来配置对于多节点CSI-RS 214C的CSI报告。非周期性CSI报告模式可以包括非周期性PUSCH 0-1 CSI报告模式、PUSCH 0-2 CSI报告模式以及周期性PUCCH 0-1 CSI报告模式,尽管实施例的范围在这一方面不受限制。在这些实施例中,第一索引‘0’指示没有CQI报告(CSI报告模式不包括CQI),而第二索引‘1’指示包括PMI。在这些实施例中,对于多节点CSI-RS 214C的CSI报告不需要包括CQI。在这些实施例中,根据非周期性PUSCH 0-1 CSI报告模式、PUSCH 0-2 CSI报告模式以及周期性PUCCH 0-1 CSI报告模式中的一个,eNB 102可以配置UE 106用于CSI报告。
根据一些LTE实施例,第一索引“1”可以指示宽带CQI报告,第一索引‘2’可以指示子带CQI报告,并且第一索引‘3’可以指示较高层配置的子带CQI。在这些实施例中,第二索引“1”可以指示单个PMI报告并且第二索引‘2’可以指示多个PMI报告,尽管实施例的范围在这一方面不受限制。
图3是根据一些实施例的eNB的功能图。eNB 300可以适合于用作eNB102(图1)。eNB 300可以包括用于向RRH传输信号并且从RRH接收信号的接口电路302。eNB 300还可以包括被配置用于执行本文描述的各种操作的处理电路304和存储器306。RRH可以包括物理(PHY)层电路,而处理电路304可以包括介质访问控制(MAC)层,尽管这不是要求。在一些实施例中,基带信号可以通过链路103进行通信。
在其它实施例中,eNB 300可以包括天线系统以便在无线信道上与UE106交换信号。在这些实施例中的一些中,eNB 300可以是协作点104A和104B中的一个,并且其它协作点可以是RRH,所述RRH经由链路103连接到eNB 300、经由回程网络与eNB 300进行协作传输的其它eNB、或者二者的组合。

参考回图1,在一些实施例中,UE 106可以包括键盘、显示器、非易失性存储器端口、多个天线、图形处理器、应用处理器、扬声器,以及其它移动设备元件中的一个或多个。显示器可以是包括触摸屏的LCD屏幕。由UE 106利用的一个或多个天线以及协作点104可以包括一个或多个定向或全方向天线,所述定向或全方向天线例如包括偶极天线、单极天线、贴片天线、环形天线、微带天线或者适合于RF信号传输的其它类型的天线。在一些实施例中,可以使用具有多个孔径的单个天线而不是两个或更多个天线。在这些实施例中,每一个孔径都可以被认为是单独的天线。在MIMO实施例中,所述天线可以被有效地分离以便利用空间多样性以及可以在两个通信基站的天线之间产生的不同信道特性。在一些MIMO实施例中,天线可以分离多达波长的1/10或更多。在LTE实施例中,天线可以指代天线端口,所述天线端口可以指代一起操作的一个或多个天线。
在一些实施例中,UE 106可以被配置为通过多载波通信信道接收OFDM通信信号。OFDM信号可以包括多个正交子载波。在一些宽带多载波实施例中,eNB 102可以是宽带无线接入(BWA)网络通信网络的一部分,该BWA网络通信网络可以例如是全球微波接入可操作性(WiMAX)通信网络或第三代合作伙伴计划(3GPP)通用地面无线接入网络(UTRAN)长期演进(LTE)或长期演进增强型(LTE-A)通信网络,尽管本公开的范围在这一方面不受限制。在这些宽带多载波实施例中,UE 106和eNB 102可以被配置为根据正交频分多址(OFDMA)技术进行通信。UTRAN LTE标准包括2008年3月8日发布的用于UTRAN-LTE的第三代合作伙伴计划(3GPP标准),版本8,以及2010年12月10日发布的版本10,包括其变型和发展。
在一些LTE实施例中,无线资源的基本单位是PRB,例如资源块200(图2)。PRB可以包括频域中的12个子载波×时域中的0.5毫秒(ms)。PRB可以被成对地分配(在时域中)。在这些实施例中,PRB可以包括多个资源单元,所述多个资源单元可以包括每一个符号一个子载波。在这些LTE实施例中,可以由eNB传输的参考信号的类型包括解调参考信号(DM-RS)、上面讨论的CSI-RS,和/或常见参考信号(CRS)。DM-RS可以由UE 106使用用于数据解调。参考信号可以在预定的PRB中进行传输。
在一些实施例中,OFDMA技术可以是使用不同上行链路和下行链路频谱的频域双工(FDD)技术或使用用于上行链路和下行链路的相同频谱的时域双工(TDD)技术。
在一些实施例中,UE 106可以是便携式无线通信设备的一部分,例如,个人数字助理(PDA)、具有无线通信能力的膝上型或便携式计算机、网络平板电脑、无线电话、无线耳机、寻呼机、即时消息传送设备、数码相机、接入点、电视、医疗设备(例如,心率监视器、血压计等等)或者可以无线地接收或传输信息的其它设备。
在一些LTE实施例中,UE 106可以计算几个不同的反馈值,所述几个不同的反馈值可以用于执行对于闭环空间复用传输模式的信道适应。这些反馈值可以包括上面讨论的CQI、RI以及PMI。根据CQI,发射机选择几个调制字母表和码率组合中的一个。RI向发射机通知对于当前MIMO信道的有用传输层的数量,并且PMI指示在发射机处应用的预编码矩阵的码本索引(取决于传输天线的数量)。由eNB 102使用的码率可以基于CQI。PMI可以是由UE 106计算并且被报告给eNB 102的向量。在一些实施例中,UE106可以传输包含CQI、PMI和/或RI的格式2、2a或2b的PUCCH。
在这些实施例中,CQI可以是由UE 106经历的下行链路移动无线信道质量的指示。CQI允许UE 106向eNB 102提出最佳调制方案和码率,以便用于给定的无线链路质量,以使得所产生的传输块错误率不超过某个值,例如10%。在一些实施例中,UE 106可以报告宽带CQI值,所述宽带CQI值指代系统带宽的信道质量。UE 106还可以报告可以由较高层配置的某一数量的资源块的每子带子带CQI值。子带的全集可以覆盖系统带宽。在空间复用的情况下,可以报告每码字CQI。
在一些实施例中,对于给定的无线条件,PMI可以指示最佳预编码矩阵以便由eNB 102使用。PMI值可以指代码本表。网络配置由PMI报告表示的资源块的数量。在一些实施例中,为了覆盖系统带宽,可以提供多个PMI报告。还可以提供PMI报告用于闭环空间复用、多用户MIMO以及对于MIMO模式的闭环秩1预编码。
图4是根据一些实施例用于相干联合传输的过程。过程400可以由诸如eNB 102(图1)的eNB执行。
在操作402中,eNB 102可以配置第一协作点和第二协作点以便在预定的资源单元中联合传输2TX CSI-RS,用于相对相位估计。在一些实施例中,可以根据可配置的种子生成用于生成2TX CSI-RS的位序列,并且eNB 102可以向UE 106通知该可配置的种子,以便允许UE 106生成2TX CSI-RS。
在操作404中,eNB 102可以配置第一和第二协作点以便在预定的资源单元中分别传输4TX CSI-RS,至少用于波束成形。
在操作406中,eNB 102可以指示UE 106将对于2TX CSI-RS的CSI报告限制到具有秩-1的2TX PMI。
在操作408中,eNB 102可以接收CSI报告作为来自UE 106的反馈。CSI报告可以包括基于多节点CSI-RS 214C的2TX PMI,并且所述2TX PMI可以指示第一和第二协作点之间的相对相位信息。
在操作410中,eNB 102可以接收附加的CSI报告作为来自UE 106的反馈。该附加的CSI报告可以包括基于两个4TX CSI-RS的4TX PMI。
在操作412中,eNB 102可以配置第一和第二协作点以便基于由UE 106提供的2TX PMI和4TX PMI生成用于作为波束成形传输的相干联合传输105(图1)的信号。
参考回图1,在一些实施例中,eNB 102可以配置至少第一协作点104A和第二协作点104B以便在资源块的预定资源单元中联合传输多节点CSI-RS,并且接收CSI报告作为来自UE 106的反馈。CSI报告可以包括基于多节点CSI-RS指示第一和第二协作点之间的相对相位信息的PMI。eNB102还可以至少基于相对相位信息来配置至少第一和第二协作点用于到UE106的相干联合传输。由协作点104A和104B中的每一个传输的多节点CSI-RS可以是可区分的。eNB 102可以被配置为指示UE 106将用于多节点CSI-RS的CSI报告限制到具有秩-1的PMI。第一和第二协作点104A和104B可以与具有不同小区ID的不同小区相关联,并且由第一和第二协作点104A和104B中的每一个传输的多节点CSI-RS独立于小区ID。
在这些实施例中的一些中,由第一和第二协作点104A和104B中的每一个传输的多节点CSI-RS是NTX CSI-RS,其中N与由协作点使用以便同时传输多节点CSI-RS的天线的数量相对应。PMI可以是NTX PMI。在这些实施例中,N的范围可以从2个到8个或更多,这取决于协作点的数量。在一些实施例中,每一个协作点可以被配置为使用单个天线传输多节点CSI-RS。
在这些实施例中的一些中,当使用两个协作点时,所述两个协作点可以被配置为传输2TX CSI-RS用于相位测量,其中,每一个协作点可以使用单个天线来传输CSI-RS。当使用四个协作点时,所述四个协作点可以被配置为传输4TX CSI-RS用于相位测量,其中,每一个协作点可以使用单个天线来传输CSI-RS。当使用八个协作点时,所述八个协作点可以被配置为传输8TX CSI-RS用于相位测量,其中,每一个协作点可以使用单个天线来传输CSI-RS。这些实施例允许UE基于单个CSI-RS传输来测量相位信息。在这些实施例中,由每一个天线传输的参考信号可以是彼此可区分的并且根据相同的位序列生成,尽管每一个协作点可以与不同的小区相关联。这与一些常规的系统不同,在常规的系统中位序列与小区ID相关联。
在一些其它实施例中,2TX CSI-RS可以用于四个协作点。在这些实施例中,所述四个协作点中的每一对可以被配置为单独传输2TX CSI-RS,并且UE可以对于每一个传输对执行相位测量。在这一示例中,协作点中三个不同的对可以被配置为单独地传输2TX CSI-RS。在这些实施例中,UE可以报告指示协作点的对之间的相对相位信息的4TX PMI。
本文公开的实施例适用于配置任何数量的节点以便传输参考信号、配置UE以便测量和报告参考信号之间的相对相位信息,并且基于所述相对相位信息来配置到UE的相干联合传输。
尽管使用具有四个天线的协作点104说明了一些实施例,但是实施例的范围在这一方面不受限制。而且,不要求每一个协作点具有相同数量的天线。因此,CSI-RS可以基于所使用的天线的数量被配置并且可以包括1TX、2TX、4TX、8TX以及其它CSI-RS。本文使用的术语“天线”可以指代天线端口而不是物理天线。
在一些实施例中,多节点CSI-RS可以由第一协作点的第一天线和第二协作点的第二天线同时进行传输,并且UE可以被配置为基于应用于序列的正交互补码来区分第一和第二天线上的多节点CSI-RS的传输。在这些实施例中的一些中,具有秩-1的PIM可以具有恒模属性,具有包括来自NTX码本的量化相位值的预定结构,以便指示相对相位信息。
在一些实施例中,eNB还可以配置第一协作点以便在资源块的第一资源单元中传输第一单节点CSI-RS、配置第二协作点以便在资源块的第二资源单元中传输第二单节点CSI-RS,并且接收附加的CSI报告作为来自UE的反馈。该附加的CSI报告可以包括对于每一个单节点CSI-RS的单节点PMI,用于在相干联合传输的联合波束成形中使用。
在一些实施例中,第一单节点CSI-RS、第二单节点CSI-RS和多节点CSI-RS对于每一个天线端口被唯一地编码,以便允许UE区分来自不同天线端口的传输。第一单节点CSI-RS可以是NTX CSI-RS,其中N与由第一协作点使用以便传输第一单节点CSI-RS的天线端口的数量相对应。第二单节点CSI-RS可以是NTX CSI-RS,其中N与由第二协作点使用以便传输第二单节点CSI-RS的天线端口的数量相对应。
不要求相同数量的天线端口由每一个协作点使用以便传输单节点CSI-RS。在一些实施例中,诸如协作点104A和104B的协作点可以使用不同数量的天线来传输单节点CSI-RS,尽管实施例的范围在这一方面不受限制。

Claims (20)

1.一种被配置用于相干联合传输的演进型节点B(eNB),所述eNB用于:
配置至少第一协作点和第二协作点以便在资源块的预定资源单元中联合传输多节点信道状态信息(CSI)参考信号(RS)(CSI-RS);
接收CSI报告作为来自用户设备(UE)的反馈,所述CSI报告包括预编码矩阵指示符(PIM),所述预编码矩阵指示符(PIM)基于所述多节点CSI-RS来指示所述第一协作点和所述第二协作点之间的相对相位信息;以及
至少基于所述相对相位信息来配置至少所述第一协作点和所述第二协作点,用于到所述UE的相干联合传输。
2.如权利要求1所述的eNB,其中,由所述协作点中的每一个协作点传输的所述多节点CSI-RS基于相同的位序列,
其中,通过不同的天线端口的所述多节点CSI-RS的传输是能够进行区分的,并且
其中,所述eNB被配置为指示所述UE将对于所述多节点CSI-RS的所述CSI报告限制到具有秩-1的PMI。
3.如权利要求2所述的eNB,其中,所述第一协作点和所述第二协作点与具有不同小区标识符(ID)的不同小区相关联,并且
其中,由所述协作点中的每一个协作点传输的所述多节点CSI-RS独立于所述小区ID。
4.如权利要求2所述的eNB,其中,由所述协作点中的每一个协作点传输的所述多节点CSI-RS是NTX CSI-RS,其中,N与由所述协作点使用以便同时传输所述多节点CSI-RS的天线端口的数量相对应,并且
其中,所述PMI是NTX PMI。
5.如权利要求4所述的eNB,其中,通过所述第一协作点的第一天线端口和所述第二协作点的第二天线端口同时传输所述多节点CSI-RS,并且
其中,所述UE被配置为基于应用于所述序列的正交互补码来区分所述第一天线端口和所述第二天线端口上的所述多节点CSI-RS的传输。
6.如权利要求4所述的eNB,被进一步配置为指示所述UE禁用对于所述多节点CSI-RS的信道质量指示符(CQI)和秩指示符(RI)报告。
7.如权利要求4所述的eNB,其中,所述具有秩-1的PMI具有恒模属性,所述恒模属性具有包括来自NTX码本的量化相位值的预定结构,以便指示所述相对相位信息。
8.如权利要求4所述的eNB,其中,所述eNB被进一步配置为:
配置所述第一协作点以便在所述资源块的第一资源单元中传输第一单节点CSI-RS;
配置所述第二协作点以便在所述资源块的第二资源单元中传输第二单节点CSI-RS;并且
接收附加的CSI报告作为来自所述UE的反馈,所述附加的CSI报告包括对于所述单节点CSI-RS中的每一个的单节点PMI,用于在所述相干联合传输的联合波束成形中使用。
9.如权利要求8所述的eNB,其中,所述第一单节点CSI-RS、所述第二单节点CSI-RS以及所述多节点CSI-RS对于每一个天线端口被唯一地编码,以便允许所述UE区分来自不同天线端口的传输,
其中,所述第一单节点CSI-RS是NTX CSI-RS,其中,N与由所述第一协作点使用以便传输所述第一单节点CSI-RS的天线端口的第一数量相对应,并且
其中,所述第二单节点CSI-RS是NTX CSI-RS,其中,N与由所述第二协作点使用以便传输所述第二单节点CSI-RS的天线端口的第二数量相对应。
10.如权利要求4所述的eNB,其中,根据指示没有信道质量指示符(CQI)报告的非周期性CSI报告模式来配置对于所述多节点CSI-RS的所述CSI报告。
11.一种用于来自两个或更多个传输点的相干联合传输的方法,所述方法包括:
配置至少第一协作点和第二协作点以便在资源块的预定资源单元中联合传输多节点信道状态信息(CSI)参考信号(RS)(CSI-RS);
接收CSI报告作为来自用户设备(UE)的反馈,所述CSI报告包括预编码矩阵指示符(PMI),所述预编码矩阵指示符(PMI)基于所述多节点CSI-RS指示所述第一协作点和所述第二协作点之间的相对相位信息,对于所述多节点CSI-RS的所述CSI报告被限制到具有秩-1的PMI;并且
至少基于所述相对相位信息来配置至少所述第一协作点和所述第二协作点,用于相干联合传输。
12.如权利要求11所述的方法,进一步包括指示所述UE将对于所述多节点CSI-RS的所述CSI报告限制到具有秩-1的PMI,
其中,由所述协作点中的每一个协作点传输的所述多节点CSI-RS基于相同的位序列,并且
其中,通过不同天线端口的所述多节点CSI-RS的传输是能够进行区分的。
13.如权利要求12所述的方法,其中,由所述协作点中的每一个协作点传输的所述多节点CSI-RS是NTX CSI-RS,其中,N与由所述协作点使用以便同时传输所述多节点CSI-RS的天线端口的数量相对应,并且
其中,所述PMI是NTX PMI。
14.如权利要求13所述的方法,进一步包括:
配置所述第一协作点以便在所述资源块的第一资源单元中传输第一单节点CSI-RS;
配置所述第二协作点以便在所述资源块的第二资源单元中传输第二单节点CSI-RS;以及
接收附加的CSI报告作为来自所述UE的反馈,所述附加的CSI报告包括对于所述单节点CSI-RS中的每一个单节点CSI-RS的单节点PMI,用于在所述相干联合传输的联合波束成形中使用。
15.一种被配置用于相干联合传输的演进型节点B(eNB),所述eNB用于:
配置第一协作点和第二协作点以便在资源块的预定资源单元中联合传输两元传输天线(2TX)信道状态信息(CSI)参考信号(RS)(2TX CSI-RS);
接收CSI报告作为来自用户设备(UE)的反馈,所述CSI报告包括基于所述2TX CSI-RS的2TX预编码矩阵指示符(PMI),所述2TX PMI指示所述第一协作点和所述第二协作点之间的相对相位信息;并且
至少基于所述相对相位信息来配置所述第一协作点和所述第二协作点,用于到所述UE的相干联合传输。
16.如权利要求15所述的eNB,其中,根据能够进行配置的种子生成用于生成所述2TX CSI-RS的位序列,
其中,所述eNB被配置为向所述UE通知所述能够进行配置的种子,并且
其中,所述eNB被进一步配置为指示所述UE将对于所述2TX CSI-RS的所述CSI报告限制到具有秩-1的2TX PMI。
17.如权利要求16所述的eNB,其中,所述第一协作点和所述第二协作点与具有不同小区标识符(ID)的不同小区相关联,并且
其中,所述2TX CSI-RS根据所述能够进行配置的种子生成,以便独立于所述小区ID,
其中,所述2TX CSI-RS通过所述第一协作点的第一天线端口和所述第二协作点的第二天线端口被同时传输,并且
其中,所述UE被配置为基于应用于所述位序列的正交互补码来区分所述第一天线端口和所述第二天线端口上的所述2TX CSI-RS的传输。
18.一种被配置用于相干联合传输的演进型节点B(eNB),所述eNB用于:
接收信道状态信息(CSI)报告作为来自用户设备(UE)的反馈,所述CSI报告包括预编码矩阵指示符(PMI),所述预编码矩阵指示符(PMI)指示第一协作点和第二协作点之间的相对相位信息,所述相对相位信息基于被联合传输的多节点CSI参考信号(RS)(CSI-RS),对于所述多节点CSI-RS的所述CSI报告被限制到具有秩-1的PMI;
接收附加的CSI报告作为来自所述UE的反馈,所述附加的CSI报告包括对于多个单节点CSI-RS中的每一个单节点CSI-RS的单节点PMI;并且
至少基于所述相对相位信息来配置至少所述第一协作点和所述第二协作点,用于到所述UE的相干联合传输,所述相干联合传输基于所述单节点PMI而被联合波束成形。
19.如权利要求18所述的eNB,其中,通过所述协作点中的每一个协作点传输的所述多节点CSI-RS基于根据能够进行配置的种子生成的相同的位序列,
其中,所述eNB被配置为向所述UE通知所述能够进行配置的种子,并且
其中,第一单节点CSI-RS和第二单节点CSI-RS基于与小区标识符相关的不同位序列。
20.如权利要求19所述的eNB,其中,所述eNB进一步用于:
配置至少所述第一协作点和所述第二协作点以便在资源块的预定资源单元中联合传输所述多节点CSI-RS,用于在测量相对相位时使用;
配置所述第一协作点以便在所述资源块的第一资源单元中传输所述第一单节点CSI-RS;以及
配置所述第二协作点以便在所述资源块的第二资源单元中传输所述第二单节点CSI-RS。
