因此,当电池或其他电能存储设备达到或接近其所存储电荷的最后时,终端用户可简单地替换、交换或以其他方式调换电池或其他电能存储设备。这可解决与成本以及有限距离及相对较长的再充电时间有关的问题。
如先前所指出的,二次电池及其他电能存储设备相对较昂贵。因此,尽可能储备最少数目的电能存储设备同时仍确保满足对于这种电能存储设备的需求是有益的。
出于这些原因,使电能存储设备可用的能力对于任何此努力的商业成功是重要的。本文中描述了提供已充电的电能存储设备的可用性以满足当前需求的若干方法。

可选地,收集、充电及分配机102可包括或耦接至可再生电源。举例而言,在安装于外部位置的情况下,收集、充电及分配机102可包括光伏打(PV)电池阵列118,以从太阳能隔离产生电能。备选地,收集、充电及分配机102可电耦接至微型涡轮机(例如,风力涡轮机)或定位于位置112处的其他处(例如,在屋顶部或安装于柱(未图示)的顶部上的柱上)的PV阵列。

收集、充电及分配机102包括控制子系统202、充电子系统204、通信子系统206及用户接口子系统208。

举例而言,一个或多个电荷传感器ST1(仅示出一个)可以检测或感测接纳器104处的或周围环境中的温度。
控制子系统202响应于控制信号而将信号提供至各种致动器和/或其他组件,该信号包括表征或指示组件要执行的操作或组件应进入的状态或状况的信息。控制信号、响应于控制信号的致动器或其他组件在图2中由出现在圆圈中的字母C连同适当下标字母来表示。

充电子系统204包括各种电气组件及电子组件,以在被定位于便携式电能存储设备106中或被收纳于接纳器104中时对便携式电能存储设备106充电。举例而言,充电子系统204可以包括一个或多个电源总线或电源总线汇流条、继电器、接触器或其他开关(例如,绝缘栅双极晶体管或IGBT、金属氧化物半导体晶体管或MOSFET)、整流器网桥、电流传感器、接地故障电路等。经由可以采取各种各样的形式(例如,端子、导线、接线柱等)中的任一者的触点来供应电能。该触点允许电耦接各种组件。图2中示意了一些可能的实施方式。这并不旨在穷举。可以采用附加组件,同时省略其他组件。
所示意的充电子系统204包括第一电能转换器230,其经由线路或接电线232从电气服务114(图1)接收电能。电能通常将采取单相、两相或三相AC电能的形式。这样,第一电能转换器230可能需要转换及以其他方式调节经由电气服务114(图1)接收的电能,(例如)以用于将AC波形整流至DC,转换电压、电流、相位,以及减少瞬态及噪声。因此,第一电能转换器230可以包括变压器234、整流器236、DC/DC电能转换器238以及滤波器240。
变压器234可以采取任何各种各样的市售变压器的形式,该市售变压器具有用于处置经由电气服务114(图1)接收的电能的合适额定值。一些实施例可采用多个变压器。变压器234可以有利地提供收集、充电及分配机102的组件与电网116(图1)之间的电隔离。整流器236可以采取各种各样的形式(例如,全桥二极管整流器或开关模式整流器)中的任一者。可以操作整流器236以将AC电能变换至DC电能。DC/DC电能转换器238可为大量各种各样的形式中的任一者。举例而言,DC/DC电能转换器238可以采取开关模式DC/DC电能转换器的形式(例如,在半桥或全桥配置中采用IGBT或MOSFET),并且可包括一个或多个电感器。DC/DC电能转换器238可具有任何数目个拓扑,包括升压式转换器、降压式转换器、同步降压式转换器、降压-升压转换器或返驰式转换器。滤波器240可包括一个或多个电容器、电阻器、齐纳(Zener)二极管或其他组件,以抑制电压尖峰,或以移除或减少瞬态和/或噪声。

在一些实施例中,可用的便携式电能存储设备106z可以是可操作的、且完全或几乎完全充电的便携式电能存储设备,其尚未被预订。再者,在一些实施例中,收集、充电及分配机管理系统302、收集、充电及分配机308a、308b、308c及308d与用户移动通信设备313可以另外或替代地直接相互可操作地通信。

警报也可以包括用户可选择以预订与警报相关联的可用的便携式电能存储设备的可选择链路、图标或其他用户接口元素。一旦选择了该元素,则将表示该预订的信息传达至收集、充电及分配机管理系统302和/或便携式电能存储设备可用的各个收集、充电及分配机。将该预订信息存储在由收集、充电及分配机管理系统302集中维护和/或在选定收集、充电及分配机处本地维护的预订的数据库中。

预订可以针对有限时间或具有其他限制。在有限时间消逝且用户尚未移除在选定收集、充电及分配机处的预订的便携式电能存储设备后,便携式电能存储设备接着变得可用,且该可用状态在收集、充电及分配机管理系统302和/或选定的收集、充电及分配机系统中得以更新。
收集、充电及分配机系统可以通过用户输入特定用户凭证、密码、生物测定数据、用户识别号或码和/或通过以上描述的读卡器208e等经由收集、充电及分配机的用户界面来识别用户。再者,可以按照指示特定收集、充电及分配机具有一个或多个可用的已充电的便携式电能存储设备的任一方式(包括在列表中、作为一组可选择图标等)传达及组织与可用的便携式电能存储设备有关的信息。
在一些实例下,特定收集、充电及分配机可以比可能当前正经历较高需求的处于用户附近的其他收集、充电及分配机更远离用户的当前位置。因此,收集、充电及分配机管理系统302可以向用户传达可兑换奖励,使用户将其便携式电能存储设备交换或传回至比其他也具有可用的便携式电能存储设备的更近的收集、充电及分配机更远离用户的收集、充电及分配机之一。举例而言,该奖励可以是可兑换为关于与对多个收集、充电及分配机中的一个或多个的使用有关的费用的折扣或抵减(credit)。再者,可以给用户提供类似的奖励,以在电能存储设备耗尽或几乎耗尽前将其传回或交换,从而阻止或缓和预期的需求高峰。
在一些实施例中,可以产生与可用的便携式电能存储设备有关的各种选项及特征,并使其可为用户所用。举例而言,可以由收集、充电及分配机管理系统302利用用户的历史路线信息来预料用户可能想要去往哪些收集、充电及分配机,并且当这些特定收集、充电及分配机处的已充电的便携式电能存储设备变得可用时,可以向用户自动传达在这些位置处的这种便携式电能存储设备的可用性(例如,通过向用户发送警报)。
这些特定收集、充电及分配机处的已充电的便携式电能存储设备的可用性也可以或替代地在移动设备313上的显示的地图上突出显示或被给予特殊名称或可以在显示的地图上被指示,而不是便携式电能存储设备可用的其他收集、充电及分配机的位置。也可以显示在区域Y内(例如,在极接近移动设备313和/或车辆310a内)的每一收集、充电及分配机位置处的可用的便携式电能存储设备的数目及类型。举例而言,可以向用户传达每一个收集、充电及分配机处的可用的高性能便携式电能存储设备以及其他类型的便携式电能存储设备的数目。这些各种选项可由用户经由移动设备313、车辆310a上的用户界面或其他计算设备来选择。
图4是根据一个非限制性示意实施例的图3的收集、充电及分配机管理系统302的示意图。
收集、充电及分配机管理系统302包括控制子系统402、通信子系统406及用户接口子系统408。然而,这种系统及相关联的功能性也可以存在于车辆(例如,图3的车辆310a)和/或也在图3中示出的用户移动设备313中。

控制器410按照传统方式将RAM 414用于指令、数据等的易失性存储。控制器410可以使用数据存储设备416来记录或保留信息,例如,与便携式电能存储设备的可用性以及便携式电能存储设备的预订有关的信息;与已充电的便携式电能存储设备在地理位置之间的相对需求有关的信息;与多个收集、充电及分配机中的一个或多个的历史使用模式有关的信息;与用户车辆位置及远程信息处理(telematic)和/或遥测(telemetric)用户车辆信息有关的信息;与便携式电能存储设备的充电容量有关的信息;与已充电的便携式电能存储设备中的一个或多个的用户的路线信息有关的信息;与电能存储设备有关的信息;与便携式电能存储设备106的收集、充电和/或分配或收集和/或分配管理系统302自身的操作有关的遥测信息。指令可由控制器410执行,以响应于来自远程系统(诸如,收集、充电及分配机、收集、充电及分配机服务系统、用户移动设备、用户车辆)的输入以及终端用户或操作者的输入,并使用变量或参数的数据或值来控制收集、充电及分配机分配管理系统302的操作。

Claims (20)
1.一种操作用于提供与用于对便携式电能存储设备进行收集、充电及分配的收集、充电及分配机处的便携式电能存储设备的可用性有关的信息的系统的方法,该方法包括:
由收集、充电及分配机侦测其短距离无线信号范围内的无线移动设备,其中该无线移动设备运行与该收集、充电及分配机相关联的应用程序;
由用于提供与便携式电能存储设备的可用性有关的信息的系统接收与无线移动设备的存在有关的信息;
由收集、充电及分配机响应于该无线移动设备在该收集、充电及分配机的短距离无线信号范围内的侦测:
由用于提供与便携式电能存储设备的可用性有关的信息的系统自该收集、充电及分配机向该无线移动设备传达与该收集、充电及分配机处的便携式电能存储设备的可用性有关的信息;
由用于提供与便携式电能存储设备的可用性有关的信息的系统使得在无线移动设备上显示指示在收集、充电及分配机处有便携式电能存储设备可用的警报;以及
由用于提供与便携式电能存储设备的可用性有关的信息的系统使得在无线移动设备上显示可选择以预订便携式电能存储设备的可选择界面元素。
2.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中该无线移动设备的存在是在该收集、充电及分配机的无线信号范围内。
3.如权利要求1所述的方法,其中用于提供与便携式电能存储设备的可用性有关的信息的系统是该收集、充电及分配机的部分。
4.如权利要求1所述的方法,其中向该无线移动设备的传达包括:
经由用于提供与便携式电能存储设备的可用性有关的信息的系统所连接到的局域网,通过无线信号将来自用于提供与便携式电能存储设备的可用性有关的信息的系统的消息发送到该无线移动设备。
5.如权利要求1所述的方法,其中向该无线移动设备的传达包括:向该无线移动设备传达该收集、充电及分配机处有多少便携式电能存储设备可用。
6.如权利要求1所述的方法,进一步包括:
接收源自移动设备的预订该收集、充电及分配机处可用的便携式电能存储设备的请求;以及
响应于该请求,预订该收集、充电及分配机处可用的便携式电能存储设备。
7.如权利要求6所述的方法,其中该可用的便携式电能存储设备是在有限时间量内预订的。
8.如权利要求1所述的方法,其中接收与该无线移动设备的存在有关的信息包括:基于与该无线移动设备的当前位置相关联的全球定位系统数据来接收与该无线移动设备的存在有关的信息。
9.如权利要求1所述的方法,其中与便携式电能存储设备的可用性有关的信息包括:与便携式电能存储设备的类型以及获得该类型的便携式电能存储设备的关联价格有关的信息。
10.如权利要求1所述的方法,其中与便携式电能存储设备的可用性有关的信息是响应于来自该无线移动设备的请求而传达至该无线移动设备的。
11.如权利要求1所述的方法,进一步包括:
向该无线移动设备传达与距该无线移动设备的短距离无线信号范围内的多个收集、充电及分配机中的一个或多个处的便携式电能存储设备的可用性有关的信息。
12.一种用于提供与用于对便携式电能存储设备进行收集、充电及分配的收集、充电及分配机处的便携式电能存储设备的可用性有关的信息的系统,包括:
用于提供与便携式电能存储设备的可用性有关的信息的系统中的至少一个处理器;以及
用于提供与便携式电能存储设备的可用性有关的信息的系统中的至少一个处理器可读存储器,存储可由该至少一个处理器执行以使得该至少一个处理器进行以下操作的指令:
由收集、充电及分配机侦测其短距离无线信号范围内的无线移动设备,其中该无线移动设备运行与该收集、充电及分配机相关联的应用程序;
使得无线移动设备从无线移动设备发射无线信号;
响应于该无线信号的发射,在该无线移动设备处接收通信,该通信包括由用于提供与该便携式电能存储设备的可用性有关的信息的系统自该收集、充电及分配机传达与收集、充电及分配机处的便携式电能存储设备的可用性有关的信息;以及
响应于接收到的与收集、充电及分配机处的便携式电能存储设备的可用性有关的信息:
使得在无线移动设备上显示在收集、充电及分配机处可用的便携式电能存储设备的数目的第一指示;以及
使得在无线移动设备上显示可选择以预订便携式电能存储设备的可选择界面元素。
13.如权利要求12所述的系统,其中该通信是通过到局域网的无线连接所接收的短消息服务通信。
14.如权利要求12所述的系统,其中发射无线信号是发射短距离无线信号。
15.如权利要求14所述的系统,其中该指令可由该至少一个处理器执行以进一步使得该至少一个处理器:
使得在所显示的地图上显示第二指示,所述第二指示指示便携式电能存储设备在该收集、充电及分配机处是否可用。
16.如权利要求12所述的系统,其中包括与便携式电能存储设备的可用性有关的信息的通信是从该收集、充电及分配机接收的。
17.如权利要求12所述的系统,其中包括与便携式电能存储设备的可用性有关的信息的通信是经由远离该收集、充电及分配机的收集、充电及分配机管理系统从该收集、充电及分配机接收的。
18.一种由用于提供与用于对便携式电能存储设备进行收集、充电及分配的收集、充电及分配机处的便携式电能存储设备的可用性有关的信息的系统执行的方法,所述方法包括:
由收集、充电及分配机侦测其短距离无线信号范围内的无线移动设备,其中该无线移动设备运行与该收集、充电及分配机相关联的应用程序;
由用于提供与便携式电能存储设备的可用性有关的信息的系统自该收集、充电及分配机向一无线移动设备传达与该收集、充电及分配机处的便携式电能存储设备的可用性有关的信息;以及
响应于该无线移动设备的预订该收集、充电及分配机处可用的便携式电能存储设备的请求:
接收对表示可用的便携式电能存储设备的用户界面元素的选择以预订该可用的便携式电能存储设备的指示;以及
传达该选择以预订收集、充电及分配机处的该可用的便携式电能存储设备。
19.如权利要求18所述的方法,还包括:传达该可用的便携式电能存储设备已被预订的确认。
20.如权利要求18所述的方法,还包括:
接收与在无线移动设备的特定范围内的可用的便携式电能存储设备有关的广告;以及
在该无线移动设备上显示该广告。
