Description

跨乘式电动交通工具
技术领域
本发明涉及像摩托车、ATV(AllTerrainVehicle)或小型滑行艇等那样的、驾驶员采用跨乘在车辆上的姿势的跨乘式交通工具,也是分别具备储存向电动马达供给的电力的电池和储存向辅机供给的电力的电池的跨乘式电动交通工具。
背景技术
近年,正在开发以电动马达作为行驶动力源的跨乘式电动交通工具。在作为跨乘式电动交通工具的一个示例的电动二轮车中有必要搭载用于向电动马达供给电力的电池。又,电动二轮车除了搭载储存有供给至电动马达的电力的驱动用的高电压电池外,还搭载了辅机用的低电压电池(例如,参考对专利文件1)。
现有技术
专利文献1:日本特开2011-131701号公报。
发明内容
发明要解决的问题
根据专利文献1,高电压电池与低电压电池电气连接,高电压电池内储存的电力可以给低电压电池充电。这种情况下,从高电压电池向低电压电池进行配线的高压电线中流有高压电流,因此电池之间离得越远高压电线变得越长,从而导致电动二轮车的制造费用的增加。
因此,本发明的目的是使电池之间连接用的电力线中的高压电线尽可能缩短。
解决问题的手段:
本发明是为了实现上述目的而形成的。根据本发明的跨乘式电动交通工具具备作为交通工具驱动源的电动马达、储存向所述电动马达供给的电力的高电压电池、储存向所述交通工具的辅机供给的电力的低电压电池、将从所述高电压电池供给至所述低电压电池的电力的电压转换成所述低电压电池的充电电压的转换器、和容纳所述高电压电池的壳体。所述低电压电池配设于所述壳体外,所述转换器容纳于所述壳体内。
根据所述结构,与连接高电压电池和转换器的配线中流有高压电流相对地,连接转换器和低电压电池的配线中流有低压电流。转换器容纳于壳体内的话,流有高压电流的配线也可以一起容纳于壳体内。因此,可以缩短流有高压电流的配线。又,将流有高压电流的配线缩短,同时能将低电压电池远离高电压电池,提高低电压电池的配置自由度。特别是,跨乘式电动交通工具与一般的四轮车等大型车辆相比,因车体小型能搭载的空间有限。因此,跨乘式电动交通工具中,提高低电压电池的配置自由度是非常有意义的。又,流有高压电流的配线被容纳于壳体内,因此像这样的配线可以与使用者隔离。
也可以是所述低电压电池可装卸地安装在所述交通工具的主体。
根据所述结构,可以容易地进行更换低电压电池的作业。因此,低电压电池可以适用比较容易劣化类型的电池。根据需要将低电压电池从主体取下的话,可以防止从低电压电池流出暗电流,也可以防止不期望的低电压电池的增加。
也可以是具备用于控制交通工具的控制单元、连接所述控制单元与所述低电压电池的第一电力线、和设置于第一电力线且在使所述控制单元与所述低电压电池连接的连接状态和在从所述低电压电池切断所述控制单元的非连接状态之间进行切换的继电器,所述辅机包含所述控制单元,所述控制单元通过所述第一电力线接收来自所述低电压电池的电力供给后工作,根据来自所述控制单元的指令切换所述继电器的状态。
根据所述结构,能够通过控制单元的判断切换是否向控制单元供给电力。
也可以是具有除所述第一电力线外连接所述控制单元与所述低电压电池的第二电力线,和设置于第二电力线且在连接所述控制单元与所述低电压电池的连接状态和在从所述低电压电池切断使所述控制单元的非连接状态之间进行切换的开关,根据驾驶员的操作切换所述开关的状态。
根据所述结构,准备了2个用于向控制单元供给电力的系统,因此可以适合地进行向控制单元的电力供给。例如,驾驶员将开关的状态切换为非连接状态后,经过规定时间后控制单元将继电器的状态切换为非连接装,在该规定时间的期间控制单元可以进行必要的处理。
也可以是具有检测用于从所述高电压电池向所述电动马达供给电力的系统是否发生异常的异常检测器,所述辅机包含控制所述高电压电池或所述电动马达的控制单元,所述异常检测器检测出异常时,所述控制单元切断从所述高电压电池向所述电动马达或所述低电压电池的电力供给,并接收来自所述低电压电池的电力的供给后工作。
根据所述结构,即使万一用于从高电压电池从高电压电池向电动马达供给电力的系统发生异常,切断来自高电压电池的电力供给,因此可以避免该异常的影响波及到低电压电池。即使处于像这样切断电力供给的状态,控制单元仍可以接收来自低电压电池的供电而继续工作。因此,即使所述系统发生异常,仍可以继续利用了控制单元的控制。
也可以是所述辅机包含控制所述高电压电池或所述电动马达的控制单元,所述控制单元接收来自低电压电池的电力的供给而工作,所述控制单元接收到关闭指令时,切断从所述高电压电池向所述电动马达或所述低电压电池的电力供给后,切断从所述低电压电池向所述控制单元的电力供给。
根据所示结构,操作开关时,接收来自低电压电池的供电而工作的控制单元,首先切断来自高电压电池的电力供给后切断来自低电压电池的电力供给。因此,可以更确实地进行来自高电压电池的供电的切断。又,即使在刚切断来自高电压电池的电力供给后,仍可以通过低电压电池来驱动辅机,可以防止辅机的误停。
也可以是所述控制单元,行驶中接收所述关闭指令时,切断从所述高电压电池向所述电动马达或所述低电压电池的电力供给且检测车辆的停止后,切断从所述低电压电池向所述控制单元的电力供给。
根据上述结构,关闭指令后行驶中也可以使辅机工作。
也可以是所述控制单元根据来自安装在车轮上的速度传感器的输入检测所述车辆是否已停止。
根据所述结构,与利用电动马达的转速检测车辆停止的结构相比,可以更确实地检测车辆的停止。
本发明的上述目的、其他目的、特征以及优点,在参照附图的基础上,由以下的适合的实施形态的详细说明得以明确。
发明效果:
由以上说明可知,根据本发明,可以使电池之间连接用的电力线中高压电线尽可能缩短。

具体实施方式
以下,参照附图说明本发明的实施形态。另外,在所有的附图中对于相同或相当的要素标以相同的符号,并且省略重复的详细说明。在以下说明中,方向的概念是以搭乘在作为根据本发明实施形态的跨乘式电动交通工具的一个示例示出的电动二轮车上的驾驶员所观察的方向为基准。
图1是作为根据本发明第一实施形态的跨乘式电动交通工具的一个示例示出的电动二轮车的左视图。如图1所示,电动二轮车1具备作为从动轮的前轮2、作为驱动轮的后轮3、配置于前轮2和后轮3之间的车体框架4、和作为该电动二轮车1的行驶驱动源的电动马达5。根据本实施形态的电动二轮车1不具备内燃机,通过电动马达5产生的动力旋转驱动后轮3并以此行驶。
前轮2可旋转地支持在大致上下方向延伸的前叉6的下部。前叉6的上部与前轮操纵用的转向轴7连接,转向轴7的上部设有杆形的把手8,车体框架4具有头管11,左右一对的主框架12,左右一对的下框架13和左右一对的枢接框架14。
头管11可旋转地支持着转向轴7。左右的主框架12各自具有上框架部12a和下框架部12b。上框架部12a与下框架部12b大致平行地延伸。上框架部12a和下框架部12b从头管11开始一边向下倾斜一边向后方延伸。上框架部12a的后端部,向下弯曲并与下框架部12b连接。下框架13具有从头管11观察时大致向下方延伸的垂直框架部13a、和从垂直框架部13a的下端开始大致水平地向后延伸的下部框架部13b。枢接框架14与主框架12的后端部和下部框架部13b的后端部连接。
枢接框架14还与摇臂15和座椅框架16连接。摇臂15在大致前后方向延伸,其前端部与枢接框架14可摇动地连接,且其后端部可旋转地支持后轮3。座椅框架16从上框架部12a的后端部和枢接框架14的上端部开始一边向上倾斜一边向后方延伸。
座椅框架16支持着使驾驶员和共乘者前后并排就坐的串联型的座椅9,该座椅9的前侧是驾驶员用座椅9a,后侧的座椅是共乘者用座椅9b。本实施形态中,驾驶员用座椅9a和共乘者用座椅9b之间有高度差,共乘者用座椅9b配置在比驾驶员用座椅9a更高位置处。
电动二轮车1是所谓的跨乘式的交通工具,驾驶员以跨骑在座椅9(驾驶员用座椅9a)的姿势就坐。左右的枢接框架14的下端部上分别设有左右一对的踏板10(图1中省略右侧的图示)。座椅9配置在比转向轴7和头管11靠后处。跨骑在座椅9上朝向前方的驾驶员可以向前伸展两手并握住把手8。跨骑在座椅9上的驾驶员,使左腿置于比左侧的枢接框架14靠近左侧的位置且将左脚放置在左侧的踏板10上,使右腿置于比右侧的枢接框架14靠近右侧的位置且将右脚放置在右侧的踏板10上。因为驾驶员像这样跨骑车体,因此跨乘式交通工具的车宽尺寸至少在座椅9的周围为小型。特别是,摩托车通过使因车体的倾斜而产生的向心力与离心力平衡而高速旋转,因此摩托车的车宽尺寸应结合其是跨乘型车辆而整体小型。
如上所述,根据本实施形态的电动二轮车1的行驶驱动源是电动马达5。因此电动二轮车1具备储存向电动马达5供给的电力的高电压电池单元60。高电压电池单元60容纳于电池壳体80内。根据本实施形态的电池壳体80由具有绝缘性的材料制作。电池壳体80容纳有包含高电压电池单元60在内的电装品。在容纳于电池壳体80内的电装品中,例如包含DCDC转换器45。
电动二轮车1上除电池壳体80外,还搭载有马达壳体18和逆变器壳体19。马达壳体18容纳电动马达5,逆变器壳体19容纳有包含逆变器20在内的电装品。高电压电池单元60可以储存直流电。逆变器20将高电压电池单元60中所储存的直流电转换成交流电力。电动马达5接收通过逆变器20转换的交流电力的供给而工作,产生行驶动力。转换由电动马达5产生的行驶动力通过动力传达机构17被传达到后轮3。动力传达机构17中也可以包含变速机17a(参考图2),这种情况下,变速机17a还可以与电动马达5一同容纳于马达壳体18中(参考图2)。
本实施形态中,马达壳体18支持于下框架12和枢接框架14上,并配置于下框架12的下方且枢接框架14的前方的区域内。电池壳体80在前后方向上配置于转向轴7和座椅9之间,且载置于下部框架部13b的上方,且以夹持于左右的主框架12之间的方式进行配置。逆变器壳体19位于电池壳体80的下后端部的后方且座椅9的前端部的下方,且配置于由主框架12和枢接框架14和座椅框架16所包围的侧视时为倒三角形状的空间内。
电池壳体80的前表面与进气导管21连接,电池壳体80的后表面与排气导管22连接。进气导管21从电池壳体80的前表面开始向前方延伸。排气导管22从电池壳体80的后表面上部开始向下方延伸,与逆变器壳体19的上表面连接。通过设置的这些导管21、22,来自前方的行驶风被吸入至进气导管21,通过进气导管21被送入电池壳体80内。电池壳体80内的空气,通过排气导管22被送入逆变器壳体19。借助于此,可以空冷电池壳体80和逆变器壳体19内容纳的电装品,可以维持这些电气元件的工作信赖性。又,在电池壳体80的后部安装有风扇55。风扇55的工作时,可以良好地对将电池壳体80中空气送入排气导管22内进行辅助。
电动二轮车1除电动马达5外还搭载有接收电力的供给而被驱动的多个辅机。电动二轮车1具备储存向这些辅机供给的电力的低电压电池43。低电压电池43可以储存比高电压电池单元60低压(例如12V)的直流电力。低电压电池43配置在电池壳体80之外,且可装卸地安装在交通工具的主体(本实施形态下是车体)上。
图2是示出图1所示的电动二轮车的电气结构的概念图。图2中强电系统(电力供给系统)用粗线,弱电系统(信号系统)用细线,机械连接用二重线表示。以下,参照图2以强电系统为中心来简单地说明电动二轮车1的电气结构后,回到图1说明电池壳体80和低电压电池43的配置。然后,再回到图2,包含弱电系统地来详细地说明电动二轮车1的电气结构。
如图2所示,电动二轮车1具备,上述的高电压电池单元60、逆变器20、电动马达5、低电压电池43和多个辅机。又,电动二轮车1具备DCDC转换器45和充电连接器49。
高电压电池单元60具有多个电池模块61。电池模块61是在箱状的模块筐体中容纳多个电池元件而形成的电池组。多个电池元件整列配置在箱状的模块筐体内且电气连接。电池元件是可以储存直流电力的蓄电池,例如,能适当地应用锂离子电池和镍氢电池等。多个电池模块61电气串联连接,其结果是,高电压电池单元60发挥了作为多个电池单元相互连接而成的高压直流二次电池的功能(例如60V~200V)。
高电压电池单元60与逆变器20通过高压配线31连接。逆变器20与电动马达5通过三相配线32连接。逆变器20通过高压配线31接收来自高电压电池单元60的直流电力的供给。电动马达5通过三相配线32接收被逆变器20转换的交流电力的供给。
DCDC转换器45通过第一转换器配线46与高电压电池单元60连接。低电压电池43通过第二转换器配线47与DCDC转换器45连接。像这样低电压电池43通过第二交流器配线47、DCDC转换器45和第一转换器配线46与高电压电池单元60电气连接。借助于此,高电压电池单元60内储存的电力可以供给至低电压电池43。DCDC转换器45将从高电压电池单元60向低电压电池43供给的直流电力的电压降压转换成低电压电池43的充电电压。借助于此,可以通过高电压电池单元60内储存的电力对低电压电池43进行充电。
高电压电池单元60通过充电配线50与充电连接器49连接。充电连接器49可以与外部电源连接。外部电源与充电连接器49连接时,通过充电配线50外部电源的电力供给至高电压电池单元60,借助于此可以对高电压电池60进行充电。此时,外部电源的电力由DCDC转换器45降压,从而也可以通过该外部电源的电力对低电压电池43进行充电。
低电压电池43与多个辅机连接,发挥着作为这些辅机、即驱动用的电动马达5以外的电装品的电源的功能。在以低电压电池43作为电源的多个辅机中包含控制器、显示器91、照明设备92、警报器93、风扇55等。显示器91显示车速和档位等的行驶状态、和发生任何异常时的信号。照明设备92包含头灯、尾灯、方向指示器和位置灯等。控制器包含电气控制单元(ECU)57,电池监视系统(BMS:BatteryManagementSystem)58和逆变控制器59。ECU57综合地控制电动二轮车1的工作。BMS58控制高电压电池单元60的充电许可与否,或者监视高电压电池单元60的充电状态和温度状态等,还根据高电压电池单元60的温度状态控制风扇的工作。高电压电池单元60具备分别对应于电池模块61的多个电池监控单元(CMU)62,BMS58可以基于来自CMU61的情报判定高电压电池单元60的充电状态。逆变控制器59控制逆变器20的开关工作,进而控制电动马达5的工作。ECU57与检测加速器手柄操作量的加速器传感器(未图示)连接,根据加速器传感器的检测值给予逆变控制器59控制指令。逆变控制器59根据来自ECU57的控制指令控制逆变器20。借助于此,电动马达5可以产生根据驾驶员要求的行驶动力。
辅机所包含的电装品中,除上述外还包含速度传感器、转数传感器、电流传感器等各种传感器。又,使润滑和冷却用的油循环的油泵为电动式时,低电压电池43也可以用于向该油泵的电力供给。又,低电压电池43也可以用于向ABS用油压单元、电控转向阻尼器、电动挡风玻璃、ETC装置、音频装置的电力供给。为使各种电装品的驱动电力和电池的输出电力一致,也可以选择低电压电池。在搭载了发动机的摩托车上也装备了成为电装品的电源的电池,但如果低电压电池43与备置在以往的发动机车辆上的电池使用同样的电压的话,则对电动式摩托车和搭载了发动机的摩托车中电装品的共通化是有用的。
到这里为止说明的电装品中,DCDC转换器45容纳于电池壳体80的内部。另一方面,逆变器20容纳于与电池壳体80不同的逆变器壳体19内,电动马达5容纳于与电池壳体80不同的马达壳体18内。低电压电池43也配置在电池壳体80的外面。因此,高压配线31的一部分、第一转换器配线46的全部和第二转换器配线47的一部分容纳于电池壳体80内。
这里,第一转换器配线46构成连接DCDC转换器45和高电压电池单元60的配线体,第二转换器配线47构成连接DCDC转换器45和低电压电池43的配线体。低电压电池43充电时,第二转换器配线47中流有被DCDC转换器45降压转换后的低压电流,另一方面第一转换器配线46中流有该降压转换前的高压电流。
本实施形态中,DCDC转换器45和高电压电池单元60一起容纳于电池壳体80内,因此第一转换器配线46整体可以容纳于电池壳体80内。因此,可以缩短流有高压电流的第一转换器配线46。而且,电池壳体80具有绝缘性,因此可以将第一转换器配线46与使用者电气且机械地隔离。假设第一转换器配线46相对地变长,第二转换器配线47相对地变短的话,连接高电压电池单元60与低电压电池43的配线体整体所需的费用将增加。又,第一转换器配线46在电池壳体80外露出的话,第一转换器46不得不具有用于将该配线与使用者隔离的结构,根据需要不得不在车体上设有将第一转换器46与使用者隔离的结构,这部分制造费用将增加。
像本实施形态那样,第一转换器配线46容纳于电池壳体80内并与使用者隔离时,即使低电压电池43远离高电压电池单元60,也只是第二转换器配线47相对变长,因此可以抑制制造费用的增加。于是,没有因考虑到制造费用而将低电压电池43靠近高电压电池单元60地配置的必要性,并提高低电压电池43的配置自由度。如上所述,跨乘式交通工具,特别是摩托车,比一般的四轮车等的车辆小型,因此搭载机器的空间也是有限的。因此,可提高低电压电池43的配置自由度对于跨乘式交通工具特别是摩托车而言是非常有益的。
又,流有高压电流的第一转换器配线46容纳于具有绝缘性的电池壳体80内,因此可以防止来自第一转换器配线46的漏电对电池壳体80外产生影响。第一转换器配线46上设有开关该第一转换器配线46的转换器用继电器48,该转换器用继电器48也容纳于电池壳体80内。因此,即使转换器用继电器48发生漏电,也可以防止对电池壳体80外产生影响。与DCDC转换器45相同地将转换器用继电器48配置在电池壳体80内的话,因为DCDC转换器45配置在高电压电池单元60的附近,所以可以将转换器用继电器48也配置在高电压电池单元60的附近。
另外,充电连接器49内藏于电池壳体80内或者电池壳体80的外表面时,充电配线50的全部可以容纳于电池壳体80内。于是,可以将充电配线50与使用者机械且电气地隔离,因此是有意义的。又,逆变器壳体19靠近电池壳体80,因此即使逆变器20配置在电池壳体80外,也可以尽可能的缩短高压配线31中配置在电池壳体80外的部分。而且,高压配线31上设有开关该高压配线31的转换器用继电器33,充电配线50上设有开关该充电配线50的充电用继电器51。这些继电器33、51也容纳于电池壳体80内。像这样,流有高压电流的配线上的继电器33、48、51全部容纳于电池壳体80内,因此可以适当地防止高压电流的漏电对电池壳体80外部产生影响。
回到图1,根据本实施形态的电池壳体80在前后方向上配置于转向轴7和座椅9之间,载置在下部框架部13b之上,夹在左右主框架12之间。
电池壳体80具有开闭电池壳体80的上部的上盖83。上盖83一般通过螺栓等牢固地安装在电池壳体80的主体部分,借助于此密闭电池壳体80的内部空间。借助于此,可以将使用者与电池壳体80中容纳的电气部件机械且电气地隔离。但是,将上盖83取下的话,维修工作人员可以接近电池壳体80内,也可以容易地维修电池壳体80中的电气部件。
电池壳体80的前表面朝向上方的同时阶梯性地向后方偏移。因此,可以防止配置在比主框架12靠近上方的部分和把手8发生干扰。同时,配置在比主框架12靠近下方的部分以填补前轮2的后方的死角的形式向前方大型化,从而有利于电池容量的扩大。
本实施形态中,DCDC转换器45被容纳于电池壳体80的前上部。电池壳体80的前壁包括从前方覆盖DCDC转换器45的转换器盖部80a,进气导管21与该转换器盖部80a连接。借助于此,从进气导管21流入电池壳体80内的空气,首先可以吹向DCDC转换器45。DCDC转换器45是工作中发热量较大的部件。通过使空气在向电池壳体80的流入初期阶段吹向这样的DC/DC变流器45,以此可以适当地空冷DC/DC变流器45,进而抑制电池壳体80的内部全体的温度上升。
然后,低电压电池43配置在电池壳体80外。因此,可以增加容纳于电池壳体80内的高电压电池单元60(模块筐体61(上文中标号61为电池模块)或电池元件)。低电压电池43配置在与头管11和座椅9之间不同的位置,借助于此,可以在头管11和座椅9之间配置更多的电池元件。特别是本实施形态中,如下所述,低电压电池43配置在座椅9下,并远离电池壳体80地配置。因此,可以抑制低电压电池43受到高电压电池单元60工作时发热的影响。又,空冷用的排气导管22与电池壳体80连接,因此也可以远离该排气导管22地配置低电压电池43。因此,可以抑制低电压电池43受到排气导管22中流动的热气的影响。
又,低电压电池43配置在电池壳体80之外且可装卸的安装在交通工具的主体(车体)上。本实施形态中,低电压电池43容纳于在共乘者座椅9b下方形成的电池容纳空间101内。在电动二轮车1上,以覆盖座椅框架16的侧部和上部的形式,设有座椅边盖102。驾驶员用座椅9a安装在座椅边盖102的前上部,共乘者用座椅9b可装卸地安装在座椅边盖102的后上部。另外,本实施形态中,例举了驾驶员用座椅9a和共乘者用座椅9b由单独的部件构成的情况,但也可以由单一的部件构成。电池容纳空间101在座椅边盖102的后部形成,通过共乘者用座椅9b开闭。
图3是示出在从图1所示的电动二轮车1上取下共乘者座椅9b的状态下的电动二轮车1的俯视图。如图3所示,在座椅边盖102的后上部设有向上开放的开口103,使用者可以通过该开口103伸入电池容纳空间101。俯视时,低电压电池43以与开口103重叠的形式配置。因此,取下共乘者用座椅9b时,使用者可以通过开口103容易地确认低电压电池43,又,可以通过开口103容易地接近低电压电池43。
低电压电池43,相对于座椅框架16和座椅边盖102可装卸地安装。因此,使用者如果取下共乘者座椅9b,并取下与低电压电池43连接的配线,可以简单地进行低电压电池43的维护作业和更换作业。像这样,可以容易地更换低电压电池43,因此当低电压电池43劣化时可以容易地进行处理。反过来说,低电压电池43可以使用比较容易劣化的铅蓄电池,可以抑制制造成本。又,电池容纳空间101形成于左右一对的车体框架(例如,座椅框架16)之间。低电压电池43容纳于像这样的电池容纳空间101内并配置在左右一对的车体框架(例如,座椅框架16)之间。借助于此,连接低电压电池43和DCDC转换器45的配线47可以配置在左右的车体框架(例如,座椅框架16)的内侧,即使车体翻倒也可以防止该配线47断线。
特别是,在本实施形态中,低电压电池43可以通过高电压电池单元60的电力进行充电,因此可以减小低电压电池43的容量。因此,可以进一步抑制低电压电池43的制造费用。又,如上所述提高低电压电池的配置自由度与可以使低电压电池43小型化相互结合,便可以活用共乘者用座椅9b下存在的小空间从而容纳低电压电池43。
另外,铅蓄电池容易产生暗电流,不使用车辆的期间较长时,电池会没电。根据本实施形态可以容易地取下低电压电池43。因此,当使用者判断不使用车辆的的期间可能会较长时,如果使用者从车辆上取下低电压电池43并保管,则可以防止低电压电池43没必要的放电。另外,低电压电池43除了铅蓄电池外也可以适用电容器等其他的电池。
另外,共乘者用座椅9b安装在座椅边盖102上时,电池容纳空间101被锁定机构104上锁。如果不将车辆的主机械钥匙插入设置在座椅边盖102上的圆柱锁105内而解除锁定机构104的锁定的话,无法再次取下共乘者用座椅9b。像这样,电池容纳空间101可以上锁,因此可以防止非意愿地取下低电压电池。
回到图2,低电压电池43通过2个强电系统与ECU57连接。即,低电压电池43通过第一电力线94与低电压电池43连接。从第一电力线94分叉出与第一电力线94不同的第二电力线95,第二电力线95与第一电力线94再次连接。结果,ECU57又通过第二电力线95与低电压电池43连接。第一电力线94具有和第二电力线95连接的2个连接点。
本实施形态中,逆变控制器59与第二电力线95连接,逆变控制器59可以通过第二电力线95接收低电压电池43的供电。BMS58与ECU57连接,可以通过ECU57接收低电压电池43的供电。风扇55与BMS58连接,可以通过ECU57和BMS58接收低电压电池43的供电。显示器91,照明设备92和警报器93与ECU57连接,可以通过ECU57接收来自低电压电池43的供电。这样在本实施形态中,形成为停止向ECU57的供电时,向BMS58、风扇55,显示器91、照明设备92和警报器93的供电也会停止的结构。另外,控制器彼此之间、控制器和控制器以外的辅机之间的连接使用任何手段均可,例如可以使用作为车载LAN的一种规格的CAN(ControllerAreaNetwork)。
预先取下低电压电池43的话,则阻断向ECU57和逆变控制器59的供电,因此不管高电压电池单元60中储存了多少电力,电动马达都不工作。因此,如果使用者预先将低电压电池43从车辆上取下的话,对于车辆不容易被盗是有利的。
然后,说明设置在强电系统上的继电器和开关。图2中,作为这样的继电器和开关的一个例子,例示了开闭充电配线50的所述充电用继电器51、开闭高压配线31的所述逆变用继电器36、开闭第一电力线94的主继电器96、开闭第一转换器配线46的所述转换器用继电器48、开闭第二电力线95的主开关97。以下,各继电器或开关的状态中,将关闭对应的配线的状态称为“连接状态”,将开启对应的配线的状态称为“非连接状态”。
主继电器96设置在第一电力线94上的2个连接点之间,与ECU57连接。ECU57可以控制主继电器96,并将主继电器96从连接状态切换到非连接状态。借助于此,在ECU自身的自发判断下可以停止从低电压电池43通过第一电力线94向ECU57的供电。
主开关97设置在第二电力线95上,与主钥匙98机械连接。主钥匙98用于车体的锁定。主钥匙98例如可以机械地形成为圆柱锁和与其吻合的机械钥匙那样的结构,还可以像所谓的智能锁钥匙那样形成为兼具电气控制的结构。不管哪一种主钥匙98都是驾驶员为了进行车体的锁定或解除而由驾驶员手动操作。驾驶员对主钥匙98执行开启操作时,主开关97为连接状态。主开关97为连接状态时,可以通过第二电力线95将低电压电池43的电力供给至ECU57和逆变控制器59。驾驶员对主钥匙执行关闭操作时,主开关97为非连接状态。借助于此,可以停止从低电压电池43通过第二电力线95向ECU57的供电。
像这样,本实施状态中,准备了2个用于向ECU57供给电力的系统,因此可以适当地进行向ECU57的电力供给。又,可以使向ECU57的电力供给的形态具有多样性。例如,对主开关97执行关闭操作后,可以维持ECU与主继电器96的连接状态。借助于此,即使主开关97为非连接状态,ECU57仍可以通过第一电力线94接收来自低电压电力43的供电而继续工作。在这期间,ECU57可以实行所需的终止处理,终止处理实行后主继电器96为非连接状态,切断向自身的电力供给。
然后,充电用继电器51与BMS58连接。BMS58检测出充电连接器49与外部电源连接的信号时,充电用继电器51为连接状态,并可以进行从外部电源向高电压电池单元60的供电。转换器用继电器48与ECU57连接。BMS58检测出充电连接器与外部电源连接的信号时,将该信号传送给ECU57。ECU57根据来自BMS58的输入将转换器用继电器48变为连接状态的同时控制DCDC转换器45。借助于此可以进行从外部电源或高电压电池单元60向低电压电池43的供电。
转换器用继电器36与制动开关99机械或电气连接。制动开关99由驾驶员手动操作,又,由ECU57自动地操作。制动开关99被手动或自动操作后,转换器用继电器36为非连接状态,停止从高电压电池单元60向转换器20的供电,进而停止向电动马达5的供电。
电动二轮车1具备检测高电压电池单元60中的漏电、和作为用于从高电压电池单元60向转换器20供给电力的系统的高压配线中的漏电的漏电检测器53。漏电检测器53与BMS58连接,通过漏电检测器53检测出任何的异常时,BMS58将该信号传送至ECU57。
通过漏电检测器53检测出异常时,ECU57将转换器用继电器48变为非连接状态。借助于此切断高电压电池单元60向低电压电池43的电力的供给,从而使低电压电池43从高电压电池单元60电气绝缘。然后,ECU57通过第一电力线94或者第二电力线95接收来自低电压电池43的电力的供给而工作。这样,即使万一用于从高电压电池60向电动马达5供给电力的系统发生异常,也可切断从高电压电池60向低电压电池43的电力供给,从而使低电压电池43从高电压电池单元60独立,因此可以避免该异常的影响波及至低电压电池43。像这样即使处于切断电力供给的状态,ECU57也可以接收来自低电压电池43的供电而继续工作。
因此,即使该系统发生异常,也可以继续执行使用ECU57的控制。例如,使显示器91和警报器93等工作,可以使使用者知道异常的发生。其他,在切断从高电压电池单元60向电动马达5的电力供给状态下,也可以维持解除把手锁定的状态,或解除再生制动,借助于此,可以容易地进行通过推动或拉动的车辆移动。
像这样通过漏电检测器53检测出异常时,也可以是ECU57操作制动开关99使逆变器用继电器36为非连接状态。借助于此,可以切断从高电压电池单元60向电动马达5的电力的供给。又,也可以是BMS58使充电用继电器51为非连接状态。借助于此,可以抑制高电压电池单元60中的漏电的影响波及到一定程度确保使用者的接近性的充电连接器49。
制动开关99由驾驶员手动操作的情况下,相应于此转换器用继电器36为非连接状态,切断从高电压电池单元60向电动马达5的供电。此时ECU57仍可以接收来自低电压电池43的供电而继续工作,可以防止辅机的误工作或误停止。另外,此时也可以是ECU57将转换器用继电器变为非连接状态,从而使低电压电池43从高电压电池单元60电气独立。此后适当时,ECU57可以切断从低电压电池43向ECU57的供电。也可以是当制动开关99的操作(关闭指令或制动指令)在行驶中被执行时,即使切断从高电压电池单元60向电动马达5的供电,但直至检测出车辆的停止为止都维持ECU57接收来自低电压电池43的供电而继续工作的状态,检测出车辆的停止时切断从低电压电池43向ECU57自身的电力供给。借助于此,车辆行驶期间即使有关闭指令后也可以继续使辅机工作,因此是有益的。另外,也可以是ECU57形成为与安装在车轮(前轮2或后轮3中的任意一者或者两者)的速度传感器71连接,根据来自速度传感器71的输入检测车辆是否已停止的结构。根据该结构,与根据电动马达5的转数进行同样的检测相比,可以更确切地检测出车辆的停止。
ECU57和BMS58配置在电动壳体80之外。因此,连接低电压电池43与ECU57的系统、和连接ECU57与BMS58的系统可以只在电池壳体80外环绕,从而可以使配线的环绕变得简洁。又,连接低电压电池43与ECU57的系统配置在电池壳体80外,因此主开关96和主继电器96也配置在电池壳体80外。ECU57和主钥匙98配置在电池壳体80外,因此主开关96和主钥匙98之间以及ECU57和主继电器97之间的配线的环绕也变得简洁。
图4是示出作为根据本发明第二实施形态的跨乘式电动交通工具的一个示例的电动二轮车201的侧视图。本实施形态中,DCDC转换器245的配置与上述实施形态不同。以下,以与上述实施形态的不同点为中心说明第二实施形态。
如图4所示,DCDC转换器245在电池壳体280内配置于上方空间。具体的,DCDC转换器245设置在高电压电池单元260的上表面后部。另一方面,低电压电池43也设置在共乘者用座椅9b之下。共乘者用座椅9b设置在向上倾斜的同时向后方延伸的座椅框架16的后部,且共乘者用座椅9b也配置在比较上方处。而且,本实施形态中,共乘者用座椅9b与驾驶员用座椅9a之间有高度差,共乘者用座椅9b配置在比驾驶员用座椅9a高位出。因此,可以在高度方向增大电池容纳空间102,还可以配置在高位处。这样,DCDC转换器245和低电压电池43也配置在上方时,可以缩短第二转换器配线的长度。
根据上述说明,本领域技术人员清楚本发明的较多改良和其他实施形态等。因此,上述说明应仅作为例示解释,是以向本领域技术人员教导实施本发明的最优选的形态为目的提供。在不脱离发明的精神的范围内,可以实质上变更其结构和/或功能的具体内容。
例如,电池壳体80不是由具有绝缘性的材料也可以,由铝合金等的金属材料制作也可以。应用铝合金的情况下,使其与上述相同,从而可以缩短高压电线,并且可以谋求得到必要强度的同时使壁厚薄且轻量化。又,也可以是DCDC转换器45被除了电池壳体80之外的壳体覆盖。这种情况下,优选的是该壳体相对于外部空间绝缘,借助于此,可以将DCDC转换器与使用者机械地电气地隔离。
作为本发明实施形态示例了电动二轮车,但只要是具备用于驱动电动马达的高电压电池和用于驱动辅机的低电压电池的跨乘式电动交通工具的话,便可以应用本发明。例如,本发明也可以应用于四轮越野车(ATV:AllTerrainVehicle)和自动三轮车和小型滑行艇等其他的跨乘式交通工具。又,作为电动式交通工具,虽然示例了不具备内燃机关并仅依靠电动马达发生的动力行驶的车辆,但除电动马达之外还具备内燃机关的所谓的混合式交通工具也可以应用本发明。
工业应用性:
本发明发挥能够使用于连接电池之间的电力线中的高压电线尽量缩短的作用效果,应用于电动二轮车等跨乘式电动交通工具时是有益的。

Claims (9)

1.一种跨乘式电动交通工具,具备:
作为交通工具驱动源的电动马达;
储存向所述电动马达供给的电力的高电压电池;
储存向所述交通工具的辅机供给的电力的低电压电池;
将从所述高电压电池供给至所述低电压电池的电力的电压降压变换成所述低电压电池的充电电压的转换器;和
具有绝缘性、容纳所述高电压电池的壳体;
所述低电压电池配设于所述壳体外,所述转换器容纳于所述壳体内。
2.根据权利要求1所述的跨乘式电动交通工具,其特征在于,在将所述转换器容纳于所述壳体内的状态下,所述低电压电池能装卸地安装在所述交通工具的主体。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的跨乘式电动交通工具,具备:
用于控制交通工具的控制单元;
连接所述控制单元与所述低电压电池的第一电力线;和
设置于第一电力线且在使所述控制单元与所述低电压电池连接的连接状态和在从所述低电压电池切断所述控制单元的非连接状态之间进行切换的继电器;

4.根据权利要求3所述的跨乘式电动交通工具,具备,
除所述第一电力线外连接所述控制单元与所述低电压电池的第二电力线;和
设置于第二电力线且在连接所述控制单元与所述低电压电池的连接状态和在从所述低电压电池切断使所述控制单元的非连接状态之间进行切换的开关;
根据驾驶员的操作切换所述开关的状态。
5.根据权利要求1所述的跨乘式电动交通工具,其特征在于,
具有检测用于从所述高电压电池向所述电动马达供给电力的系统是否发生异常的异常检测器;
所述辅机包含控制所述高电压电池或所述电动马达的控制单元;
所述异常检测器检测出异常时,所述控制单元切断从所述高电压电池向所述电动马达或所述低电压电池的电力供给,并接收来自所述低电压电池的电力的供给后工作。
6.根据权利要求1所述的跨乘式电动交通工具,其特征在于,
所述辅机包含控制所述高电压电池或所述电动马达的控制单元,所述控制单元接收来自低电压电池的电力的供给而工作;
所述控制单元接收到关闭指令时,切断从所述高电压电池向所述电动马达或所述低电压电池的电力供给后,切断从所述低电压电池向所述控制单元的电力供给。
7.根据权利要求6所述的跨乘式电动交通工具,其特征在于,所述控制单元在行驶中接收所述关闭指令时,切断从所述高电压电池向所述电动马达或所述低电压电池的电力供给且检测车辆的停止后,切断从所述低电压电池向所述控制单元的电力供给。
8.根据权利要求7所述的跨乘式电动交通工具,其特征在于,所述控制单元根据来自安装在车轮上的速度传感器的输入检测所述车辆是否已停止。
9.根据权利要求1所述的跨乘式电动交通工具,其特征在于,所述转换器配置于所述壳体的上部。
