在我国的历史长河中,各种各样的糕点层出不穷,成为了人们居家旅行,待人接客的必备食品。随着人们生活质量的不断提高,保健意识的不断增强,各种各样的保健糕点也应运而生,成为了消费者的宠儿。
发明内容
本发明克服了现有技术中的不足,提供了一种蜜桔果糕的加工方法。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种蜜桔果糕的加工方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
(1)称取以下重量份的原料:粳米粉80-100、绿豆粉20-30、蜜桔30-50、麦芽糖8-10、卡拉胶3-5、仙鹤草2-3、芦根1-3、连翘2-3、斑竹根2-3、羌活1-3、甜菜8-10、生菜8-10、营养添加剂4-6;
所述的营养添加剂是由薏仁油、龟甲粉、虾壳粉按0.01-0.03:2-4:2-4的重量比组成;
(2)将蜜桔洗净后,连皮一起打碎,榨汁,过滤,得蜜桔汁和蜜桔泥;甜菜、生菜洗净后绞碎榨汁,得蔬菜汁和蔬菜泥;将蜜桔泥和蔬菜泥合并,放入烘箱中,在60-70℃下烘干,然后磨碎成粉,待用;
(3)将仙鹤草、芦根、连翘、斑竹根、羌活放入适量水中,加热提取,得提取液;
(4)将蜜桔汁与蔬菜汁合并,然后将麦芽糖和卡拉胶加入其中,搅拌混合,然后将提取液、蔬果粉和粳米粉、绿豆粉、营养添加剂等剩余原料加入其中,充分混合后,用模具压制成型,然后蒸熟,包装,即得。
本发明的优点是:

(1)称取以下重量份的原料:粳米粉100、绿豆粉30、蜜桔50、麦芽糖10、卡拉胶5、仙鹤草3、芦根2、连翘2、斑竹根3、羌活3、甜菜10、生菜10、营养添加剂5;
所述的营养添加剂是由薏仁油、龟甲粉、虾壳粉按0.02:3:3的重量比组成;
(2)将蜜桔洗净后,连皮一起打碎,榨汁,过滤,得蜜桔汁和蜜桔泥;甜菜、生菜洗净后绞碎榨汁,得蔬菜汁和蔬菜泥;将蜜桔泥和蔬菜泥合并,放入烘箱中,在60-70℃下烘干,然后磨碎成粉,待用;
(3)将仙鹤草、芦根、连翘、斑竹根、羌活放入适量水中,加热提取,得提取液;
