一种适合夏季食用的糕点,所述糕点由下述重量份的原料制成:麦麸粉20-40份、薏仁粉20-30份、绿茶粉10-15份、百合粉5-8份、绿豆粉5-8份、莲藕5-7份、余甘果3-4份、菠萝4-6份、西瓜5-7份、乌梅2-3份、苦丁茶8-10份、蒲公英2-3份、金银花2-4份、菊花2-4份、鱼腥草3-5份、薄荷2-3份、猴头菌2-3份、甘蓝1-3份。
所述的适合夏季食用的糕点的制备方法,包括以下制备步骤:
(1)将莲藕、余甘果、菠萝、西瓜和乌梅分别洗净,去皮、去核后,用榨汁机打碎,过滤,将滤液混合得到混合液;
(2)将苦丁茶和猴头菌混合,放入200-220℃的热锅中翻炒10-15分钟,冷却,当温度降至50-60℃时,磨粉,制得辅料粉;
(3)将蒲公英、金银花、菊花、鱼腥草、薄荷、甘蓝加入适量水中,加热煎煮,得到煎煮液;

Claims (1)
1.一种适合夏季食用的糕点,其特征在于:所述糕点由下述重量份的原料制成:麦麸粉20-40份、薏仁粉20-30份、绿茶粉10-15份、百合粉5-8份、绿豆粉5-8份、莲藕5-7份、余甘果3-4份、菠萝4-6份、西瓜5-7份、乌梅2-3份、苦丁茶8-10份、蒲公英2-3份、金银花2-4份、菊花2-4份、鱼腥草3-5份、薄荷2-3份、猴头菌2-3份、甘蓝1-3份、生姜2-3份;
所述的适合夏季食用的糕点的制备方法,包括以下制备步骤:
(1)将莲藕、余甘果、菠萝、西瓜和乌梅分别洗净,去皮、去核后,用榨汁机打碎,过滤,将滤液混合得到混合液;
(2)将苦丁茶和猴头菌混合,放入200-220℃的热锅中翻炒10-15分钟,冷却,当温度降至50-60℃时,磨粉,制得辅料粉;
(3)将蒲公英、金银花、菊花、鱼腥草、薄荷、甘蓝和生姜加入适量水中,加热煎煮,得到煎煮液;
(4)将麦麸粉、薏仁粉、绿茶粉、百合粉、绿豆粉混合,然后和步骤(2)制得的辅料粉混合均匀,再加入到煎煮液中,搅拌混合后加入步骤(1)中得到的混合液,加入适量水,搅拌混合至黏稠糊状,将糕点分成小份放入模具中,按压成型后蒸熟,冷却包装,即可。
