本实施例的苗条由以下原料制成:荞麦粉60%-70%,红薯全粉20%-30%,红薯淀粉5%-15%。面条的制作过程:选择高钙菜70kg,清洗,打浆,离心过滤,去渣,留汁备用;(1)将荞麦粉和高钙菜汁水混合,揉制成面团;(2)将红薯全粉和高钙菜汁水混合,揉制成薯粉面团;(3)将红薯淀粉和高钙菜汁水混合,揉制成红薯淀粉面团;(4)将面团、薯粉面团、红薯淀粉面团按60%:30%:10%的比例拌合,制成混料面团;(5)将混料面团通过面条机制成面条状,并晾干。其他同实施例3。

Claims (6)
1.一种富硒养心高钙面的生产方法,其特征在于,包括步骤:
(1)选料:精选优质的高钙菜鲜菜,清洗,离心过滤,去渣,留汁;
(2)将菜汁与粉料混合,拌匀,延压;
(3)压条,上架,低温烘干。
2.根据权利要求1所述的富硒养心高钙面的生产方法,其特征在于,所述粉料为面粉。
3.根据权利要求1所述的富硒养心高钙面的生产方法,其特征在于,所述粉料包括面粉、红薯全粉和红薯淀粉、高钙菜汁,各组分量百分比为:面粉60%-70%,红薯全粉20%-30%,红薯淀粉5%-15%,高钙菜70kg。
4.根据权利要求3所述的富硒养心高钙面的生产方法,其特征在于,所述红薯全粉为鲜薯切片经高温或红外辐照烘干后粉碎所得的红薯粉末,
高钙鲜菜打浆,过滤后的菜汁。
5.根据权利要求2所述的富硒养心高钙面的生产方法,其特征在于,所述面粉为小麦粉或荞麦粉。
6.一种按权利要求1至5任意一种方法生产的富硒养心高钙面。
