(6)烘干:将成型复合米粒烘干,烘干温度45-60℃,烘干后复合米含水分为10-12%;
(7)冷却:自然降温至15-25℃,进行米粒表面抛光,再干燥;

绿茶粉:具有良好的抗氧化和镇静作用,可减轻疲劳。
百合粉:不仅具有良好的营养滋补之功,还有润肺止咳、促进伤口愈合、宁心安神、镇静催眠、预防痛风、保护胃黏膜、增强免疫的辅助功效。
西瓜:富含维生素A、Bl、B2、C,葡萄糖、蔗糖、果糖、苹果酸、谷氨酸和精氨酸等,有清热解暑、利小便、降血压的功效,对高热口渴、暑热多汗、肾炎尿少、高血压等有一定的辅助疗效。
莲藕:能促进食欲,是补脾、养胃、滋阴的佳品,富含铁、钙等微量元素,动物蛋白质、维生素及淀粉也丰富,能明显的补益气血,增强人体免疫力。
瓜篓粉,具有润肺燥、健脾开胃、降火功效,
瓜拉纳,含有丰富的天然激情生物碱、咖啡因、四甲基黄、嘌呤、氨基酸、单宁酸、蛋白质、维生素、矿物质等人体必需的活力因子。具有提神醒脑、滋阴壮阳、控制食欲、缓解腹痛、恢复体力、补充能量、抗疲劳、提高人体机能的功效。天然无色瓜拉纳提取物,具有比咖啡因更温和及长效的提神作用。同时据国外的医学观察,瓜拉纳还有减缓轻度焦虑和神经性紧张的作用。对肠道具有滋养和强化的作用,能够逐渐而缓慢地刺激神经,刺激维持的有效期长,而且刺激比较温和,对人体没有危害,而其他来源的产品通常起效快,但持续时间短。

以下结合实施例对本发明作进一步的说明,但本发明不仅限于这些实施例,在未脱离本发明宗旨的前提下,所作的任何改进均落在本发明的保护范围之内。
实施例1:
一种适合春夏食用的营养复合米,由以下重量份的原料制成:小米50份、薏仁米10份、绿茶粉7份、紫红薯粉10份、瓜篓粉5份、瓜拉纳提取物8份、百合粉3份、莲藕2份、荔枝3份、西瓜3份、麦芽糊精4份、醋酸酯淀粉2份、黄原胶0.3份、魔芋胶0.4份、水适量。
所述的瓜拉纳提取物由以下方法制备:将瓜拉纳洗净,粉碎置于容器中,加入投料体积30倍的体积浓度为65%乙醇溶液,超声波浸提30分钟后再在45℃水浴条件下浸提6小时,过滤,取滤液浓缩,干燥,即得瓜拉纳提取物。
所述的适合春夏食用的营养复合米的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)按上述重量份称取原料;
(2)将莲藕、荔枝、西瓜分别洗净,去皮、去核后,用榨汁机打碎,过滤,将滤液混合得到混合液;
(3)粉碎:将小米、薏仁米、绿茶粉、紫红薯粉、瓜篓粉、瓜拉纳提取物、百合粉经超微粉碎机粉碎,过100目筛,然后混合,得混合粉;
(4)复配:将步骤(2)的混合液加入到步骤(3)的混合粉中搅拌均匀,然后加入剩余原料,加入适量水搅拌均匀,得混合料;
(5)挤压膨化造粒:将步骤(4)的混合料送入挤压熟化机造粒;
(6)烘干:将成型复合米粒烘干,烘干温度45℃,烘干后复合米含水分为10%;
(7)冷却:自然降温至15℃,进行米粒表面抛光,再干燥;
(8)筛选分级包装。
实施例2:
一种适合春夏食用的营养复合米,由以下重量份的原料制成:小米60份、薏仁米20份、绿茶粉5份、紫红薯粉5份、瓜篓粉8份、瓜拉纳提取物5份、百合粉4份、莲藕4份、荔枝1份、西瓜5份、麦芽糊精8份、醋酸酯淀粉4份、黄原胶0.4份、魔芋胶0.2份、水适量。
所述的瓜拉纳提取物由以下方法制备:将瓜拉纳洗净,粉碎置于容器中,加入投料体积30倍的体积浓度为65%乙醇溶液,超声波浸提30分钟后再在45℃水浴条件下浸提6小时,过滤,取滤液浓缩,干燥,即得瓜拉纳提取物。

1.一种适合春夏食用的营养复合米,其特征在于:由以下重量份的原料制成:小米50-60份、薏仁米10-20份、绿茶粉5-7份、紫红薯粉5-10份、瓜篓粉5-8份、瓜拉纳提取物5-8份、百合粉3-4份、莲藕2-4份、荔枝1-3份、西瓜3-5份、麦芽糊精4-8份、醋酸酯淀粉2-4份、黄原胶0.3-0.4份、魔芋胶0.2-0.4份、水适量。
2.根据权利要求1所述的适合春夏食用的营养复合米,其特征在于:所述的瓜拉纳提取物由以下方法制备:将瓜拉纳洗净,粉碎置于容器中,加入投料体积30倍的体积浓度为65%乙醇溶液,超声波浸提30分钟后再在45℃水浴条件下浸提6小时,过滤,取滤液浓缩,干燥,即得瓜拉纳提取物。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的适合春夏食用的营养复合米的制备方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
