本发明公开了一种蜜桔果糕的加工方法,是由下述重量份的原料制成:粳米粉80-100、绿豆粉20-30、蜜桔30-50、麦芽糖8-10、卡拉胶3-5、仙鹤草2-3、芦根1-3、连翘2-3、斑竹根2-3、羌活1-3、甜菜8-10、生菜8-10、营养添加剂4-6;本发明提供了一种蜜桔果糕的加工方法,将蜜桔经过加工以蜜桔汁和蜜桔粉的形式加入至糕点中,改变了传统糕点的营养结构,增加了糕点的口味,同时,在原料中加入了芦根、连翘、斑竹根等中药成分,使得本发明产品具有排毒护肝的保健作用。

本发明克服了现有技术中的不足,提供了一种蜜桔果糕的加工方法。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种蜜桔果糕的加工方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
(1)称取以下重量份的原料:粳米粉80-100、绿豆粉20-30、蜜桔30-50、麦芽糖8-10、卡拉胶3-5、仙鹤草2-3、芦根1-3、连翘2-3、斑竹根2-3、羌活1-3、甜菜8-10、生菜8-10、营养添加剂4-6;
所述的营养添加剂是由薏仁油、龟甲粉、虾壳粉按0.01-0.03:2-4:2-4的重量比组成;
(2)将蜜桔洗净后,连皮一起打碎,榨汁,过滤,得蜜桔汁和蜜桔泥;甜菜、生菜洗净后绞碎榨汁,得蔬菜汁和蔬菜泥;将蜜桔泥和蔬菜泥合并,放入烘箱中,在60-70℃下烘干,然后磨碎成粉,待用;
(3)将仙鹤草、芦根、连翘、斑竹根、羌活放入适量水中,加热提取,得提取液;
(4)将蜜桔汁与蔬菜汁合并,然后将麦芽糖和卡拉胶加入其中,搅拌混合,然后将提取液、蔬果粉和粳米粉、绿豆粉、营养添加剂等剩余原料加入其中,充分混合后,用模具压制成型,然后蒸熟,包装,即得。
