绿豆性凉味甘,有清热解毒、止渴消暑、利尿润肤的功效。绿豆粉因其 含有大量蛋白质、B族维生素以及钙、磷、铁等矿物质,故有增白、淡化斑点 的功效。
虽然上述食材或药材具备相应的理疗功能,但市场上并没有相应的产品 将上述食材或药材有效结合,以达到调理五脏的作用。
发明内容
为克服现有技术中没有可广泛应用于大众的调节五脏的食品的问题,本 发明提出一种可调理五脏的糕点及其制备方法,将多种可调理人体五脏器官, 营养价值高,药食兼优的可食用粉,制备成综合调理五脏,具有保健效果和 营养价值,便于携带,食用方便的糕点。
一种可调理五脏的糕点,按重量份原料配比,包括葛粉5份-50份、百合 粉5份-50份、芡实粉5份-50份、藕粉5份-50份、绿豆粉5份-50份。
进一步地,还包括甜味剂0.1份-30份,所述甜味剂为白砂糖、红糖、冰 糖、三氯蔗糖、低聚果糖、麦芽糖醇和甜菊糖苷中的一种或几种。
一种可调理五脏的糕点的制备方法,包含以下步骤:S1,将所述葛粉5份 -50份、百合粉5份-50份、芡实粉5份-50份、藕粉5份-50份、绿豆粉5 份-50份、甜味剂0.1份-30份均匀混合,加水调和搅拌,得到糊液;S2,将 所述糊液过60—100目筛网,蒸制20—50min,得到所述糕点。
进一步地,还包括S2,取出冷却后的所述糕点,置入模具中成型,成型后 取出糕点进行包装。
进一步地,所述原辅料还包括大米粉、糯米粉中的一种或几种。
本发明的有益效果是:提供一种原料获取简便,生产方式简单的糕点, 可便于携带、食用方便且能调节人体五脏功能,可广泛应用于大众消费者, 适用于不同的年龄段的消费人群。
具体实施方式
下面对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描 述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明 中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所 有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
第一实施例,按照下列配比称取原料:葛粉50份、百合粉10份、芡实 粉10份、藕粉5份、绿豆粉5份;量取水20份。
制备过程:将白砂糖与葛粉、百合粉、芡实粉、藕粉、绿豆粉、大米粉、 糯米粉混合均匀,加入水调和搅拌成糊液状,糊液通过60目的筛网去掉未分 散的结团颗粒,而后置于适当的容器内,在沸水锅中蒸制25分钟,取出冷却 后进行揉捏混匀,取适量放入模具中成型,为防止不易脱模,模具中加入少 量的熟糯米粉,从模具中取出后即可包装食用。
第二实施例,按照下列配比称取原料:葛粉5份、百合粉5份、芡实粉5 份、藕粉5份、绿豆粉50份、白砂糖10份;量取水20份。
制备方法:将海藻糖与葛粉、百合粉、芡实粉、藕粉、绿豆粉、大米粉、 糯米粉混合均匀,加入水调和搅拌成糊液状,糊液通过60目的筛网去掉未分 散的结团颗粒,而后置于适当的容器内,在沸水锅中蒸制25分钟,取出冷却 后进行揉捏混匀,取适量放入模具中成型,为防止不易脱模,模具中加入少 量的熟糯米粉,从模具中取出后即可包装食用。
与第一实施例相比,第二实施例的主要差异在于制备原料的种类和比例 不同。
第三实施例,按照下列配比称取原料:葛粉10份、百合粉10份、芡实 粉15份、藕粉10份、绿豆粉10份、大米粉5份、糯米粉10份、白砂糖10 份;量取水20份。
制备方法:将麦芽糖与葛粉、百合粉、芡实粉、藕粉、绿豆粉、大米粉、 糯米粉混合均匀,加入水调和搅拌成糊液状,糊液通过60目的筛网去掉未分 散的结团颗粒,而后置于适当的容器内,在沸水锅中蒸制30分钟,取出冷却 后进行揉捏混匀,取适量放入模具中成型,为防止不易脱模,模具中加入少 量的熟糯米粉,从模具中取出后即可包装食用。
在第一实施例至第三实施例中,均可在模具上抹涂适量的熟糯米粉以防 止糕点黏连模具,同时造成糕点不易脱模。
本发明的目的在于提供一种可调理人体五脏器官的糕点,利用日常生活 中常见的、易取得且营养价值高、药食兼优的可食用粉,通过混匀、加水调 和、蒸熟、揉捏、模具成型、包装即完成可食用糕点的制备。旨在提供一种 原料获取简便,生产方式简单,且便于携带,食用方便的产品。
实验数据
选取10只大鼠,体重随机分组,分为2组,即对照组和样品组,每笼5 只常规饲养。对照组每天喂养饲料50g,样品组喂养第一实施例制备的样品 50g,连续14d。于实验第15天,解剖检查各动物,同时测定主要实体脏器 (心、肝、脾、肺、肾)重量及系数。实验结果如表1所示,

从上述实验数据可以看出,本发明产品可以调理人体五脏器官,特别对 于五脏中的心、肝、肺的调节尤其明显。
尽管已经示出和描述了本发明的实施例,对于本领域的普通技术人员而 言,可以理解在不脱离本发明的原理和精神的情况下可以对这些实施例进行 多种变化、修改、替换和变型,本发明的范围由所附权利要求及其等同物限 定。
Claims (5)
1.一种可调理五脏的糕点,其特征在于,按重量份原料配比,包括葛粉5份-50份、百合粉5份-50份、芡实粉5份-50份、藕粉5份-50份、绿豆粉5份-50份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的葛根糕,其特征在于,还包括甜味剂0.1份-30份,所述甜味剂为白砂糖、红糖、冰糖、三氯蔗糖、低聚果糖、麦芽糖醇和甜菊糖苷中的一种或几种。
3.一种可调理五脏的糕点的制备方法,其特征在于,包含以下步骤:
S1,将所述葛粉5份-50份、百合粉5份-50份、芡实粉5份-50份、藕粉5份-50份、绿豆粉5份-50份、甜味剂0.1份-30份均匀混合,加水调和搅拌,得到糊液;
S2,将所述糊液过60—100目筛网,蒸制20—50min,得到所述糕点。
4.根据权利要求3所述的可调理五脏的糕点的制备方法,其特征在于,还包括S2,取出冷却后的所述糕点,置入模具中成型,成型后取出糕点进行包装。
5.根据权利要求3或4所述的调理五脏的糕点制备方法,其特征在于,所述原辅料还包括大米粉、糯米粉中的一种或几种。
