技术领域

背景技术
在对宽带带宽不断增长的需求的世界上,光学电缆已变为电信网络的主要部分。光学电缆可用非常高的速度向非常远的距离传输声音信号、数据信号及视频信号。光学电信网络的发展允许终端使用者直接连接到光纤。已知为光纤到户(fiber to the home;FTTH)技术的所述网络技术需要将“全光式”通信网络更近地延伸到用户。因此,所述电信网络包括从分配电缆到终端使用者或用户的更大数目的分配点。

发明内容

具体实施方式
在详细描述中公开的实施方式包括用于多层多住户单元(MDU)的光纤分配网络。网络包括本地会聚点(LCP),所述本地会聚点可位于MDU的较低层中,例如地下室。LCP接收馈线电缆,所述馈线电缆将光学通信服务从服务供应商提供到MDU。在每一端上具有多光纤连接器的一或多个预连接化的直立电缆通过LCP光学地连接到馈线电缆。直立电缆从LCP延伸到MDU的一或多个较高分配层。在分配层处,直立电缆由网络接入点接收。在直立电缆与用户房屋之间的连接可在每一分配层处通过系绳电缆从直立电缆分叉。系绳电缆随后可通过在网络接入点处的一或多个入户电缆连接到用户房屋。或者或另外,个别的直立电缆可延伸到分配层。网络接入点可被称为转换箱、光纤分配终端(fiberdistribution terminal;FDT)或插线面板外壳。同样地,在本文中的转换箱的参照应理解为意味FDT或插线面板外壳中的一或两者。
FDT可包括一或多个多光纤到多光纤适配器以提供用于将直立电缆连接到一或多个入户电缆。入户电缆延伸到所述分配层处的用户房屋以将光学通信服务提供到用户。任何直立电缆备用部分可储存在FDT或备用部分外壳中的一或多个中。此外,直立电缆备用部分可储存在放线卷筒上,其中放线卷筒可拆卸地安装在FDT、插线面板外壳或备用部分外壳中。备用部分储存外壳和/或转换箱可位于LCP处或靠近LCP或在分配层处。

现在参考图11、图11A、图11B、图11C、图11D、图11E、图18、图19与图20,图示本地会聚点的实施方式。本地会聚面板具有外壳,所述外壳具有内部。适配器面板将内部分隔为第一部分与第二部分。内部面板可拆卸地安装在第一部分与第二部分中的至少一个部分中的内部中。至少一个光学元件可拆卸地安装到内部面板。光学元件可为分路器模块、接合固定器、路由引导、分叉装置、带扇出体、波分复用器和/或粗波分复用器。
适配器面板包含第一侧与第二侧及连接场。连接场支持多光纤适配器与连接、单一光纤适配器与连接以及直通适配器与连接中的一或多个。或第一侧或第二侧可为馈线侧或分配侧。第一部分或第二部分可支持馈线侧光纤或分配侧光纤。
至少一个枢轴点允许适配器面板摆动以取决于适配器面板的定位提供对第一侧及第二侧的接入。可存在两个枢轴点,一个枢轴点定位于内部的顶部处且一个枢轴点定位于内部的底部处。内部面板可为多个内部面板,其中多个内部面板中的每一个为可互换的。内部面板为平坦面板或成角面板。
进一步地,用于光纤网络的本地会聚点具有外壳,所述外壳具有内部。适配器面板将内部分隔为第一部分与第二部分。第一内部面板可拆卸地安装在第一部分中的内部中且具有至少一个光学元件可拆卸地安装到所述第一内部面板。第二内部面板可拆卸地安装在第二部分中的内部中且具有至少一个光学元件可拆卸地安装到所述第二内部面板。至少一个光学元件可来自包含以下的群组:分路器模块、接合固定器、路由引导、分叉装置、带扇出体、波分复用器及粗波分复用器。至少一个光学元件可为支持任何类型的分路器的分路器模块,如非限制实例,1X2、1X4、1X8、1X16、1X32、1X64等。进一步地,光学元件可为至少五个分路器模块,每一所述分路器模块具有1X32分路器。一些光学元件可为至少10个分路器。
包括一种用于配置本地会聚点的方法。方法包括以下步骤:提供具有内部的外壳,可摆动适配器面板将内部分隔为第一部分与第二部分,将第一内部面板可拆卸地安装到第一部分中;以及将光学元件可拆卸地安装到第一内部面板上。方法也可包括以下步骤:将第二内部面板可拆卸地安装到第二部分中。第一内部面板及第二内部面板为可互换的。

图15为具有适配器模块组件210的FDT229的正面透视图的示意图,所述适配器模块组件210枢转到开口位置。适配器模块组件210具有枢转组件144,所述枢转组件144连接到外壳214的底部。在图15中,枢转组件144图示为摇架支架146及摇架铰链148。然而,枢转组件144可为允许适配器模块组件210枢转的任何的机械的或结构的设计。密封特征结构150允许直立电缆14及入户电缆44进入外壳214而保持FDT229处于环境密封条件下。一或多个应变消除支架152提供用于FDT229中的直立电缆14与入户电缆44的应变消除。
图16及图17图示具有腔室壁232的转换箱230,所述腔室壁232将转换箱的内部分开为干腔室234及湿腔室236。光纤电缆(例如直立电缆14)可进入转换箱230到湿腔室236中。直立电缆14可前载到槽238中。开槽的泡沫密封件240可提供于槽238中。当密封件240提供抵御外来颗粒进入的保护时,所述密封件240可能不提供水密密封。直立电缆14形成到湿腔室中的滴水环240中以使得任何进入转换箱230的水限制到湿腔室236。直立电缆14延伸到光学元件,例如安装在干腔室234中的连接器30、适配器组件34及电缆卷18。
现在参考图18,图示了LCP40外壳72的背部242。安装支架244通过紧固件246附接到背部242,所述紧固件246穿过安装支架244插入到背部242中的安装孔248中。安装支架244具有用于使用安装支架244安装外壳72到结构(未图示)的安装槽250。

Claims (22)
1.一种用于光纤网络的本地会聚点,所述本地会聚点包含:
外壳,所述外壳具有内部;
适配器面板,其中所述适配器面板将所述内部分隔为第一部分与第二部分;
内部面板,所述内部面板可拆卸地安装在所述第一部分与所述第二部分中的至少一个部分中的所述内部中;以及
至少一个光学元件,所述至少一个光学元件可拆卸地安装到所述内部面板。
2.根据权利要求1所述的本地会聚点,其中所述光学元件来自包含以下的群组:分路器模块、接合固定器、路由引导、分叉装置、带扇出体、波分复用器及粗波分复用器。
3.根据权利要求1所述的本地会聚点,其中所述适配器面板包含第一侧与第二侧。
4.根据权利要求3所述的本地会聚点,其中所述适配器面板包含连接场。
5.根据权利要求4所述的本地会聚点,其中所述连接场支持多光纤适配器与连接、单一光纤适配器与连接以及直通适配器与连接中的一或多个。
6.根据权利要求3所述的本地会聚点,其中所述第一侧为馈线侧与分配侧中的一个。
7.根据权利要求3所述的本地会聚点,其中所述第二侧为馈线侧与分配侧中的一个。
8.根据权利要求1所述的本地会聚点,其中所述第一部分与所述第二部分中的一个支持馈线侧光纤。
9.根据权利要求1所述的本地会聚点,其中所述第一部分与所述第二部分中的一个支持分配侧光纤。
10.根据权利要求3所述的本地会聚点,所述本地会聚点进一步包含至少一个枢轴点,其中所述枢轴点允许所述适配器面板摆动以取决于所述适配器面板的定位提供对所述第一侧与所述第二侧中的一个的接入。
11.根据权利要求10所述的本地会聚点,其中所述枢轴点包含两个枢轴点,一个枢轴点定位在所述内部的顶部处,且一个枢轴点定位在所述内部的底部处。
12.根据权利要求1所述的本地会聚点,其中所述内部面板包含多个内部面板。
13.根据权利要求12所述的本地会聚点,其中所述多个内部面板中的每一个为可互换的。
14.根据权利要求1所述的本地会聚点,其中所述内部面板为平坦面板。
15.根据权利要求1所述的本地会聚点,其中所述内部面板为成角面板。
16.一种用于光纤网络的本地会聚点,所述本地会聚点包含:
外壳,所述外壳具有内部;
适配器面板,其中所述适配器面板将所述内部分隔为第一部分与第二部分;
第一内部面板,所述第一内部面板可拆卸地安装在所述第一部分中的所述内部中且具有可拆卸地安装到所述第一内部面板的至少一个光学元件;以及
第二内部面板,所述第二内部面板可拆卸地安装在所述第二部分中的所述内部中且具有可拆卸地安装到所述第二内部面板的至少一个光学元件。
17.根据权利要求16所述的本地会聚点,其中所述至少一个光学元件来自包含以下的群组:分路器模块、接合固定器、路由引导、分叉装置、带扇出体、波分复用器及粗波分复用器。
18.根据权利要求16所述的本地会聚点,其中所述至少一个光学元件为具有1X2、1X4、1X8、1X16、1X32及1X64分路器中的一个的分路器模块。
19.根据权利要求18所述的本地会聚点,其中具有1X32分路器的所述分路器模块包含至少五个分路器模块,每一所述分路器模块具有1X32分路器。
20.一种用于配置本地会聚点的方法,所述方法包含以下步骤:
提供具有内部的外壳,可摆动适配器面板将所述内部分隔为第一部分与第二部分;
可拆卸地将第一内部面板安装到所述第一部分中;以及
可拆卸地将光学元件安装到所述第一内部面板上。
21.根据权利要求20所述的方法,所述方法进一步包含以下步骤:将第二内部面板可拆卸地安装到所述第二部分中。
22.根据权利要求21所述的方法,其中所述第一内部面板及所述第二内部面板为可互换的。
