Abstract
本发明涉及抗菌溶胶-凝胶镀液、抗菌溶胶-凝胶镀液的制法、抗菌制品以及抗菌制品的制法与设备。所述抗菌溶胶-凝胶镀液包括a.可水解反应形成基础膜的至少一种选自含钛和含硅化合物的物质;b.可控制含钛或含硅化合物的水解反应速度的调节剂;c.有机溶剂;d.水;e.至少一种抗菌金属的可溶解的化合物,所述抗菌金属选自银、铜、镁、锌、锡、铁、钴、镍和铈;其中a、b和一部分c中的物质首先形成溶液I,然后将其余的c和d形成混合液并加入到溶液I中,形成分散系II,然后再将e加入到分散系II中,形成抗菌溶胶-凝胶镀液。
