Abstract
Η παρούσα εφεύρεση αφορά μέθοδο ανάπτυξης ενός καινοτόμου νανοεπικαλυπτικού αντιρρυπαντικού συστήματος με αντιμικροβιακή δράση, για στερεές επιφάνειες. Το σύστημα προσφέρει αντιστατικές ιδιότητες, ιδιότητες εύκολου καθαρισμού και χαρακτηριστικά ενεργής και παθητικής αντιμικροβιακής προστασίας. Αναπτύσσεται σε δύο στάδια. Στο πρώτο, λαμβάνει χώρα η χημικο-μηχανική ενεργοποίηση του υποστρώματος, μέσω ενός υδατικού διαλύματος που απολυμαίνει και ταυτόχρονα επικαλύπτει το υπόστρωμα με μια τριδιάστατη υδρόφιλη πυριτική δομή που περιέχει λειτουργικές ομάδες ικανές να προσδεθούν ομοιοπολικά στην επικάλυψη, εξασφαλίζοντας σταθερή πρόσδεση της τελευταίας σε οποιαδήποτε επιφάνεια. Στο δεύτερο στάδιο λαμβάνει χώρα η επικάλυψη του ενεργοποιημένου υποστρώματος με ένα υδατικό διάλυμα μιας τροποποιημένης πυριτικής δομής, βασισμένης σε κατιονικά παράγωγα οργανοσιλανίων με τεταρτοταγή άλατα αμμωνίου και επιφανειοδραστικές ουσίες που λειτουργούν συνεργιστικά με τα πρώτα. Τα δύο στρώματα υφίστανται σε συνήθεις συνθήκες ταυτόχρονη σκλήρυνση με αποτέλεσμα να σχηματίζεται μόνιμος υπέρλεπτος αντιρρυπαντικός υμένας με τριδιάστατη αντιμικροβιακή δράση.
