Claims (13)
1. Обрабатывающий раствор на водной основе для химической конверсионной обработки стального листа или стального листа с металлопокрытием, где указанный обрабатывающий раствор на водной основе включает: органическую смолу, содержащую фторполимер и акриловую смолу, соединение циркония, и по меньшей мере один промотор связывания, выбранный из группы, состоящей из диметиладипата, диэтиладипата, дибутиладипата и диэтилфталата.
2. Обрабатывающий раствор на водной основе по п. 1, в котором фторполимер содержит 8 масс.% или более атомов фтора относительно общей массы фторполимера.
3. Обрабатывающий раствор на водной основе по п. 1 или 2, в котором содержание соединения циркония составляет 2 г/л или более в пересчете на металл.
4. Обрабатывающий раствор на водной основе по любому из пп. 1-3, в котором содержание промотора связывания составляет 0,5 г/л или более и 50 г/л или менее.
5. Обрабатывающий раствор на водной основе по любому из пп. 1-4, дополнительно содержащий травильный агент, выбранный из группы, состоящей из фосфорной кислоты и фосфата, и аммиака и соли аммония.
6. Обрабатывающий раствор на водной основе по п. 5, в котором травильный агент содержит как фосфорную кислоту или фосфат, так и аммиак или соль аммония.
7. Обрабатывающий раствор на водной основе по п. 6, в котором содержание фосфорной кислоты или фосфата составляет 1 г/л или более в пересчете на фосфат-анион (PO43-), и содержание аммиака или соли аммония составляет 1 г/л или более в пересчете на четвертичный аммониевый катион (NH4+).
8. Обрабатывающий раствор на водной основе по любому из пп. 1-7, в котором содержание твердого вещества составляет 20% или более.
9. Обрабатывающий раствор на водной основе по любому из пп. 1-8, имеющий рН 7,0 или более и 9,5 или менее.
10. Способ химической конверсионной обработки стального листа или стального листа с металлопокрытием, включающий нанесение обрабатывающего раствора на водной основе по любому из пп. 1-9 на поверхность стального листа или стального листа с металлопокрытием.
11. Способ химической конверсионной обработки по п. 10, в котором обрабатывающий раствор на водной основе наносят на обнаженную область основного стального листа у стального листа с металлопокрытием.
12. Стальной лист, подвергнутый химической конверсионной обработке, содержащий стальной лист или стальной лист с металлопокрытием и химическую конверсионную пленку, сформированную на поверхности указанного стального листа или стального листа с металлопокрытием, где указанная химическая конверсионная пленка включает органическую смолу, содержащую фторполимер и акриловую смолу; соединение циркония, и по меньшей мере один промотор связывания, выбранный из группы, состоящей из диметиладипата, диэтиладипата, дибутиладипата и диэтилфталата.
13. Стальной лист, подвергнутый химической конверсионной обработке по п.12, в котором указанная химическая конверсионная пленка сформирована на обнаженной области основного стального листа у стального листа с металлопокрытием.
