为了适应这样的金额确定,以及为了防止费用的漏收,提出了一种在FAX发送中发生了错误时,取消计费的FAX服务提供系统,并已经投入使用(例如,参照日本特开2002-9999号公报、特开2004-145765号公报)。 
但是,在以特开2002-9999号公报、特开2004-145765号公报所记载的技术为代表的以往的FAX服务提供系统中,由于在发生通信错误时进行退款,所以,用户必须至少到完成发送为止,观察是否有通信错误的发生,不能离开FAX发送装置的设置场所。 
特别是,在进行大量FAX发送的情况下,在完成了原稿的读取后,无论是否取走原稿,在确定费用的FAX发送完成时之前,用户不能离开FAX发送装置的设置场所。 
这样的问题并不限于通常的FAX发送时,在原稿扫描后的电子邮件发送和FTP(文件转送协议)发送、以及互联网FAX发送时和IP(互联网协议)FAX发送等时候,也同样存在。 
本发明就是鉴于如上所述的实际状况而提出的,其目的是提供一种数据发送系统、该数据发送系统中包含的数据发送装置、该系统中包含的管理服务器装置、以及使用了该系统的数据发送方法,在数据发送装置征收等价计费来进行数据发送时,与有无发生伴随的通信错误的退款无关,用户可以在数据发送完成之前离开该场所。

具体实施方式
本发明的数据发送系统(以下称为本系统)是具备了数据发送装置的系统,该数据发送装置具有发送数据的数据发送部、和收取(征收)利用数据发送部进行数据发送的等价费用的等价费用收取部,该系统是用于向用户提供发送所希望的数据的服务的计费系统。该数据发送装置具有检测(判定)数据发送部的数据发送时的通信错误的错误检测部。 
而且,本系统的主要特征是,在数据发送装置中设有在通信错误发生时用于输入通知地址的通知地址输入部,并且具有退款信息发送部,该退款信息发送部,在由错误检测部检测出通信错误时,向由通知地址输入部所输入的通知地址发送用于退还发生了通信错误的数据发送的等价费用的退款信息。该退款信息发送部,如以下例示的那样,可以进行分散安装,经由网络使数据发送装置和后述的管理服务器装置相互配合来执行退款信息的发送,也可以安装在数据发送装置中。 
本系统根据这样的特征,用户在便利店等商店中支付等价费用进行 了数据发送时,能够不等到发送结束(与有无发生伴随通信错误的退款无关)离开该场所。例如,在完成了原稿的读取后,到把原稿拿开的状态时,用户可无须考虑有无退款(即有无通信错误),离开数据发送装置的设置场所。特别是适用于利用FAX发送等进行大量原稿的数据发送的情况。 
不需要等待发送结束即可的理由是,因为即使在数据发送中发生了错误的情况下,退款信息也将被通知给用户指定的通知地址。从用户的角度来讲,由于能够把该退款信息提示给该商店或其连锁商店,或者能够利用后述的使用该退款信息的结算方法获得退款,所以是放心的。 
作为数据发送部,列举了对由用户所载置的原稿进行光学读取(扫描)而获得的图像数据通过电话线路或ISDN(Integrated ServicesDigital Network)线路等进行FAX发送的FAX发送部,进行以下的说明。作为FAX发送的替代方式,例如有对原稿扫描后的图像数据同样可应用FTP发送、电子邮件发送(所谓互联网FAX发送)、IP(互联网协议)FAX发送等。并且,对于例如从USB(Universal Serial Bus)存储器等任意存储介质中读出的文档文件等文件,也同样可应用电子邮件发送、FTP发送等。 
另外,作为数据发送装置,举例除了FAX发送功能以外还具备打印功能和扫描功能等其他功能的复合机(MFP),在以下进行说明,但也适用于例如FAX装置等其他装置。 
用户通过通知地址输入部输入的通知地址,优选是电子邮件地址。此时,退款信息发送部把退款信息用电子邮件发送到该用户指定的地址。由此,在移动电话机、移动信息终端(PDA)等移动终端或个人计算机(PC)等用户所使用的设备中,能够接收到包含有退款信息的邮件。其中,在以下的说明中,作为用户所使用的设备,以移动终端为例进行说明。以下,作为通知地址,以电子邮件地址为例进行说明,但也可以采用例如用户住宅的FAX号等其他通知地址。 
并且,退款信息虽然是用于进行等价费用的退款的信息,但作为用于直接退款的金额信息也可以是用于间接退款的再发送用票据的信息 等,关于这一点将在下面进行说明。另外,退款信息发送部最好把退款信息作为条形码等一维码或QR码等二维码发送给通知地址。另外,即使不是作为一维或二维码发送的方式,通过在该通知地址的设备侧安装码生成程序,同样可在设备中获得该码。这里,通知地址的设备是指接收用户指定的地址的电子邮件的设备。下面,列举以QR码的形式向通知地址发送退款信息的示例进行说明,但也可以是其他种类的信息。 
图1是表示本发明的一实施方式的FAX发送系统的一个构成例的图,图中,1是设置在商店A中的MFP,2是设置在商店A中的结算装置,3是管理服务器装置(以下简称服务器),4是设置在与商店A同系列的商店B中的MFP,5是设置在商店B中的结算装置。在图1中,MFP1、4被设置在便利店等连锁商店中,在各个商店中设有结算装置2、5。 
图1中举例表示的MFP1具有:控制MFP1整体的控制部10、以及等价费用收取部(等价费用征收部)11、FAX收发部12、显示/操作面板13、扫描部14、打印部15、与移动终端之间的通信I/F16、以及网络接口(I/F)17。另外,MFP4采用与MFP1相同的结构。 
控制部10具有后述的FAX发送错误检测部(FAX发送错误判定部)10a、通知地址输入部10b、发送信息发送处理部10c、QR码打印处理部10d、和错误邮件打印处理部10e,该控制部10还进行包括本发明的通信错误时的控制的FAX发送控制。 
例如,控制部10,具有CPU、作为程序存储区域的ROM、作为工作区域的RAM等硬件,把用于使该硬件实现控制部10的功能(包括各部10a~10e的功能)的规定的控制程序预先储存在ROM和硬盘中,由此,CPU通过把被储存在ROM等中的规定的控制程序读出到RAM中,并执行,可实现包括各部10a~10e的功能的控制部10的功能。该规定的控制程序成为MFP1用的固件。 
结算装置2具有控制部20、QR码读取部21、以及网络I/F22。另外,结算装置4也采用与结算装置2相同的结构。控制部20控制结算装置2的整体。控制部20包括具有后述的退款可否确认部20b和退款 完成通知部20c的结算处理部20a,进行本发明的通信错误发生时的结算处理(退款处理)的控制。 
例如,控制部20也可以与MFP1的控制部10同样,具有CPU、ROM、RAM等硬件,把用于使该硬件实现控制部20的功能(包括结算处理部20a的功能)的规定的控制程序预先储存在ROM和硬盘中,由此,CPU通过把被储存在ROM等中的规定的控制程序读出到RAM中,并执行,可实现包括结算处理部20a的功能的控制部20的功能。该规定的控制程序成为结算装置2用的固件。 
另外,结算装置2可以由设置在商店中的现金出纳装置构成,首先说明这样的结构例,但如后述那样,也可以是组装在MFP1中的结构。在由现金出纳装置构成结算装置2的例子中,假设结算装置2与服务器3连接,并被设置在MFP1附近。 
服务器3具有控制服务器3整体的控制部30、以及存储部31、和网络I/F32。为了进行本发明的通信错误时的控制,控制部30具有:后述的发送信息接收处理部30a、错误邮件生成部30b、错误邮件发送处理部30c、打印数据(印字数据)生成部30d、打印数据发送处理部30e、结算要否判定部30f、以及退款管理部30g。 
控制部30可以由计算机和被安装在计算机中的用于实现控制部30的功能的服务器程序构成。例如,也可以具有CPU、ROM、RAM、硬盘等硬件,把用于使该硬件实现控制部30的功能(包括各部30a~30g的功能)的规定的控制程序(服务器程序)预先储存在ROM和构成存储部31的硬盘中。由此,CPU通过把被储存在ROM等中的规定的服务器程序读出到RAM中,并执行,可实现包括各部30a~30g的功能的控制部30的功能。 
服务器3是用于管理连锁商店(这里是商店A、B)的FAX发送错误时的退款的商店管理服务器,例如,也可以组装在管理商店的会计处理等的服务器中。另外,优选把服务器3设置在能够统一管理多个商店的场所。对此,在把服务器3设置在各个商店内的情况下,通过把这些与网络连接,共享退款信息等,用户可以在信息共享的任意商店,接受 基于后述的结算处理的退款。 
下面,对具有上述结构的本系统中的各部的详细进行说明。 
FAX收发部12根据用户的指示进行用户指定的原稿的FAX发送(或FAX接收)。另外,关于这里说明的FAX收发的路径,是通过电话线路的路径(未图示),与通过网络I/F17的路径不同。在FAX发送时,发送由扫描仪14读取的图像数据,在FAX接收时,指示打印部15进行接收的FAX数据的打印。 
扫描仪14是在FAX发送时和其他处理时光学读取原稿,生成图像数据的装置。打印部15根据FAX收发部12的打印指示和其他打印指示执行打印。 
等价费用收取部11可以由例如与MFP1连接的货币输入输出装置构成。此时,只要控制FAX收发部12,能够从货币输入输出装置收取投入金额,并对投入金额进行交费处理即可。虽未图示,但货币输入输出装置由货币投入口、货币识别部、零钱计算部、退款处理部、和退款口等构成,其输入货币(硬币或纸币),在输入的金额超过了FAX收发部12中的FAX发送(或FAX接收)的等价费用时,输出找零货币。另外,该货币输入输出装置被称为金钱投入机或货币投入机、以及投币式自动售货机等。 
上述的通知地址输入部可以由下述的通知地址输入处理部10b、显示/操作面板13、与移动终端之间的通信I/F16、网络I/F17的任意一个构成。通知地址输入处理部10b在执行FAX发送之前,进行设定错误邮件发送地址的处理。通过使用与移动终端之间的通信I/F16和网络I/F17,可省略在MFP1上的输入通知地址的操作。 
显示/操作面板13由操作部和显示部构成,其除了进行通知地址的输入以外,还进行FAX发送中必要的发送对方地址(对方地址)的输入等发送设定。显示/操作面板13可以由硬件按键和显示部构成,也可以由触摸屏构成,并且也可以只用软件按键或软件按键和硬件按键构成操作部。在使用显示/操作面板13进行通知地址输入的情况下,通知地 址输入处理部10b通过把输入通知地址的画面显示在显示/操作部13上,来提醒输入通知地址,接收用户指定的通知地址。 
与移动终端之间的通信I/F16由例如红外线通信I/F或其他无线通信I/F等构成,接收来自移动终端的利用通信输入的通知地址。在使用通信I/F16进行通知地址输入时,通知地址输入部10b通过通信I/F16建立与移动终端之间的通信,取得用户指定的所希望的通知地址(通常是该移动终端的电子邮件地址)。另外,也可以取代该通信I/F16,而在移动终端侧采用针对可写入的移动型存储介质的读取装置。 
网络I/F17是用于通过LAN或WAN等网络进行通信的I/F。在使用网络I/F17进行通知地址输入的情况下,通知地址输入处理部10b通过网络I/F17获得从用户在住宅中使用的PC等发送来的用户所希望的通知地址。在这种情况下,为了应对多个用户把通知地址发送到MFP1,也可以使用户在显示/操作面板13上选择已经发送的通知地址。 
FAX发送错误检测部10a在FAX收发部12的FAX发送过程中识别因发送对方地址关机而未做出响应等通信错误,执行这样一般的FAX发送错误的判定。 
上述的退款信息发送部可以由下面说明的MFP1侧的发送信息发送部、服务器3侧的发送信息接收部和发送部构成。发送信息发送部例如可以由发送信息发送处理部10c和网络I/F17构成。另外,发送信息接收部例如可以由发送信息接收处理部30a、存储部31、和网络I/F32构成,发送部例如可以由错误邮件生成部30b、错误邮件发送处理部30c、存储部31、和网络I/F32构成。 
发送信息发送处理部10c在FAX发送错误检测部10a检测出通信错误时,通过网络I/F17向服务器3发送包含被输入的通知地址(在本例中是用户指定的移动终端的邮件地址)和等价费用收取部11收取的FAX发送的等价费用的发送信息。作为等价费用收取部11收取的数据发送的等价费用,例如是金额本身的信息、或在决定了1张的单价的情况下,是未能发送的张数的信息。这里,作为未能发送的张数,即使在发送了一部分的情况下,也可以把全部张数作为信息发送。另外,作为 发送信息,也可以包含失败的发送所花费的时间等的信息。 
在上述的发送信息接收部中,发送信息接收处理部30a通过网络I/F32接收从MFP1和MFP4发送来的发送信息,作为错误信息31a,例如与确定发生了错误的MFP的信息等一同储存在存储部31中。 
在上述的发送部中,向由发送信息接收处理部30a接收的发送信息中包含的通知地址,发送用于退还发生了该通信错误的数据发送的等价费用的QR码。更具体是,首先,错误邮件生成部30b读出存储部31中的错误信息31a,生成包含QR码的错误通知用电子邮件(错误邮件)。然后,错误邮件发送处理部30c通过网络I/F32,向错误信息31a中包含的地址发送该错误邮件。另外,该错误邮件中,也可以不仅记录QR码,而且还可以记录用于描述发生了通信错误的情况和该QR码能够在退款中使用等固定格式字符等。 
另一方面,用户在利用移动终端接收从服务器3发送来的通知(即包含QR码的错误邮件)时,使用该QR码进行退款处理。为了执行使用了QR码的退款处理,也可以在结算装置2中具备后述的退款信息输入部和结算部。如上述那样,首先,以结算装置2是现金出纳装置为前提,进行各个部分的说明。 
退款信息输入部输入发送来的QR码或包含该码的信息,结算部对由退款信息输入部输入的QR码所表示的金额进行结算处理。在图1的例中,退款信息输入部例如由QR码读取部21构成,结算部例如由结算处理部20a构成。 
QR码读取部21对用户打印的QR码图像或包含该QR码的信息的图像进行光学读取,解析QR码,抽出表示该QR码的信息,然后提供给结算处理部20a。QR码读取部21也可以通过把其他商品的条形码读取装置进行2维改良来实现。为了能够进行该输入,用户需要首先把QR码显示在移动终端中,或者打印出来。而且,在QR码读取部21中,另外还可以从移动终端直接或经由MFP1把QR码转送到结算装置2来进行输入。 
移动终端中的显示只要读出错误邮件进行显示即可,通过把QR码部分覆盖在QR码读取部21,就能够进行读取。另外,打印可以在用户住宅中利用打印机来执行,也可以利用MFP1来执行。为了进行利用MFP1的打印,只要在设置打印部15的基础上,在MFP1中设置扫描仪14即可,移动终端中,只要在显示了QR码的状态下进行扫描即可。或者,也可以在MFP1中设置打印部15、与移动终端之间的通信I/F16、和错误邮件打印处理部10e,由错误邮件打印处理部10e经由通信I/F16接收存在于用户的移动终端中的邮件,使打印部15进行打印该邮件的处理。 
结算处理部20a中的实际退款本身也可以通过现金出纳装置所具有的金额显示部和货币匣等(未图示)来进行,例如,店员在确认金额显示部所显示的金额的同时,打开货币匣,把金额交给用户即可。 
另外,结算装置2为了防止对伪造的QR码进行退款,希望确认QR码是否是正当的QR码。为此,结算处理部20a可以具有在服务器3中进行QR码的确认的退款可否确认部20b。而且,为了向退款可否确认部20b做出响应,在服务器3侧可以具有退款管理部30g和确认结果返回部(作为结算要否判定部30f举例说明)。 
退款可否确认部20b通过网络I/F22向服务器3发送进行由QR码读取部21输入的QR码是否是应执行退款的信息确认的确认请求(以及进行QR码所示金额确认的确认请求),并获得其结果。这里,退款可否确认部20b也可以把QR码本身发送给服务器3,也可以从QR码抽出其所表示的信息,然后发送确认请求。结算处理部20a可以根据退款可否确认部20b获得的结果,只在应执行退款时执行结算处理。 
服务器3侧的退款管理部30g根据由发送信息接收处理部30a接收的发送信息和退款可否确认部20b的确认请求中包含的QR码,管理未完成退款的QR码。 
例如,首先,在发送信息接收处理部30a中储存了错误信息31a时,退款管理部30g在存储部31中,与该错误信息31a相关地储存有是否完成了该结算的结算信息31b。此时储存的信息成为对新的错误信息 31a的结算信息31b,为表示未结算的信息。另一方面,退款可否确认部20b的确认请求中包含的QR码在进行了确认时为退款完成。因此,在确认请求时检索结算信息31b,确认请求中包含的QR码如果是作为未结算而储存在结算信息31b中,则可以把其改写成结算完成、或消去该结算信息31b本身。 
另外,在结算装置2的结算处理部20a中也可以具有退款完成通知部20c。退款完成通知部20c对于通过结算处理部20a完成了结算处理的退款信息,把退款完成通知经由网络I/F22发送给服务器3。而且,也可以由服务器3侧的退款管理部30g接收由退款完成通知部20c发送来的退款完成通知,取代发送信息和确认请求中包含的QR码,而根据发送信息和退款完成通知,管理未完成退款的QR码。例如,在接受到退款完成通知的时刻,服务器3检索结算信息31b将与该通知关联的结算信息31b改写为结算结束、或消除该结算信息31b本身。 
结算要否判定部30f,根据退款可否确认部20b的确认请求中所包含的QR码是否为退款管理部30g中所管理的退款未完成的QR码,来进行是否为应执行退款的信息的确认,并将该结果返回到结算装置2。更详细地说,结算要否判断部30f,读出与确认请求对应的结算信息31b确认是否未结算,并将该结果发送到结算装置2。另外,结算要否判定部30f,在也要求确认QP码所表示的金额的情况下,进行该金额的确认,并将结果一并返回到结算装置2。例如,在发送来完全没有关系的QR码和其他连锁商店所使用的QR码等的情况下,由于不存在结算信息31b,所以不可以退款,可以进行返回例如0元等的信息、或表示没有对应的结算信息的信息。 
通过具有退款可否确认部20b、退款管理部30g、和结算要否判定部30f,在MFP1或与其连接的结算装置2中,没有必要保存因MFP1的通信错误而产生的QR码的信息,而且即使在输入了起因于MFP4等MFP1以外的MFP的通信错误而产生的QR码的情况下,结算处理部20a也能够进行结算处理。 
另外,以用户通常用邮件地址指定QR码,进行FAX发送的情况为 前提进行了说明,但最好是也能够应对用户不希望向移动终端发送错误邮件的情况。为此,在错误发生时希望当时能够打印出QR码。更具体是,在MFP1中可以具有以下说明的QR码打印处理部10d。 
QR码打印处理部10d,在设定为用户不希望发送错误邮件而在现场等待发送结束的情况下,在FAX发送错误检测部10a检测出通信错误时,经由网络I/F17向服务器3发送发生了通信错误的张数(应进行退款的张数)的信息或等价费用的信息,请求与该通信错误对应的QR码。在服务器3侧,可以具有打印数据生成部30d和打印数据发送处理部30e。该打印数据生成部30d根据从MFP1发送来的信息,生成包含QR码的打印数据,打印数据发送处理部30e经由网络I/F32,把该打印数据发送给MFP1。QR码打印处理部10d取得该QR码,在打印部15中进行打印。用户通过把通过打印部15打印出的QR码带到结算装置2,请求退款。 
一并参照图2~图12,对上述的系统结构中的处理的一例进行简单说明。图2和图3是用于说明图1的系统中的MFP执行的FAX发送处理的一例的一系列的流程图,图4是用于说明图1的系统中的服务器侧的处理的一例的流程图。另外,图5和图6是表示在图2的处理中,显示在MFP的显示/操作面板上的用户界面(UI)的一例的图。图7是表示在图3的处理中,在用户位于MFP前面的状态下,发生了通信错误时,显示在MFP的显示/操作面板上的UI的一例的图。图8是表示在图4的处理中,从服务器发送到用户的移动终端中的错误邮件的一例的图。另外,图9是表示由图1的系统中的服务器所管理的错误信息以及结算信息的一例的图。 
首先,在MFP1中,控制部10判定有无FAX发送请求(步骤S1),同时判定在等价费用收取部11中是否有了等价费用的收取(步骤S2)。只有在步骤S2中有了等价费用收取的情况下,才继续执行以下的处理。另外,步骤S1、S2的顺序可以是任意的。 
然后,通知地址输入处理部10b把用图5的UI41所例示的向用户询问是否需要进行发送错误的邮件通知的画面,显示在显示/操作面板 13上(步骤S3)。通知地址输入处理部10b受理用户的要否选择,在用户选择了需要进行邮件通知的情况下(步骤S4中为是的情况下),在显示/操作面板13上显示图6的UI42所示的邮件地址输入画面,接受通知用邮件地址(步骤S5)。在步骤S4为否的情况下,以及在步骤S5的处理后,扫描仪14开始进行发送原稿的扫描,FAX收发部12执行扫描后的图像数据的发送(步骤S6)。 
在步骤S6的FAX发送中,FAX发送错误检测部10a监视是否发生了发送错误(通信错误)(步骤S11),在步骤S11中检测出错误发生的情况下,读出步骤S4的设定结果,判定是否是需要进行邮件通知的设定(步骤S12)。在S12判定为是需要进行邮件通知的设定的情况下,发送信息发送处理部10c经由网络I/F17把发送信息(邮件地址和FAX发送的等价费用信息)通知给服务器3,进行邮件发送请求(步骤S13)。在步骤S13之后,FAX收发部12执行FAX发送的中止处理(步骤S14),结束FAX发送处理。 
在步骤S12中设定为不需要进行邮件通知的情况下,控制部10在显示/操作面板13上显示图7的UI43所示的错误通知画面(步骤S15)。在UI43中用户按下了OK时等适当的时刻,QR码打印处理部10d向服务器3通知等价费用信息,进行QR码发送请求(步骤S16),等待来自服务器3的QR码的返回(步骤S17)。当经由网络I/F17从服务器3接收到QR码时(步骤S17中的是),QR码打印处理部10d通过打印部15打印该QR码(步骤S18)。在步骤S16~S18中处理的QR码,可以是附加了固定格式字符的码(例如与图8所示的错误邮件相同的内容),也可以仅是QR码。在步骤S18之后,FAX收发部12执行FAX发送的中止处理(步骤S14),结束FAX发送处理。 
另一方面,在步骤S11中未检测出错误的情况下,FAX收发部12判定是否完成了该发送(步骤S19),在完成了发送时,删除不要的通知地址的邮件地址(步骤S20),结束处理。优选,MFP1具有通知地址消去部,该通知地址消去部,在如步骤S20那样,在FAX发送错误检测部10a未检测到通信错误,而完成了FAX发送的情况下,自动消去由通知地址输入处理部10b输入的通知地址。 
希望该通知地址消去部,在FAX发送错误检测部10a检测到通信错误后,在从服务器3发送来包含QR码的错误邮件时,也自动消去由通知地址输入处理部10b输入的通知地址。当然,也可以在步骤S13的发送了邮件发送请求时,认为发送了错误邮件,进行通知地址的消去。 
在服务器3侧,发送信息接收处理部30a等待邮件发送请求QR码发送请求的接收(步骤S21、S25)。在发送信息接收处理部30a接收到步骤S13的邮件发送请求的情况下(步骤S21中为是的情况),把接收的发送信息作为错误信息31a储存在存储部31中,错误邮件生成部30b根据错误信息31a,生成包含QR码的错误邮件(步骤S22)。这里生成的错误邮件可以是图8的错误邮件44那样的内容,其中至少包含与退款金额对应的QR码。作为储存的错误信息31a,如图9的数据45所示那样,是包含发生了通信错误的FAX发送的等价费用、和发送者指定的通知地址的邮件地址的信息。 
接下来,错误邮件发送处理部30c把该错误邮件经由网络I/F32发送到错误信息31a中包含的通知地址的邮件地址(步骤S23)。然后,把结算信息31b(此时是表示未结算的情况的未结算信息)和与邮件发送对应的错误信息31a建立相关,储存到存储部31中(步骤S24),结束处理。在步骤S24中,作为结算信息31b的一部分,还相关地储存有与在步骤S22生成的QR码有关的信息。由此,能够响应来自结算装置2(或MFP1)的确认请求。 
另外,在发送信息接收处理部30a接收到步骤S16的QR码发送请求时(步骤S25中为是时),把接收的等价费用信息作为错误信息31a储存到存储部31中,打印数据生成部30d根据等价费用信息生成至少包含QR码的打印数据(步骤S26)。该打印数据是用于在MFP1侧打印QR码的印字数据。然后,打印数据发送处理部30f经由网络I/F32把该打印数据返回MFP1(步骤S27)。步骤S27之后,执行步骤S24的处理。 
通过步骤S23的处理,用户可接收包含QR码的错误邮件,用户利用MFP1等进行该错误邮件的打印操作。图10是用于说明图1的系统 中的MFP执行的、打印从移动终端获取的邮件的处理例的流程图。这里,作为一例,参照图10对用户利用MFP1进行了打印操作时的打印处理进行说明。 
首先,用户使用移动终端通过移动终端内的通信I/F和MFP1的通信I/F16建立与MFP1之间的通信,然后向MFP1发送错误邮件的打印请求,由此来进行打印操作。在MFP1中,错误邮件打印处理部10e等待来自移动终端的打印请求(步骤S31),在接收到打印请求时,接收成为对象的错误邮件(步骤S32)。然后,错误邮件打印处理部10e使打印部15进行打印该邮件的处理,打印部15生成其打印数据(步骤S33),执行打印(S34)。 
通过步骤S34的打印处理或步骤S27的返回处理,打印出QR码。下面,参照图11和图12,对使用了该QR码的退款处理(结算处理)进行简单说明。图11是用于说明图1的系统中的结算装置所执行的结算处理的一例的流程图,图12是用于说明响应图11的结算处理,在服务器侧执行的确认处理的一例的流程图。 
结算处理通过用户把打印的QR码(或者是包含该码的信息)提交给店员而开始。店员利用结算装置2(在本例中是现金出纳装置)的QR码读取部21读取该QR码。结算装置2的结算处理部20a监视QR码的读取(步骤S41),在检测到读取时,把该QR码(或表示该码的信息)发送给服务器3(步骤S42)。该发送,主要目的是进行QR码的确认,由退款可否确认部20b执行。 
在服务器3侧,结算要否判定部30f监视QR码的接收(步骤S51),在接收到时,参照结算信息31b判定是否需要结算(步骤S52)。在判定的结果是需要结算的情况下(步骤S53中为是的情况),结算要否判定部30f把结算额通知给结算装置2(步骤S54)。另一方面,在不需要结算的情况下(步骤S53中为否的情况),把不需要结算的信息通知给结算装置2(步骤S57),结束处理。 
结算装置2的退款可否确认部20b等待步骤S54或步骤S57的通知,判定该通知是表示不需要结算的通知、还是表示需要结算的通知(步骤 S43)。在前者的情况下,退款可否确认部20b进行表示不能结算或不存在对应的结算信息的显示,告知用户(步骤S46)。 
而在接收到需要结算的返回信息的情况下,结算处理部20a执行结算处理(步骤S44)。该结算处理是显示返回的结算额的处理等,店员只要向用户退还该结算额即可。并且,退款完成通知部20c对在步骤S44完成了结算处理的QR码,经由网络I/F22,向服务器3发送退款完成通知(步骤S45),然后结束处理。 
在服务器3侧,在步骤S54之后,退款管理部30g等待该退款完成通知(步骤S55),在接收到退款完成通知时,把对应的结算信息31b改写成结算完成、或者消去(步骤S56)。另外,也可以如上述那样,在步骤S53中判定为需要结算时,执行结算信息31b的改写或消去。 
以上,以结算装置2是现金出纳装置为前提进行了说明,下面,对把结算装置2安装在MFP1中的结构例进行说明。另外,为了简化说明,这里,只说明与结算装置2是现金出纳装置时的不同点。 
首先,上述的退款信息输入部不具备QR码读取部21,可以用MFP1中具备的扫描仪14等图像读取部来代替。扫描仪14可以对打印了QR码的用纸的图像进行光学读取,然后转送给同一MFP1中具备的结算处理部20a。 
另外,等价费用收取部11虽然同样可由货币输入输出装置构成,但结算处理部20a可以具有使用该货币输入输出装置来输出QR码所示金额的货币的退款部。由此,不需要使用商店内的现金出纳装置进行退款处理,减轻了店员的负担。作为替代方案,结算处理部20a也可以向与MFP1连接,且被设置在其附近的现金出纳装置,发送进行QR码所示金额的结算处理的指示。 
下面,参照图13、图14A和图14B,说明不使用服务器而能够由MFP单独进行处理的系统构成例。图13是表示本发明的其他实施方式的FAX发送系统的一个构成例的图,图中,6是设置在商店A中的MFP、7是设置在商店A中的结算装置。另外,图14A和图14B是用于说明 图13的系统中的MFP所执行的FAX发送处理的一例的流程图。 
在图13所示的构成例中,上述的退款信息发送部不是由图1的MFP1侧的发送信息发送部和服务器3侧的发送信息接收部和发送部构成,而是如图13所示那样,在MFP6自身全都具备。即,MFP6具有控制MFP6整体的控制部60,并且具有等价费用收取部(等价费用征收部)61、FAX收发部62、显示/操作面板63、扫描仪64、打印部65、与移动终端之间的通信I/F66、以及网络I/F67。MFP6主要是其控制部60与MFP1不同。控制部60,具有FAX发送错误检测部60a、通知地址输入处理部60b、错误邮件生成部60c、错误邮件发送处理部60d、以及错误邮件打印处理部60e,并且进行包括本发明的通信错误时的控制的FAX发送控制。 
FAX发送错误检测部60a、通知地址输入处理部60b分别与FAX发送错误检测部10a、通知地址输入处理部10b相同。在本构成例中,退款信息发送部例如可由错误邮件生成部60c、和错误邮件发送处理部60d。错误邮件生成部60c在FAX发送错误检测部60a检测出通信错误时,根据发生了该通信错误的FAX发送的等价费用,与图1的错误邮件生成部30b同样地生成附带QR码的错误邮件。错误邮件发送处理部60d通过网络I/F67,向由通知地址输入处理部60b输入的邮件地址发送该错误邮件。 
结算装置7不同于结算装置2,其不进行与服务器之间的通信,来执行退款处理。结算装置7具有与QR码读取部21同样的QR码读取部71、和具有结算处理部70a的控制部70。结算处理部70a对由QR码读取部71读取的QR码进行解析,并进行与其对应的等价费用的退款处理。结算装置7与结算装置2同样,可以由现金出纳装置构成,也可以采用组装在MFP6中的构成例,下面,说明采用了前者的情况。 
对图13所示的构成例的FAX发送处理的一例进行简单说明。首先,与图2的步骤S1~S6、S11同样地开始FAX通信,进行通信错误的检测(步骤S61~S66、S67)。在检测出通信错误的情况下,与步骤S12同样地进行是否需要邮件通知的判定(步骤S78)。 
在步骤S68判定为需要通知的情况下,错误邮件生成部60c根据发生了该通信错误的FAX发送的等价费用,生成附带QR码的错误邮件,错误邮件发送处理部60d通过网络I/F67,向由通知地址输入处理部60b输入的邮件地址发送(步骤S69)。然后,FAX收发部62执行FAX发送的中止处理(步骤S70),结束FAX发送处理。 
在步骤S69的发送后,用户如图10所示那样,使MFP6执行QR码的打印。然后在结算装置7通过读取该QR码来执行结算处理。在结算装置7中,为了防止伪造QR码,也可以预先储存有由MFP6发行的QR码的信息、和是否完成结算的信息,在结算处理时与这些信息进行比较。 
另一方面,在步骤S68中判定为不需要通知的情况下,与步骤S15同样地显示错误(步骤S71),然后进入步骤S70。另外,在步骤S67发生了通信错误的情况下,与步骤S19、S20同样地等待发送完成,然后删除通知地址(步骤S72、S73)。 
在图13、图14A和图14B中说明的构成例中,虽然MFP6单独能够进行发生了通信错误时的处理,但不能进行起因于连锁商店的MFP中发生的通信错误的退款处理。因此,为了也能够应用于连锁商店,也可以如图15、图16A和图16B所示那样,设置管理服务器装置(服务器),由连锁商店内的MFP共享与退款有关的信息。 
图15是表示本发明的其他实施方式的FAX发送系统的一个构成例的图,图中,6是设置在商店A中的MFP、7是设置在商店A中的结算装置、8管理服务器装置(商店管理服务器)。另外,图16A和图16B是用于说明图15的系统中的MFP所执行的FAX发送处理的一例的流程图。 
在图15所示的构成例中,具有通过网络与MFP6连接的服务器8。服务器8具有包括确认结果返回部(例示了结算要否判定部80a)和退款管理部80b的控制部80、储存错误信息81a和结算信息81b的存储部81、以及网络I/F82。这里,结算要否判定部80a、退款管理部80b、存储部81、以及网络I/F82分别与图1的结算要否判定部30f、退款管 理部30g、存储部31、以及网络I/F32相同。但是,由于错误邮件的发送是与图13的构成例同样在MFP6侧执行,所以作为处理信息,不需要通知地址(邮件地址)。 
与图13同样,在MFP6自身具有上述的退款信息发送部,图15的MFP6是在图13的MFP6中,在控制部60中具备管理用退款信息发送处理部60f的MFP。管理用退款信息发送处理部60f通过网络I/F67,把由错误邮件发送处理部60d发送来的包含QR码的管理用退款信息发送给服务器8。 
退款管理部80b接收由管理用退款信息发送处理部60f发送来的管理用退款信息,根据该管理用退款信息、和在退款可否确认部70b的确认请求中包含的QR码,管理未完成退款的QR码。结算要否判定部80a根据在退款要否确认部70b的确认请求中包含的QR码是否是在退款管理部80b中管理的未完成退款的QR码,进行是否是应执行退款的信息的确认(以及退款金额的确认),然后把其结果返回结算装置7。 
另外,图15所示的结算装置7与图1的结算装置2同样,假设在结算处理部70a中具有退款可否确认部70b和退款完成通知部70c。结算装置7由QR码读取部71读取QR码,在结算处理部70a中,退款可否确认部70b和退款完成通知部70c在与服务器8进行信息交换的同时,执行退款处理。结算装置7与结算装置2同样,可以由现金出纳装置构成,也可以采用安装在MFP6中的构成例,下面,对采用前者的情况进行说明。 
另外,退款管理部80b,也可以接收由退款完成通知部70c发送来的退款完成通知,取代管理用退款信息和在确认请求中包含的QR码,而根据管理用退款信息和退款完成通知,管理未完成退款QR码。 
下面,对图15所示的构成例的FAX发送处理的一例进行简单说明。这里,虽然也是由MFP6进行与图14A和图14B的步骤S61~S73同样的FAX发送处理(步骤S81~S89、S91~S94),但在包含QR码的错误邮件的发送(步骤S89)之后,接着由管理用退款信息发送处理部60f通过网络I/F67向服务器8发送管理用退款信息(步骤S90)。 
在步骤S89的发送后,用户如图10所示那样,使MFP6执行QR码的打印。然后,通过由结算装置7读取QR码,配合服务器8执行结算处理。在结算装置7和服务器8中执行与图11和图12所示的同样的处理。 
另外,在由上述错误邮件生成部60c生成的、由错误邮件发送处理部60d发送的QR码中,也可以包含确定MFP6的装置确定信息。通过包含装置确定信息,在退款管理部80b的管理中,还可以进行例如对每个MFP的FAX收发部62的不佳状态的管理。 
另外,通过在QR码中包含装置确定信息,退款可否确认部70b根据装置确定信息,能够只在由QR码读取部71读取的QR码不是由于自身(这里是MFP6)的通信错误而是由于其他MFP的通信错误而产生的情况下,向服务器8进行上述确认请求的发送。 
以上,参照图1~图16B,对本系统的各个实施方式进行了说明,但如对其处理的流程所做的说明那样,本发明也可以作为这样的系统中的数据发送方法的形式来采用。 
另外,本发明也可以采用作为安装在以MFP为例的数据发送装置、管理服务器和结算装置中的程序的形式。这些程序例如是各个装置的控制部内的控制程序。而且这样的程序能够以记录了该程序的计算机可读取的存储介质的形式发布、和通过网络发布,并能够安装在对应的装置(数据发送装置、管理服务器、结算装置的任意中)来执行。 
根据本发明,在数据发送装置征收等价费用,进行数据发送时,用户无须考虑有无伴随通信错误的发生的退款,可以在完成数据发送之前离开现场。并且,可缩短用户占用数据发送装置的时间,尽快使下一个用户使用数据发送装置,从而可提高装置的工作效率。 

Claims (24)

1.一种数据发送系统,具有数据发送装置,该数据发送装置具有发送数据的数据发送部,其特征在于,
上述数据发送装置,具有:等价费用收取部,其收取上述数据发送部的数据发送的等价费用;通知地址输入部,其输入通知地址;以及错误检测部,其检测上述数据发送部在数据发送时的通信错误,
该数据发送系统具有退款信息发送部,该退款信息发送部在上述错误检测部检测出通信错误的情况下,向由上述通知地址输入部所输入的通知地址以QR码方式发送退款信息,该退款信息用于退还发生了上述通信错误的数据发送的等价费用,
具有通过网络与上述数据发送装置连接的管理服务器,
上述退款信息发送部,在上述数据发送装置侧具有发送信息发送部,该发送信息发送部向上述管理服务器装置发送包含通过上述通知地址输入部所输入的通知地址、和由上述等价费用收取部所收取的数据发送的等价费用的发送信息;并且在上述管理服务器装置侧具有用于接收上述发送信息的发送信息接收部以及发送部,该发送部向由上述发送信息接收部接收的发送信息中所包含的通知地址发送退款信息,该退款信息用于退还发生了上述通信错误的数据发送的等价费用。
2.根据权利要求1所述的数据发送系统,其特征在于,
上述数据发送装置,具有:退款信息输入部,其输入由上述退款信息发送部发送的退款信息或包含该退款信息的信息;以及结算部,其执行由该退款信息输入部输入的退款信息所示金额的结算处理。
3.根据权利要求2所述的数据发送系统,其特征在于,
上述结算部具有退款可否确认部,该退款可否确认部对上述管理服务器装置发送对由上述退款信息输入部输入的退款信息是否是应执行退款的信息进行确认的确认请求、或进行该确认以及对上述退款信息所表示的金额进行确认的确认请求,并获得其结果,上述结算部根据该结果,只有在应执行退款的情况下,执行上述结算处理,
上述管理服务器装置具有退款管理部和确认结果返回部,该退款管理部根据由上述发送信息接收部接收的发送信息、和在上述退款可否确认部的确认请求中所包含的退款信息,管理未完成退款的退款信息,该确认结果返回部根据上述退款可否确认部的确认请求中所包含的退款信息是否是在上述退款管理部中管理的未完成退款的退款信息,进行是否是应执行退款的信息的确认,或者除了进行该确认以外,还进行上述确认请求中包含的退款信息所示金额的确认,并把其结果返回到上述数据发送装置。
4.根据权利要求3所述的数据发送系统,其特征在于,
上述数据发送装置具有退款完成通知部,该退款完成通知部对于由上述结算部完成了结算处理的退款信息,向上述管理服务器装置发送退款完成通知,
上述退款管理部,接收由上述退款完成通知部发送来的退款完成通知,取代上述发送信息和在上述确认请求中包含的退款信息,而根据上述发送信息和上述退款完成通知,管理未完成退款的退款信息。
5.根据权利要求1所述的数据发送系统,其特征在于,
具有通过网络与上述数据发送装置连接的管理服务器装置,
上述退款信息发送部被设在上述数据发送装置侧,
上述数据发送装置具有:退款信息输入部,其输入由上述退款信息发送部所发送的退款信息或包含该退款信息的信息;以及结算部,其执行由该退款信息输入部输入的退款信息所示金额的结算处理。
6.根据权利要求5所述的数据发送系统,其特征在于,
上述数据发送装置具有管理用退款信息发送部,该管理用退款信息发送部将包含由上述退款信息发送部发送来的退款信息的管理用退款信息发送给上述管理服务器装置,
上述结算部具有退款可否确认部,该退款可否确认部对上述管理服务器装置发送对由上述退款信息输入部输入的退款信息是否是应执行退款的信息进行确认的确认请求、或进行该确认以及对上述退款信息所表示的金额进行确认的确认请求,并获得其结果,上述结算部根据该结果,只有在应执行退款的情况下,执行上述结算处理,
上述管理服务器装置具有退款管理部和确认结果返回部,该退款管理部接收由上述管理用退款信息发送部发送的管理用退款信息,根据该管理用退款信息、和在上述退款可否确认部的确认请求中包含的退款信息,管理未完成退款的退款信息;该确认结果返回部根据上述退款可否确认部的确认请求中所包含的退款信息是否是在上述退款管理部中管理的未完成退款的退款信息,进行是否是应执行退款的信息的确认,或者除了进行该确认以外,还进行上述确认请求中包含的退款信息所示金额的确认,并把其结果返回到上述数据发送装置。
7.根据权利要求6所述的数据发送系统,其特征在于,
上述数据发送装置具有退款完成通知部,该退款完成通知部对于由上述结算部完成了结算处理的退款信息,向上述管理服务器装置发送退款完成通知,
上述退款管理部,接收由上述退款完成通知部发送来的退款完成通知,取代上述管理用退款信息和在上述确认请求中包含的退款信息,而根据上述管理用退款信息和上述退款完成通知,管理未完成退款的退款信息。
8.根据权利要求6所述的数据发送系统,其特征在于,
上述退款信息发送部发送的退款信息包含用于确定上述数据发送装置的装置确定信息,
上述退款可否确认部,根据上述装置确定信息,只有在上述退款信息输入部所输入的退款信息是由于其他数据发送装置的通信错误而生成的信息的情况下,对上述管理服务器装置发送上述确认请求。
9.根据权利要求2所述的数据发送系统,其特征在于,
上述退款信息输入部具有图像读取部,该图像读取部对打印有上述退款信息发送部发送来的退款信息的用纸的图像进行光学读取。
10.根据权利要求2所述的数据发送系统,其特征在于,
上述等价费用收取部具有货币输入输出装置,该货币输入输出装置输入货币,并且在该输入的金额超过上述等价费用的情况下输出找零货币,上述结算部具有退款部,该退款部使用上述货币输入输出装置来输出上述退款信息所示金额的货币。
11.根据权利要求2所述的数据发送系统,其特征在于,
上述结算部,向与上述数据发送装置连接的、且设置在其附近的现金出纳装置,发送进行上述退款信息所示金额的结算处理的指示。
12.根据权利要求1所述的数据发送系统,其特征在于,
具有现金出纳装置,该现金出纳装置与上述管理服务器装置连接,且设置在上述数据发送装置的附近,
该现金出纳装置具有退款信息输入部和结算部,该退款信息输入部输入由上述退款信息发送部发送的退款信息或包含该退款信息的信息;该结算部进行由该退款信息输入部输入的退款信息所示金额的结算处理,

13.根据权利要求12所述的数据发送系统,其特征在于,
上述现金出纳装置具有退款完成通知部,该退款完成通知部对于由上述结算部完成了结算处理的退款信息,向上述管理服务器装置发送退款完成通知,
上述退款管理部,接收由上述退款完成通知部发送来的退款完成通知,取代上述发送信息和在上述确认请求中包含的退款信息,而根据上述发送信息和上述退款完成通知,管理未完成退款的退款信息。
14.根据权利要求1所述的数据发送系统,其特征在于,
具有管理服务器装置和现金出纳装置,该管理服务器装置通过网络与上述数据发送装置连接;该现金出纳装置通过网络与该管理服务器装置连接,且设在上述数据发送装置的附近,
上述退款信息发送部被设在上述数据发送装置侧,
上述数据发送装置具有管理用退款信息发送部,该管理用退款信息发送部将包含由上述退款信息发送部发送来的退款信息的管理用退款信息发送给上述管理服务器装置,
上述现金出纳装置具有退款信息输入部和结算部,该退款信息输入部输入由上述退款信息发送部发送的退款信息或包含该退款信息的信息;该结算部进行由该退款信息输入部输入的退款信息所示金额的结算处理,
该结算部具有退款可否确认部,该退款可否确认部向上述管理服务器装置发送对由上述退款信息输入部输入的退款信息是否是应执行退款的信息进行确认的确认请求、或进行该确认以及对上述退款信息所示金额进行确认的确认请求,并获得其结果,上述结算部根据该结果,只在应执行退款的情况下执行上述结算处理,
上述管理服务器装置具有退款管理部和确认结果返回部,该退款管理部接收由上述管理用退款信息发送部发送的管理用退款信息,根据该管理用退款信息、和在上述退款可否确认部的确认请求中包含的退款信息,管理未完成退款的退款信息,该确认结果返回部根据上述退款可否确认部的确认请求中所包含的退款信息是否是在上述退款管理部中管理的未完成退款的退款信息,进行是否是应执行退款的信息的确认,或者除了进行该确认以外,还进行上述确认请求中包含的退款信息所示金额的确认,并把其结果返回到上述现金出纳装置。
15.根据权利要求14所述的数据发送系统,其特征在于,
上述现金出纳装置具有退款完成通知部,该退款完成通知部对于由上述结算部完成了结算处理的退款信息,向上述管理服务器装置发送退款完成通知,
上述退款管理部,接收由上述退款完成通知部发送来的退款完成通知,取代上述管理用退款信息和在上述确认请求中包含的退款信息,而根据上述管理用退款信息和上述退款完成通知,管理未完成退款的退款信息。
16.根据权利要求1所述的数据发送系统,其特征在于,
上述数据发送装置具有通知地址消去部,该通知地址消去部在上述错误检测部未检测出通信错误而完成了上述数据发送部的数据发送的情况下,以及在上述错误检测部检测出通信错误后,由上述退款信息发送部完成了上述退款信息的发送的情况下,消去由上述通知地址输入部输入的通知地址。
17.根据权利要求1所述的数据发送系统,其特征在于,
上述通知地址是电子邮件地址,上述退款信息发送部利用电子邮件进行向上述退款信息的通知地址的发送。
18.根据权利要求1所述的数据发送系统,其特征在于,
上述退款信息发送部把上述退款信息作为一维码或二维码发送给通知地址。
19.根据权利要求1所述的数据发送系统,其特征在于,
上述退款信息发送部被设在上述数据发送装置侧,上述数据发送装置具有退款信息输入部和结算部,该退款信息输入部输入由上述退款信息发送部发送的退款信息或包含该退款信息的信息;该结算部进行由该退款信息输入部输入的退款信息所示金额的结算处理。
20.一种数据发送装置,具有发送数据的数据发送部,其特征在于,具有:
等价费用收取部,其收取由该数据发送部的数据发送的等价费用;
通知地址输入部,其输入通知地址;
错误检测部,其检测上述数据发送部在数据发送时的通信错误;
退款信息发送部,其在上述错误检测部检测出通信错误的情况下,向由上述通知地址输入部所输入的通知地址以QR码方式发送退款信息,该退款信息用于退还发生了上述通信错误的数据发送的等价费用。
21.一种数据发送方法,该方法使用了能够发送数据、且能够收取该数据发送的等价费用的数据发送装置,该数据发送方法的特征在于,包括:
由上述数据发送装置接收通知地址的输入的通知地址输入步骤;
由上述数据发送装置检测执行上述数据发送时的通信错误的错误检测步骤;以及
在该错误检测步骤中检测出通信错误的情况下,向在上述通知地址输入步骤中输入的通知地址以QR码方式发送用于退还发生了上述通信错误的数据发送的等价费用的退款信息的退款信息发送步骤。
22.根据权利要求21所述的数据发送方法,其特征在于,
上述退款信息发送步骤包括:在上述错误检测步骤中检测出通信错误的情况下,由上述数据发送装置将包含了在上述通知地址输入步骤中输入的通知地址和上述收取的数据发送的等价费用的发送信息,发送到通过网络与上述数据发送装置连接的管理服务器装置的发送信息发送步骤;由上述管理服务器装置接收上述发送信息的发送信息接收步骤;以及由上述管理服务器装置,向在上述发送信息接收步骤中接收的发送信息中所包含的通知地址,以QR码方式发送用于退还发生了上述通信错误的数据发送的等价费用的退款信息的发送步骤。
23.根据权利要求22所述的数据发送方法,其特征在于,
包括:由上述数据发送装置输入在上述退款信息发送步骤中发送的的退款信息或包含该退款信息的信息的退款信息输入步骤;以及由上述数据发送装置进行在上述退款信息输入步骤输入的退款信息所示金额的结算处理的结算步骤。
24.根据权利要求21所述的数据发送方法,其特征在于,
上述退款信息发送步骤,由上述数据发送装置单独执行,该数据发送方法包括:由上述数据发送装置输入在上述退款信息发送步骤发送的退款信息或包含该退款信息的信息的退款信息输入步骤;以及由上述数据发送装置进行在上述退款信息输入步骤输入的退款信息所示金额的结算处理的结算步骤。
