Abstract
ACUMULADOR DE CHUMBO E MÉTODO DE FABRICAÇçO DO MESMO. A presente invenção refere-se a um acumulador de chumbo compreendendo um grupo de placas alojadas em um compartimento do acumulador, e um eletrólito injetado nesse lugar para impregnar o grupo de placas com o eletrólito, deste modo realizando o tratamento de formação, o acumulador de chumbo sendo adaptado para ser usado em um estado de carga parcial onde o estado de carga é limitado dentro de uma faixa maior que 70% a menor que 100%, em que o grupo de placas é formado por uma pilha constituída por um número elevado de substratos negativos compreendendo substratos de grade cheios com material ativo negativo, por um número elevado de substratos positivos compreendendo substratos de grade cheios com material ativo positivo, e por um separador poroso interposto entre os eletrodos negativos e os eletrodos positivos; e o eletrólito contém pelo menos um tipo de íon selecionado dentre o grupo consistindo de íons alumínio, ions selênio e lons titânio.
