Abstract

本发明提供一种牵引用铅酸蓄电池正极板栅合金,在普通铅钙合金中添加铋和钠元素,铋的质量百分比含量为0.005%~0.010%,钠的质量百分比含量为0.007%~0.012%;该板栅合金的耐腐蚀性强、导电性高,从而使铅酸蓄电池在同一结构下的深循环寿命和充电接受能力明显提高,适合牵引用铅酸蓄电池的制作。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种牵引用铅酸蓄电池正极板栅合金,属于铅酸蓄电池领域。 
背景技术
板栅是铅酸蓄电池的关键元件,它对电池的性能有着决定性影响。为了实现牵引用铅酸蓄电池深循环和少维护的要求,其正极板栅要求耐腐蚀、界面导电性好和不易失水。当前行业普遍采用铅钙合金或铅锑合金;铅钙合金虽然析氧过电位高、析气量小,但由于钙形成的腐蚀膜导电性差等原因,使铅酸电池易出现早期容量衰减和充电接受能力不足导致的寿命提前终止等故障;铅锑合金耐腐蚀性能不高,致使铅酸电池在储存时的容量保存能力受到限制,而且循环应用时由于板栅腐蚀易使电池产生热失控鼓胀的问题。 
发明内容
本发明的目的是克服现有技术的缺点,提供一种提高铅酸蓄电池的深循环寿命和储存时的容量保存能力的牵引用铅酸蓄电池正极板栅合金。 
本发明合金在铅钙合金中加入铋和钠元素,以重量百分比计,其成分范围为:钙:0.1%~0.2%,锡:0.06%~0.15%,铝:1.2%~1.5%,铋:0.005%~0.010%,钠:0.007%~0.012%,其余为铅。 
采用以上技术方案,铅钙合金中添加上述比例的铋和钠元素后,比不加上述比例铋和钠元素的合金腐蚀失重减小,合金界面层阻抗也明显降低,使板栅在硫酸中的耐腐蚀性能得到提高,从而减少了铅酸蓄电池早期容量衰减和热失控鼓胀问题,提高了电池的深循环寿命和储存时的容量保存能力,适合牵引用铅酸蓄电池的制作。

具体实施方式
例1:选取各成分按如下质量百分比:钙:0.12%,锡:0.13%,铝:1.2%,其余为铅,配制成重量为M1的普通铅钙合金;从M1普通铅钙合金中,取重量为0M2的普通合金加入质量百分比为0.008%的铋和0.008%的钠;分别制作正板栅并装配组成当前市场上常见的牵引用12V210Ah电池,电池内部均为常见的8片正极板和9片负极板的结构,负极采用市场上通用的负极铅钙合金。1.1按照恒流21A放电至10.5V,然后恒压14.4V,限流31.5A充电10小时为一个完整循环,当放电容量连续三次低于额定容量的70%时,判定寿命终止。对上述两种电池平行进行深循环寿命试验,试验结果见说明书附图1;从附图1可以看出,电池容量随着循环次数的增加逐渐下降,本发明所陈述的合金可以使电池在其他条件相同的情况下,100%深度的循环寿命从452次提高至598次,提高约32.3%。 
例2:选取各成分按如下质量百分比:钙:0.12%,锡:0.13%,铝:1.2%,其余为铅,配制成重量为M1的普通铅钙合金;从M1普通铅钙合金中,取重量为0M2的普通合金加入质量百分比为0.007%的铋和0.01%的钠;分别制作正板栅并装配组成当前市场上常见的牵引用12V210Ah电池,电池内部均为常见的8片正极板和9片负极板的结构,负极采用市场上通用的负极铅钙合金。2.1按照恒流21A放电至10.5V,然后恒压14.4V,限流31.5A充电10小时为一个完整循环对上述两种电池平行进行深循环寿命试验,当放电容量连续三次低于额定容量的70%时,判定寿命终止。试验结果再次重现了例1的结论。

1.一种牵引用铅酸蓄电池正极板栅合金,含有铅、钙、锡、铝成分,其特征是该合金中添加铋和钠元素,所含各成分的重量百分比为:钙:0.1%~0.2%,锡:0.06%~0.15%,铝:1.2%~1.5%,铋:0.005%~0.010%,钠:0.007%~0.012%,其余为铅。
