一种铅酸蓄电池正极铅膏组合物,涉及蓄电池技术领域,由以下重量百分比的组份组成,四氧化三铅0.06~0.1%,线性聚乙烯0.04~0.09%,去离子水10~10.5%,石墨烯0.2~0.6%,叔丁醇0.6~2%,硫酸4.5~8%,其余为铅粉。本发明的铅膏配方及其制备方法制备的铅膏,制成蓄电池后,具有很高的初始容量和循环寿命,耐过放电性能和充电能力远高于标准要求。

本发明涉及蓄电池技术领域,具体涉及一种铅酸蓄电池正极铅膏组合物。
背景技术
铅酸电池已经有130年的历史,具有性能可靠,生产工艺成熟,较镍氢电池和锂电池成本低等优点。目前的电动车绝大多数是采用密封式铅酸电池。密封式铅酸电池是将正、负极板交错叠放排列在电池盒内,正、负极板之间用绝缘隔板进行隔离,当电解液充入电池盒内,电解液与正、负极板上的铅进行化学反应。当电池充电时,变成硫酸铅的正、负两极板上的铅把固定在其中的硫酸成分释放到电解液中,分别变成铅和氧化铅,使电解液中的硫酸浓度不断增加,电压上升,积蓄能量;放电时,正极板中的氧化铅和负极板上的铅与电解液中的硫酸发生反应变成硫酸铅,使电解液中的硫酸浓度不断降低,电压下降,使得能量降低,电池对外输出能量,故电池的循环充放电是电能和化学能不断转换的一个过程,最终实现能量的存储和释放。
电动助力车用铅酸蓄电池是应用于电动助力车领域的核心部件,蓄电池的性能和质量直接关系到电动助力车的正常行驶,而铅酸蓄电池的性能和质量主要受铅膏配方的影响。目前,国内电动助力车用铅酸蓄电池的铅膏配方各异,大多直接借用普通阀控铅酸蓄电池的配方,普通阀控蓄电池的配方无法解决蓄电池的耐过放电性能和充电接受能力差的问题。

本发明所要解决的技术问题在于提供一种容量大,寿命长的铅酸蓄电池正极铅膏组合物。
