Abstract

Patente de Invenção: <B>"PROCESSO PARA A FABRICAçãO DE ANéIS DE AçO PARA MANCAIS DE ROLAMENTO"<D>. A presente invenção refere-se a um processo para a fabricação de anéis de aço para mancais de rolamento, partindo de um tubo laminado a quente, cuja estrutura é parecida com a estrutura recozida sobre cementita esférica (GKZ), e do qual são separados a quente, de modo contínuo, sob adição de um lubrificante, anéis da mesma largura, que depois de um esfriamento recebem tratamento posterior. A presente invenção é caracterizada pelo fato de que a separação a quente ocorre a uma temperatura abaixo da temperatura de transformação do aço para mancais de rolamento usado, mas maior do que 720°C, com um esfriamento subseq³ente em ar estático, e do anel primário é feito, por meio de um tratamento posterior a frio de diversos estágios, cadenciado, com levantamento de aparas, um anel primário ou anel macio de um anel para mancais de rolamento com folgas estreitas dos seus elementos de forma, sendo que a parte principal do tratamento posterior a frio é o processo de tornear.
