제 1 도는 고 표면광택 스테인레스 강 스트립을 생산하는데 있어서, 스테인레스 강 스트립 예비처리장치의 양호한 구현예의 개요도, 제 2 도는 비윤활류내강압연(non-lubricating cold rolling)시의 감소에 대한 표면 광택의 변화를 나타내는 그래프.
Claims (4)
- 열간압연된 스트립에 어니얼링 및 피클링을 수행하고, 다음에 압연기에 윤활류를 도입하지 않고 압연을 수행하는 단계들을 구성하는, 고 표면광택을 갖는 스테인레스 강 스트립을 제조하기 위하여 냉간압연공정을 대비하기 위한 스테인레스 강 스트립의 예비처리방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 압연시 조도의 감소가 5% 이상인 스테인레스 강 스트립의 예비처리방법.
- 열간압연된 스트립에 어니얼링 및 피클링을 수행하는 수단 및 상기 어니얼링 및 피클링수단에서 처리된 스테인레스 강 스트립을 받아서 압연기에 윤활류를 도입하지 않고 압연을 수행하는 수단을 구성하는, 고 표면광택을 갖는 스테인레스 강 스트립을 제조하기 위하여 냉간압연공정을 대비하기 위한 스테인레스 강 스트립의 예비처리장치.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 상기 압연수단이 조도의 감소가 5% 이상이 되도록 상기 스테인레스 강 스트립의 압연을 수행하는 스테인레스 강 스트립의 예비처리장치.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
